I give 5 stars to the staff (but left one off because of the present state of inventory). The staff is always friendly, respectful, compassionate, informative and kind. I don't feel rushed when I'm there. I can tell they genuinely care. My only "less-than-perfect" part of the experience is related to the product selections. It's not their fault, though. Until things lighten up here in Florida expect, if you're shopping online, to see "This product is currently out of stock in your chosen store" quite a bit. When you click on something you want and it's out-of-stock, it can be frustrating. (It's the walmart.com experience). I'm hoping time will change that. The state gov. is still very uptight here. I hope elections and public pressure will make things better. Maybe Canada will shame our country into giving up the stranglehold on a PLANT. I'm looking forward to different strains and different products becoming more readily available. One suggestion for the store--Please get a stool.  I, and some other patients, have back issues (sciatica here)  and the chairs you have are too low for some of us older, larger folks. I ask every time I go in there and I've been told that other people have mentioned it, too.  I have high hopes for this store. It's very conveniently-located for everyone up here in Pasco County (like 10 minutes from me!) and from what I've read about the Clearwater location, it's not a madhouse and hard to find a parking spot. I'd like to see it successful. **An "extra bonus" for anyone still needing to get their diagnosis and card-- Doc MJ is right next door.**

I have had two bad experience at this store the fist got a bad pen and vape cartridge had a hard time getting my money back and I was told if I got my money back I would not be able to ever go back to that or any other Truelieve store ya right . So when I was was doing my medical update there was a rep from there and I told her what happened and she couldn't believe it , she asked for the name of the woman that told me that and said she would take care of it . So its been like six months or so and I decided to give them another try . So a few days ago I go back first of I think its bogus they don't give first responders a discount if you give Vets you should give cops , fireman and the rest that go with that after all aren't they putting there lives on the line also yes .. so the guy there was on to much of something was having problems keeping up with what I was talking about so the purchase was for gsc and he gives me og cush , and that was never brought up he never checked it and I didn't have my glasses so your depending that they know what there doing . And I noticed there the only once that when you check out a mgr or sup does not come over to check the order and say it out loud to you like they do at Cureleaf , and they check at liberty health sciences . I also found for every ones info liberty has the most potient most lasting vape out there if that is what you are using . There product is so thick it will last you so much longer and its strong so be care full . This is two products now from trulieve that I cant feel any affect from it is so cut down the guy told me with coconut oil it must be more then that and why wouldn't they use cdb cost more may be . so people bang for your buck check out liberty they have new strains that they have maid also . so I guess I will see about getting my money back on this one and that is it with this company and there the most expensive out there for what you get .. the other two companies deliver for free also ..

Where to start....this location (Trulieve, New Port Richey, FLorida) has been horrible every time I go there...I now only drive to Clearwater...where at least I get respect and feel like a patient and they care about how I am doing ....2 weeks ago I was in this location (New Port RIchey) and I had done a pre-order online and I waited to get the text that it was ready to pick up ...so I  drive there...while I park in front of building I hit the option in the text to check in online and I did so and waited for the text to go inside...see I have multiple auto-immune diseases so I cannot get sick....so once I  got the text I went inside and the gentleman was stern and obviously having a bad day but took my card and asked if walk in or online order ...I told him online and I already did the online check in ...and he seemed aggravated with me ...I don't know why...i hadn't been to that location in a long time because of the shadiness and rudeness there....also there were many employees all huddled at the desk like a group of gossip ....I sat down and 3 other gentlemen arrived after me...1 a walk in ...1 did the order online check-in ....1 did order online but didn't know about the check in so he checked in when he got there about 3-5 min after me. and the gentleman working there explained the the man what online check-in was......so now here I am sitting thinking it is my turn next ...10 mins go by and they call the other order online.....then they call the walk-in ....then they call the man who online ordered but walk-in check-in.....then me after a long time of waiting..get called rudely and felt like everyone was staring at me working there....oh also while waiting the gentleman taking our cards decided to tell everyone while we were seated that next time we come in we need to give our id's....so i politely asked if he wants my id and the medical marj. card....so he sternly and rudely was like no just the card you gave....like ok...why am I getting the but end of his bad day and why am I being treated like I am nothing because i am a woman .....and the sales person in the back stated I couldn't buy more than what i ordered online....so now I am told that when I get to that location that i cannot purchase more product...what?? do they not want my money???....so I left with no good bye...have a nice day..nothing...oh and yes I wear a mask because of my illnesses...so why look at me funny and why do i get treated in a manner of such sexism at this location....never will i ever go to this location to feel that way....especially with what is going on in the world right now...why be sexist...so what I am a woman...why do the men have to go first....I keep replaying this is my head and yes i was upset and crying for a while...I still cannot believe this ...so if I was a MAN or if I had my cane with me ...Would I have been treated differently???.

I have used Trulieve for the majority of my RX. My issue is if order on line or in person it's always a 45-60 minute wait‼Product isn't always available. In my opinion this place should be larger and better staffed. Frustrating for patients & staff. I have walked in repeatedly with the parking lot full, waiting room full and an hour wait...WTF? If this were a Walgreens or CVS, the wait wouldn't happen .

