Great place ! They are consistent and reasonably priced , especially their bonus program. Curbside works very good. Staff is friendly and helpful.
I have been going here for a while now. Their process has grown. Now, I put in my online order, I wait for the text, I pick it up. In and out. Just like I like it. If you make an online order, you can't add to it without getting in line with the people waiting. I think that's fair. They have a reward program that gives a legitimate discount every third visit. The people are nice and the doctor is knowledgeable.
If you love a long wait, a nonsensical ordering process, and lack luster service you're in luck. I placed my order (online, as staff suggested to those of us waiting) and when several people who came in after me got theirs I asked what was going on. They pulled up my order up and insisted they'd rush it; they didn't. When I finally had my name called, my total was wrong. Turns out what I had actually ordered was out of stock so they just went ahead and substituted something more expensive. They get two stars because the security guys have always been the part about the place and some of the staff know how to interact with customers. Quite literally the only dispensary in 3 different states I have left empty-handed and angry. Who knew that could even happen?Oh and their website is wrong- this location doesn't accept Canpay, so bring cash or pay fees. Found that out on my second visit there and had the staff argue with me about what's on the website, even though I pulled it up and showed them. L

This location is beyond unprofessional. After waiting 3 days to place an order I was turned away at curbside pickup due to rain. The only options given to me were to wait in a long line outside or come back later. I am immunoconpromised and have a child with me so neither was an option. I drove over 35 minutes to get to this location so obviously I wasn't going to come back. THERE IS NOTHING on their website about canceling curbside due to inclimate weather.
Great customer service experience, they help you get in and out with your online orders and I love how they set up an award system so you could get discounted prices for the things you really need.
This place is horrible.Terrevida is nothing like this.This is the worst dispensary I ever been to.They barely have flowers and when they do get flowers and put a order in,they have you waiting for hours for your order to be filled.but this is the kicker there isn't any customers there when they have you waiting for on line orders.Its just plain laziness and unorganized.unbelievable!!!
The Worst! Put my order online got a text saying they received my order. So an hour later I get there, I live 33 miles away! Guess what? They had my order wrong and then goes on to tell me that I have to wait another hour and a half! So I'm getting ready to go out to my car and I proceed to go back in to make sure I still have my rewards all good they said. I don't believe I sat in my car that long! So as one of the attendants come out to give car pickups their order I asked can I just cancel and go inside and get a order? Her response was not until you receive a text telling you your order is ready HUH? That didn' make any sense! So just giving you a heads up I'll stick to terra-Vida much more business savvy and they take care of their patients with a smile unlike these miserable people! I will be putting a complaint with Harrisburg about the lack of professionalism and their sorry ass attitude!
I've been going here since they opened and Liberty W. Norriton has always been fantastic, but today they saved me! Everyone is always so kind and awesome and helpful and KNOWLEDGEABLE! Go there to laugh and learn and have fun because you will! Not to mention their rewards are the BEST! Today, I thought I had a 3rd reward, but like computers do, it didn't quite show up. I was way more rude than I needed to be when asking about details about this - and almost immediately both guys helping me jumped up to help. One gentleman went out of his way to confirm I did have 3, and to make sure it would be honored at that moment. It didn't matter I had a busy day ahead, we all do. So I really appreciate the kindness and help - even when we may not have deserved it. Thank you all so much, for everything!
I called at 10am to see if they could hold my order from the day before until the end of the day. The phone person said the manager okayed it. I get there at 7:30 pm & my order was gone blaming the manager in am. I don't care who you blame!! My medicine was gone & they had nothing to substitute it with. Luckily Keystone KoP was 11 min away & I just made it before they closed. Someone working took my order!!! No other explanation!! I emailed the company but I've emailed them in the past & never gotten a reply. I've heard the Philly store is just as bad. Really sucks because they were my go to.... that now left a seriously bad taste in my mouth!!!
This place is the best in terms of rewards. While other dispensary's have $5 off $100 spent (example), Liberty actuallly offers a $1 eighth after 3 visits! Or a $10 cart if ANY brand.I count down the days to my freebie
Love this place! Everyone is so helpful and kind. I love the senior discount and the rewards rock! I found that shopping online is the best way to go so I rarely have to wait long. I gave Liberty 5 stars because they're tops in my book.
They sold me an incorrect battery for a PAX pod. I asked them for a battery for the PAX pod and they said it was the Dart battery. So I trusted the sales people at Liberty, again, and got burned, again. They take zero accountability or responsibility for their errors.Update 2/26:They have the correct battery sitting in my cart, free of charge. This is all I expected for their mistake. This should've been handled the first time I called, not when you saw a 1-star review. Updating this to a 2-star rating because reasonable resolution was eventually reached.Had your associate said, "Our mistake. We have a PAX battery waiting for you for free", this easily would've been a 5-star review because that is outstanding customer service, but that's not what happened. This was an organizational failure.Update 3/3: Overall this is not decent place.Update 9/4: Still haven't been back to this location. Probably won't ever return. I've found better service and pricing at Terra Vida, which is much further away, but worth the drive. You don't deserve the privilege of serving the people of Norristown. Was this worth a $10 battery?

He’s extremely knowledgeable of the products and he’s also one who’s been there for awhile so he’s very popular with the patients.
