I drove an hour to be told my order was listed wrong and they don't have what I pre ordered! I can't even check on my order because they can't answer the phones to even answer questions due to understaffing. I had to pay $50 more than what my order was. They offered no help in anyway for their mess up. This is the second time this has happened. The first time i ordered it in the morning online and I drove in then was told my order was sold out and they didn't have it anymore! I was coming here constantly, me and my husband and now I'm done. I spent so much and recommended so many people. I'm beyond upset.

Awesome service and extremely fast. Your definitely in and out. Not like marion where your waiting for almost 2 hours. Every one is super nice and friendly. They can answer any questions you have.

When the facility was owned and operated by Verdant, I rated this dispensary 5 stars. I suspect most of these ratings on Google are carried over from those days. New ownership, new staff, new products and customer experience. In my opinion, it's all serviceable, the job gets done without any headaches. It's all simply a step or two below what it used to be when it was 5 stars.

Nice clean place and employees, wide variety of items, online checkout don’t work. Get a confirmation for my order ready to pick up and it never is !!! spend just as much time as a walk in customer, was told I had to wear a mask to go in the back to pick up my online order that wasn’t ready & had to stand for 20 more minutes after standing at the check In counter for 20 mins while 1 person rang up and labeled my items.. the Last time I checked my medical condition for having a card was cause I can’t wear one. So I will not be going back to this establishment!! Employees looked bored cause we all have to stand & wait for online orders to be filled after confirmation of serving ourselves. glad my stuff was still in stock & didn’t waste my 45 min drive..

It's a nice looking clean inside place. It was spacious and roomy, makes you feel at home. Timing was great for me none pressuring for when to be there. Friendly staff and definitely great product with awesome deals for the flower pricing. Definitely the best price in town on the sales.