Monday's are supposed to be bad but mine was really good thanks to Tyler and the other staff at Trulieve who treat me like family. I had to return a mystica and found out that I could use my concentrate pen for my vape cart instead.I then used the store credit towards an order of two prerolls, two prerolls for 6 dollars you can't beat it!

this is a great dispensary. The people are always super friendly and very helpful. This is important to us because my husband is not very familiar with the products like I am and since the pandemic I haven't gone with him, so the people really take the time to help him understand his options to best fit his needs. Because of this I've rated them a five star however the one frustrating thing is that they don't always have certain things in stock, such as the minis which are smaller buds and way cheaper than the regular size buds. The other item that is not always in stock is there high-grade Tincher. The capsules are amazing; we typically order the 50 mg- they are A M A Z I N G!! definitely a must try.

HORRIBLE  TERRIBLE  if they had a zero I would  give it . second  review on new port Ritchie. came in yesterday gave my name to Anthony  there was about  10 peaple  there I seen a couple peaple come in after me and they were call before me. Now mind you I know  who was there when I arrived so I sat 40 minutes later I asked Anthony  when I was going to be  next he said I was fifth I said no way he manipulated the list I wanted a manager the short bearded guy and his buddy with glasses threatened  me because I spoke up. they knew they was wrong the security guard  knows this is the second  time  this happened  clearwater does things right.n.p.r. you suck.and yes I did have a online order. They have too many chiefs and not enough workers. but on the good the girl manager is excellent she knows  what happened  both times.TRULIVE GET IT TOGEATHER

After being contacted by a representative from Trulieve, I sent an email, per their request, so they could make things right. Not only did I not receive a response, I also never received a text to pick up my order placed on 3/22. Thankfully one of their competitors were able to fill my needs last minute. Also, this competitor was able to give me a 15% discount for SSDI. Looks like I won't be going back to Trulieve.

REVIEW AND ALSO COMPARISON TO MUV AND SURTERRA. I am new to medical marijuana in the last 7 months. Approved for bad restless leg syndrome and migraines. I was dependent on injections of sumitriptan for migraines.  My restless leg was treated for years with requip without great success. 6+ months later and I am completely off those meds and have had amazing results with medical marijuana. Now to the specific review of Trulieve. I was not a marijuana user prior to 6 months ago (other than some fun as a teen and I am now in my 50's). There are a ton of reviews with conflicting info on Surterra, MUV, and Trulieve. I decided to try all 3 and then comeback and share "my winner". Trulieve!!! The only negative I can say about Trulieve is they need more product. I prefer the capsules as I don't like to vape.  They are hit and miss on capsule stock. Fortunately, they have tinctures which work for me. All Trulieve products have given me the symptom relief I needed and no bad side effects.  The pills work best. I sleep through the night with no problems.  The tincture only works for me for about 4 hours (a higher dose didn't help) so I must also vape a few puffs 1-2 times each night. A few puffs and I am asleep again and wake up feeling great. Comparing each dose method between Surterra, MUV, and Trulieve---my 1st and preferred choice is always Trulieve. I liked Surterra. Great store, helpful people.  The product is good but not amazing for my needs. I only use it before bed to help me sleep due to RLS.  It works, but I wake up more frequently than with the other brands. I really need the indica specific strain and they don't brand most of their product that way. I tried their Florida's finest-grandaddy purple and that was a massive waste of money. I bought it months ago and still have most of that cartridge. I don't think it actually contained THC. NO EFFECT!!!Plus their single use pens are just too problematic with battery failures.  They are good about replacing unless "near empty". The risk of lost meds because of their pens is just too great---they lost my business.  MUV- well, all I can say is I tried it.  My doctor and staff heavily hyped MUV. Purest product, less chemicals, etc. I was thrilled to try and greatly disappointed. The tinctures work AFTER THE BURN. they don't use oil base like other places. It burns like alcohol and after a few days of use I developed stomach pain that stopped when I stopped the med. I tried a second time a few weeks later with the same result.  The MUV vape cartridge had GREAT effects and was very mild to inhale. I don't like to vape because of coughing but the pen is smooth and almost no coughing. Unfortunately, it gives me a dull headache.  Not bad enough to even require meds but through trial and error I confirmed the vape caused the head pain. So no more MUV for me.

Before I walked in I was overwhelmed with the treatment plan but between the staff at the front desk and the pharmacists in the back, I immediately was put to ease. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. I  was able to take my time and ask questions. My only concern is that there wasn't a variety of inventory but I assume that will change as time goes on. I love the discounts- be sure to check online for any discounts and take advantage of your first time purchases.

The staff I encountered from at the front desk (she was amazing) and the manager  in the back room ​Super professional, knowledgeable and truthful.The variety of flavors could be more, but the quality is good strongest 600mg cartridge THC levels do reach a minimum of 60% THC. For the most part the workers are friendly the office is clean the New Port Richey office isn't quite as nice as compared to the Tarpon Springs location but that's not what the review is about. This location is constantly offering merchandise they don't have. They are very quick to remedy it by giving me a discount on something that I don't want but the inventory is never is what it's promised and then they've gotten a new website but they've always been plagued with not having the inventory the promise they have. On a better note they tend to have more strains if they have them in inventory then other locations or competitors. As far as Bud quality sometimes I thought a what I thought was a high-tier plant or flower at a higher price is nothing but mere minis.

