Love this place!! Staff is awesome knowledgeable, polite allround good people.i haven't been back to rise since ayr opened they got my loyalty ..

This dispensary rocks! The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Unlike its competition there is some kind of a discount or sale daily. Also I find the prices in general are also cheaper. Kudos on recognizing military veterans with a discount as well!

First time there ... Immediately was made welcome and Tyler was a great help!! Thanks brother

This was made right. Because the customer service department. I give it a four. The quality control dept needs to up their game. something like this should never happen. Update: they did reach out to me, finally. And are attempting to make right. Made a purchase from Rise in Erie. Since they've originally opened I've never got a short container until I bought one of revels products, shorted me a gram on an 1/8($20). For my inconvenience rise gave me 10% off of my next purchase, which was nice of them considering it wasn't their fault and it was revels fault. I tried contacting revel numerous times to only be ignored . I will never buy another one of their products again and I advise anybody else to also not buy their products.
