I puchased an IndigoPro cartidge from this company July 13th. it was basicly empty in 7 days. My history with these cartridges is they always last me at least 3 weeks, so I emailed the manufacturer. The IndigoPro company agreed that it was defective and told me to return it to the seller, Kush Pointe, and they would be reimbursed on their next order. So I take my defective cartridge in with packaging and receipt and email from the supplier, and was told very bluntly, rudely, that is not going to happen. I was told that Kush Pointe has a 48 hour return policy, and that NO the IndigoPro company would not reimburse them, no matter what. The rude employee would not even look at the email I received instructing me on the exchange. So who to believe? the manufacturer? or the seller of the product. hmm beware of buying from these people. OH, and they charge at least 10% higher than anyplace I have purchased IndigoPro cartridges.

Asked for top shelf flower and was sold 30$ 8th smh. Haven't smoked weed this bad since high school. Super fluffy dry as fuck no taste. Thing that makes me mad is I feel judged. I ask for your best flower and you give me your cheapest stuff?  That's 3 months old smh. Tony Montana and cheese were trash even in a blunt or papers. At least you got rid of some of your old stuff. Shame on me for being trusting.

I visited this nice establishment a few weeks ago, but I started smoking and kind of forgot I wanted to write a review. While browsing the beautiful herb laden store (and it is a beautiful store) I was approached by a short older thin blonde, yet quick tempted woman who was claimed to be the owner. As I took my time browsing the selection it was very evident that she was getting irritated with me. It felt as though she wanted to push me along to buy something, and acted as if she had better things to do. I don't know if I just got her on a bad day, but she needs to be nicer to people. Decent weed, but I've had better.

They're a little pricier than other dispensaries, but they have a great selection. Their displays are awesome, you can really see everything they have! They also have more variety than other dispensaries I've been to. The staff is a hit or miss. I've dealt with both rude staff and staff that was friendlier and more helpful than any other dispensary. It's a bit of a roll of the dice and I highly recommend going on the day that has a sale for the type of product you are looking for, but it can be a really good experience!

The bud usually has more trim than I'm used to. I brought it up with one of the female employees and she gave me kind of a rude response which was unusual. Main point of this review: you guys used to be cash only. And had an atm inside that charged $3.50 or $2.50 for withdrawls can't remember exact amount but FINALLY you get a credit card machine and you fools have a $3.50 processing fee?!?!? SMH you guys are ridiculous. Why three stars? The weed (although full of trim) is good. And you're up the street from where I live.

Hands down best business in this space with a super knowledgeable staff. Every single employee takes the time to answer any question I have and they never seem rushed or impatient. Prices are exactly right and I have never had to wait in any line. Edit: 3/23/21 : There is a very smart, witty and thoughtful person who also just so happens to have the sexiest eyes I have ever seen working here.

This place is the best. Went here for years. Best bud choices, killer staff just the best shop all around. Blows kushmans out of the water.