I was there yesterday and bought 2 different containers of rosin. When I got home I opened the hybrid and found the rosin was melted down to nearly a liquid. The indica rosin was fine and in good thick condition, as it should be. I called and was on hold for nearly 2 hours before being disconnected. I emailed and still no reply. I cannot recommend this store. Bad quality products. I will contact my MMU doctor and hopefully he will no longer recommend Trulieve. You have lost my business. Many other options available.

Sadly I have to give them 1* and it is for the super helpful staff (only had 2 guys help me well).Every time. Have been here I have an Order so I don't have to wait and figure out what I want etc. and every time I have come to this location, my order is NEVER ready. I have severe crohns and sitting is almost unbearable. Every time I have waited at least 40+ minutes.The last time I was here I waited 50 minutes and I got so fed up I finally got up to ask and they FORGOT ABOUT ME! Yes let me say it again... they forgot about me... the folder and my ID? Yea idk how their procedures are but they need to work on this. They were calling people who walked in after me everything! And all they did was say "sorry" never happen again.Ok gave them chances and STILL have to wait extremely long, orders never ready and then my stuff out of stock because the people bought it SINCE THEY NEVER FILLED MY ORDER LIKE THEY SHOULD HAVE.I love their products but honestly this is ridiculous. Did not happen once or twice, it's multiple times where I'm so fed up I won't come here. It's sad bc I only live a few miles away. So frustrating,o

Sorry but have changed to tarpon springs because manager at npr store wanted to keep running his mouth to me ... after I watched a room of 20 people empty out and fill up again ... so I said something to manager he then started talking shit to me so I said okay keep your shit product I will happily spend my thousand dollars a month else were and I did so. Sorry but your selling medical shit he also said I could tell how ever I wanted he didn't care well I bet he cares now cause I haven't seen that asshole since!

Unassuming location off of US 19 in New Port Richey. The in/out efficacy isn't the best because the lot is small in front and in back it expands, but a lot of folks don't like to use it.  Inside, the waiting area is currently set up for Covid, so seats are 6 feet apart, no more than 4 people are aloud to wait inside after checking in. Once you're called back, the room is smallish, but there has to be more since the space is large around them.  It is done all in dark wood and the bud tenders, there seemed to be six of them, are enthusiastic and friendly. Everyone working is actually working together so feel free to ask a question. If your budtender doesn't have the answer, someone else in the room does.  They're happy to help you out, to sign you up for their loyalty program and get your first time visit discount.  The merchandise is good quality (What do I know? I'm new to this.) the prices seem to be about average and I left happy.   I know I'll be back.

When I first got my medical marijuana license I went to trulieve in Clearwater. It was the worst experience at Clearwater so I switch to Tampa which was beyond incompetent. Sometimes they used to wait in the Tampa dispensary for up to two hours and the parking lot was atrociousI have to give five stars for New Port Richey trulieve dispensary. From the start to the Finish it was an excellent experience. The ease of using the website is much better than when they first had it up. Also they had a lot in stock. I was nervous about placing an online order.I receive discount today, got great product and service. Every single person I encountered in this dispensary was Top Notch. Thank you for keeping everything simple, clean and caring. I will be back

Have canceled more than one order because they were out of something I ordered with no phone, only found out because I called the call center. Seems to have more of a limited supply than other locations. Edited... No point in carrying product that you don't sell devices to use... $250 for a device for concentrate is a slap in the face to patients. Will definitely be using Trulieve as a last resort from now on, they have become all about the profits and less about the patients.

I just want to give a huge shout out to the staff on this crazy Saturday! I came in to pick up some products I had to leave behind yesterday, and I’ve never seen so many patients in one dispensary. They’re having a huge sale today and managing it all with positive dispositions despite some of these rude and negative customers AND having computer issues. Thank you for continuing to work hard to ensure everyone gets their medicine, Trulieve! ??

My first time in. I had my Marijuana License back in the day in Hawaii. But nothing like the hassle of the State of Florida ! My gosh Florida made it difficult and expensive. Anyway Nicole walked me through everything. She took her time as I learned how much has changed. The choices, the types, flavors, doses, all my questions answered. She made me comfortable and feel welcome. All my anxiety’s went away. Thanks Nicole. You made a difference for me. In Hawaii I got it from the grower. My little tiny old Chinese coworkers husband was a grower. A one gallon baggie half full was $100. Thank you to the whole team at Trulieve. Outstanding from beginning to leaving. The staff up front was extremely professional. Very Sincerely Scott -

Have canceled more than one order because they were out of something I ordered with no phone, only found out because I called the call center. Seems to have more of a limited supply than other locations. Edited... No point in carrying product that you don't sell devices to use... $250 for a device for concentrate is a slap in the face to patients.
