Patient. Just switched to Fine Fettle from Arrow (which is also awesome!) for distance reasons. Parking and entrance are very accessible from Prospect St and Berlin Turnpike. There are plentiful handicap spaces around the entire building, which has other medical facilities. The inside is a very large open space with cafe style seating and information such as pamphlets, menus, monitors with product information, and stations for smelling and reading about medicine. The points/rewards system as well as random coupons and promotions for Holidays and visit frequency is fantastic. I myself am not elderly, but in my first few visits I saw several older patients being treated with great kindness and patience. I always like to see this at dispensaries when certain patients who are new to cannabis need information the most. All in all I'm pleased that I switched to Fine Fettle for my medical cannabis needs and look forward to continuing with them as they grow.

I wish I could give 0 stars.  My first interaction with FN was a "consultation".  The "consultation" was a joke, they didn't seem to know anything about medical conditions and their products.  I was told "pick something with THC".  NOT HELPFUL.  Additionally, you STILL have to wear a mask EVEN if you're vaccinated but they made NO announcement to their customers to let us know (and they didn't post signs outside either).  To make matters worse, I had an issue with an order going through...  But I had already driven a half hour to get there to get the medicine I need for my major (terminal) medical condition.  I LITERALLY needed 1 item that is prepackaged off the shelf.  The receptionists refused to help me saying there were other orders ahead of so I had to wait AN HOUR.  For 1 item, JUST ONE, that is already prepackaged and could have been taken off the shelf.  Thankfully CT has legalized these products so now I'll be shopping elsewhere.

Safety and discretion is key. Clearly the opposite of this post...It can scary coming to a new environment with new people. Switching dispensaries is no different than feeling like the new girl in school. The staff at FF are patient, kind and truly sensitive to the needs of its patients. Whether it's checking in at the door or seeking a recommendation from staff, they make the visit truly effortless!The artwork feature inside by an artist, Dabster Morgan is amazing! To be able to see the product blown up on canvas shows the beauty and intricacy of properties that only true connoisseurs probably dream of! We don't know if they're for sale but they should be!!Product wise: Everything is consistent and matches the description and desired effect. But remember, everyone is different and responds uniquely to themselves. We can't wait to come back to our new home! We love it here!! Coming down the TPKE can feel a little confusing, but just do a (left) U Turn @ the old drive in spot!Cost: $-$$$$ depending on selectionService: 10/10Likely to Return: OBVIOUSLY And as always, only use medication as prescribed!

Pretty disappointed that I transferred here from PW expecting the level of KNOWLEDGE and COMPASSION to be the same, BOY-was I Wrong!In my past experience before Fine Fettle I always had knowledgable Pharm D, Pharm Techs- People who knew products and understood Terpene levels, their effects. As well as how sativa and indica and hybrids are effecting me/ which work best for me. This company seems to be EXTREMELY money orientated- pushing people to use their point system but having Pharm Techs/Pharm D's give resistance when asked to cash in said points. Pharm Tech's have rolled eyes at me when I simply asked to correct mistakes when ringing me out. I am not impressed with this dispensaries quality of care and I would not be surprised if the Recreational clients create a difficulty in obtaining proper medical cannabis care/advice. This is supposed to be a medical program, not an Apple Store.

Super friendly and clean, well stocked and good about having cheap closeouts on aging products. Big fan.

Hands down the best around. Immediately you feel like family. Eric, the pharmacist, is an encyclopedia of knowledge and makes sure you’re comfortable with the (incredibly) wide variety of products. Every time you walk in you’re greeted with a smile and the most relaxed and welcoming environment. I cannot recommend Fine Fettle enough!

I love fine fettle!! The staff is absolutely amazing and so friendly! They always have great options with affordable prices and great recommendations! The rewards program is an added bonus as well!! I'd recommend fine fettle over and over.

Great store, wide selection, helpful friendly staff. Pharmacists offer great suggestions based upon your particular needs. We've had excellent experiences talking to Eric. He does a great job helping to select the right products. We're extremely happy with our experiences there.

I live closer to a different dispensary, but I drive the extra distance to come to Fine Fettle in Newington. No; not because I love driving, but because of the amazing customer service and knowledge base they possess. Shout out to Kyle Martin for stealing me away from my previous home base. BIG BIG shout out to Matt I; always making sure I get the most for my money and wicked quick with answering strain specific questions! Always hooking it up!!You both definitely put a smile on my face every-time I see you when I pick up. As for all the rest of the Fine Fettle Crew- YA'LL ROCK TOO!!!!
