I have been coming here since before Jars took over. My experience this week is disappointin. I placed an order on line. When I got there it was 10.00 more. I thought I misread the price so I checked when I got home. I had kept my receipt and a screenshot of the price on line so I called them and they said their site was wrong and she changed it. I was never offered the 10.00, no store credit, not even a free pre roll! I guess they don't realize how serious it is to advertise one price and sell at a higher price. ‍

Will never go back! After waiting over 45 mins last visit the guy who checked me out said I could always order online for pickup to avoid the wait. So this time we placed an online order only to be called an hour later to be told only medical can place online orders. I asked if it said that online and the girl rudely said yes. 4 people looked at the site on phones and computer and no where does it say that. I waited 30 mins this time, already knew exactly what was wanted and the guy gave me a total that was $40 higher than the online order and then switched out one of the products  saying it wasn't the right one even tho the label said it was. He gave me some generic package with no label and said the total would now be $28 more than the online price showed. Feel like they screwed us over and the product he switched out looks and smell not right. Bad customer service and seem like a scam. Don't care how close this is to the house, will not be returning.

Customer service was mediocre. 80% of the weed is trimmed by a blind man. Expect your bags to be skimped if your buying their "top shelf".

If the gas station you bought your gas at,  only actually pumped out ¾ of regular fuel instead of each full gallon of super you paid for, would you continue to buy fuel there?  Probably not.  Same deceptive practice at JARS dispensary in New River. Really disappointed with JARS as our local dispensary.  Out of 5 eighths purchased the closest to actually weighing 3.5 grams was .2 grams light.  The worst was .75 grams short. Of the 5, 3 were .5 grams short, one as stated was .2 grams short and the the fifth was .75 grams short.  So totalled up, of 5 eighths, I was shorted 2.25 grams.  This is absolutley horrible and completely unacceptable. Second big issue, I bought a strain that they showed me was a beautiful bright lime green with notable hints of purple beneath the chrystally trichomes, when I got home, I opened my black sealed bag, my flower was a dark green, no hints of purple and hardly a noticable frost.  A different strain than I paid for. Really bad and obvious bait and switch tactic.  Do they really think their customers are too stupid or stoned to notice? There is no regulation to their weights and measures to assure you are getting what you paid for.  Your flower is weighed and thrown into a bag without any confirmation that you are getting the strain or the weight that you paid for.I for one do not like being ripped off, lied to, and misled by a business.   I have visited this dispensary for my flower for the last time.My advice to you, if you want what you pay for,  both weight and product, avoid the con artists at JARS and  go elsewhere.

Jars staff is super helpful and has really amazing prices. Most convenient place to shop if you live in anthem. Devin, Cody and Matt were super helpful and courteous. Treated us like friends every time.

The store was very clean and professional and our cashier Ramie was the absolute best!! She was very knowledgeable and had no issues explaining and re-explaining things to my husband and I, who are a bit clueless about dabbing. She was very genuine and friendly and demonstrated how to use a lot of the different tools. 11/10 would recommend. Would give Jars(and Ramie) six stars if I could.

The friendly staff will help you find exactly what you need and take their time with you. This place is very clean and organized. Brian V. Really help me find exactly what I was looking for. Great experience.

This was my third or fourth time at JARS. I Just moved to Anthem a month ago and was glad to find there’s somewhere close. I was a little upset that I couldn’t order online like I previously had done at my other dispensary, but once I got to the location, I had no issues with it. The woman at the front door was very welcoming and just seemed very easy to talk to. I only had to wait a brief moment before Kaleb came out to show me back. I wasn’t sure what I wanted because I wanted to try something new. He recommended a couple things and answered every question I had. He even saved me $10. And I’m always down to save money. He was very knowledgeable and polite. He made my purchase very simple and quick. This will definitely be my permanent dispensary! Thanks to all of you for being so great! Especially you Kaleb!

I really preferred this dispensary because it’s quiet, easy to be in and out for online orders, plus the deals for card holders. I won’t be making the inconvenient drive there again because they don’t honor their listed deals. I don’t like complaining or to seem cheap, but the only purpose of having a card is the discounts at this point. I thought the total was too high the first time it happened, but left thinking I must have miscalculated. I looked at the receipt and called to let them know. They said to come back, I didn’t have time, so I forgave the $12 and it was not noted anywhere that they owe me. My next consecutive visit the total for a $200 order was $260 so I walked to the ATM for more cash saying that didn’t seem right, tax is $60 now?! It turned out there were items missing from my bag and their system entirely. After scrambling and a wait, all was supposedly corrected and she said with confidence “$250.” That was how much I had initially handed her and I had been there for so long already, I nodded along thinking “she’s so sure of herself that it’s resolved and 100 + 100 = 250, gee recreational must have skyrocketed tax.” Nah. Just charged a fun extra $30 in the end. A corporate takeover of the oasis that was Zen Dispensary with a company that steals from me every time I go, has unfulfilled deals listed fraudulently, got rid of their points system, got rid of their veteran discount, got rid of their masks (except the security guards) ……….. A hard pass and I won’t patronize this trash company again. A bunch of scientists working over there at Jars; literally can’t even add 1 + 1, couldn’t count to 6 to put what I ordered in my bag.

Ashton is so sweet, always taking good care of me! I always like it when she helps me because she is so knowledgeable and very nice. She is an asset to your company! It won’t let me post another review… everyone at jars is very friendly and helpful. I have a great experience Every time. Thank you jars!!
