The management at this place is....just....wow.  I have never in my life seen business run so poorly.  Let me start by saying the lady that is usually out front checking in rec folks is rude.  I've given this place way too many chances and am finally done.  I shall list the multiple times they have underperformed to the utmost with their service.  I'm a medical patient and went in to make a purchase.  After the gentleman gave me the total it seemed high, but whatever, I got what I needed.  Walked outside and looked at my receipt to find out I was charged rec prices...seriously.  I get it mistakes happen but it took an hour for the situation to be rectified, terrible management.  Went in another time to make a purchase.  Gentleman who rang me up informed me that I had 800 points and what I was purchasing that day would put me at 1000 so I decided to save them.  What do you know next time I went in the points had magically dissapeared, it was at zere...again, seriously.  No explanation, just too bad.  Went in another day, not busy, stood in the medical line ignored for 15 minutes while I watched rec patient after rec patient check out.  That time just received a "didn't see ya bro"  The prices are an absolute joke.  The product selection for medical is pretty terrible too.  They have way more product at the Bloomington location for rec than they do for medical.  Pretty sad.  Losing the points and overcharging, pricing etc is just too much.  Done with this place and I strongly advise any other medical patient to switch.  Switch to Trinity in Peoria, they have way more product, better product, cheaper product and all in all are light years ahead of the joke of a store in Normal.  If you're medical, I strongly urge you to switch to Trinity.  You'll be happy you did.  Please help spread the word of what a joke the management is.  Go to Trinity, so worth it!

Let me start off by saying that the staff are always friendly and helpful and the rating has nothing to do their customer service and professionalism, which has been top notch. But Beyond hello has a loyalty program, which, maybe a month ago, was you earn 1 point for every dollar you spend, and if you earn 1000 points you got a $100 off. I had almost 2000 points saved when they "revised" the loyalty program with no notice. The value of my points was cut nearly in half  from $100 off for a 1000 points to $60 off for 1000 points and no one who already had points was allowed to get the discounts they had already earned. I feel cheated by this company.

Prices are horrible. Be prepared to pay an arm and a leg if you want to buy. Inventory levels are horrible. I wait weeks on end to get indica strains as a med patient in larger gram amounts. ( more than just 3grams for 65-80 dollars) I usually end up having to drive out of town as a med patient to get what I need. They never have quantity of indica strains. And if they do they like to keep all their inventory at the recreational store... so no medical pricing. Actually inventory is pretty bad as well. Who wants flower at a premium cost that only has 15% THC? Overall, I feel like you pay premium price here for crap. Inventory should be available to medical patients, not stored at a recreational location.

Update.  I'll give the business another star.  The employees at the store are very nice and friendly.Original review:I went thru the website to order, and find out at the last minute that there's no availability to pick up (or order?).  Nice user experience.Then I call, during hours that you are open, to see why I can't place and order- listen to your covid instructions for literally 2 mins before no one picks up.  (literally checked my call log-  thanks for wasting my time)Prices are pretty high- I live in CA and can pick up any Pax Era cartridges out the door for $38-42.  The same .5G cost $74 at this location... BEFORE the crazy taxes.Must be nice to be the only game in town. Wish we could go beyond hello, or maybe even get to hello (shrug)

Every one at this dispensary is very kind and willing to help you find the medicine you need.

Folks, this is a CASH ONLY dispensary. I pulled out my credit card when the clerk told me the store only accepts cash. Good thing I had cash on me. Staff was friendly and courteous! Definitely recommend!

Love this store. Good products, easy process, friendly staff, and a clean environment. Prices are getting better as time goes on as well. Website updates daily with nice varieties of products for however you may like to partake!

Limited product, but good quality. Tired of pulling up in the medical pick up spots only to be ignored by the employees standing in a circle talking. This is a medical facility as well and I think it should be treated as such. Tegan is always awesome tho. And to the employees not wearing a mask, sick patients come here for medication. Cancer patients. Autoimmune compromised people come here. We are in a pandemic. I also noticed you only reply to complimentary reviews. I hope I get this addressed.

Love the dispensary environment! ALL staff goes above and beyond and as an introvert I almost never have conversations when shopping, yet in B/H I find myself having conversations almost every time! Love the selection, the clean and aesthetic environment, the choices, and overall the dispensary itself! Amazing place to be.

Not disabled/patient-friendly at all. Cass, who claimed to be the Manager, argued with disabled patient (who can barely walk) for 20 minutes....Interrupting and talking over Patient instead of simply listening & rectifying DISPENSARY ERROR. She never apologized once either. Choose a better priced, better quality staff location!
