I had to check out the New Ken location since I've had such a great experience with the Butler staff. Super friendly and great at making recommendations, will definitely go there if Butler doesn't have what I need.

Working for a dispensary has really done a number on the egos of the employees for this company. Maybe it's just this location idk. They act like you should know everything and basically act like they don't care if you are their customers or not which is precisely the problem because it is clearly relayed when shopping here. Not the most professional staff by any means and they over charge on most of their products when comparing to solevo or keystone integrated care. Gets a plus for convenience but Id go to one of the others if I have the time

Tried calling a couple times a day for a week. Left a couple voicemails early on. Left a message on their website. Never heard back from them at all. Finally just went in person and hoped for the best. They were nice face to face.P.S. google maps took me to the wrong side of the block.

We bought a cfc 2.0 vaporizer the very next day brought it back it is not working had everything with us original packaging receipt and they said we had to go thru the company they would not exchange return nothing. I'm still waiting for a response from company. Very frustrated and a waste of 80.00 dollars. Not happy! Nobody ever ever answers the phone their. I wish I could speak to a mgr about this.

Always a good visit. 1st time to this location but have been to the other Sunnyside locations and i never have a bad trip.

Ive been a patient since 6/20. Best dispensary hands down. The check in process is a breeze, make sure you have your medical id and a second photo id. The waiting room is comfortable and I have no problem hanging out if it’s busy. The sales floor is clean and bright with the kindest and most helpful staff around. I have two small boys that have to accompany me from time to time on my trips and the awesome people there are always so nice and welcoming to all three of us. I fully and highly recommend this dispensary for your medicinal needs and any questions that you might have no matter how big or small. Did I mention the sales? Check Sunnyside out for your self and leave with a smile for sure.

I heard from a "friend" that this place offers a wide selection that is always changing and has an online store where you can order and go pick up. Word on the street is they frequently run specials on products around holidays so if you can time things right you can save money. They do take cards, sort of, it's a funny debit transaction kind of deal that has a fee but they do have a fee free ATM inside you can use instead. As for the location, I mean it is New Ken which has seen better days but the people are friendly but they will look like the area they live in but don't let that deter you everyone is great.
