Rude , sarcastic chick in the back no customer service whatsoever. Never saw her face. Wasn’t greeted and when I asked if it was going to be awhile she got smart and had a rude tone. Nope. And grossly overpriced menu

Jordan is wonderful. Greeted with a smile. Very friendly very helpful.

The gentleman that helped me was exceptionally dry and unpleasant, did not welcome me, didn't even check me ID as a first time visitor, did not get a first time discount. The gentleman was young, not the sweet couple I read about in the reviews that brought me in. On my way home I thought about how I could have gone elsewhere and gotten better customer service and also more product for the amount that I spent, it was upsetting that I spent as much as I did and got treated the way that I did--I called and asked for a refund since I was in less than 15 minutes ago, and I was denied. I will not be returning again and I will be sure to let my fellow card holders know about the poor experience I had today at your location.

Really nice clean shop and good prices, the staff were pretty cool.
