Went here for medicine for my furbaby but bought for myself also, well in the process I was over charged and was told acting manager wasn't able to make right at that time but next visit they would , well time passed I called and spoke with store manager who assured me she had made proper notations in their system and that my next visit I would receive overcharge refund , well trying to make this shorter, when I went to get my refund for overcharge amount I was not only not given it but I was asked to leave the store and not come back .....and then when posting this review ,the store actually sent their security officer out to the parking lot asking me to vacate their premises ......worst first and second visits EVER ........ You'll see under this post their response ... no matter how they try and spin it they over charged me . I did talk to manger when it initially happened I was told time wasn't an issue as I explained I had difficulties driving and have to drive 30 miles 1 way to get what the overcharge refund , Ann the manager at that time told me she would make a notation on me so the next visit it would be returned . They act like I made a scene when all I did was ask them to explain how 20% off next purchase makes up for being charged $20 more than I should have been to begin with , it was at that time the acting manager asked me to leave .... so yeah whatever you say UWD Was I making a scene or bothering a soul sitting in my car in y'alls parking lot writing this review when you had security come outside and ask me to leave for the second time ? Yeah right ?

Me and my husband have visited this location twice now and both times we came in with lots of questions about certain products that we were unsure about. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable and when we left we felt informed about the products we chose and they helped us make decisions on which ones to purchase and try. I love that they let you sample products if you're unsure about them and the customer service is top knotch. I enjoyed my experience and will definitely be returning!! They have gained a repeat customer for sure!

Great staff! Very helpful and entertaining. Also has a massive selection of edibles! Definitely my favorite dispensary of all time.
