I love this dispensary! Everyone is so nice and very helpful. They have great weekly deals, different events, and other helpful things for patients. 4/20 was a great day! Meeting new people who are going through the same things as I am really helps and this is the perfect environment for just that!
Love this place, never took longer then 20 minutes if I pre-ordered. Staff always was very helpful if my order needed to be adjusted.
The staff was friendly but I switched dispensaries the moment my permanent card came in. The selection is very minimal. Also their point program is crummy. You can only use your points on their merchandise. They definitely were helpful but they don't and never will carry the selection I'm interested in
Total scam. Took my money then asked for insurance. Not in US as they claim
Love the fact you can pre order before you go. A bit farther than Verilfe in Ottawa but definitely worth the trip just for the pre order alone. Only one con-no flower.
I've been using greenhouse for a few months now and honestly just have great things to say. The pre-order process is so easy and convenient. The location itself is always clean and professional with very helpful and friendly staff. I've had no problems finding what I'm looking for and definitely recommend.
I ordered this morning at 9am for a pick up today between 4/5. Been waiting all day for my text for pick up and left as soon as I got it.... only to get there to wait an hr and a half. I get it, it's Friday and everyone was there. I finally go inside to find out they changed my order! I've been waiting for this one strain since Jan 1st and they finally had it!! Don't understand the point in pre ordering if it's going to be substituted! I explained to the clerk I didn't order that, for her to tell me "well this is all I got." not my fault! Such bs! PS: I tried to look for someone to message before writing this review and had no luck finding an email or message system.
Complete waste of time from the second I got there. So first of all, if you're rec, you can't walk in through the front anymore. You have to walk through a side door, down a few hallways, to get right back to the front where you would have been walking through the front doors. Apparently it's now a "medical" door. As if they couldn't let me in (or out for that matter) of that door when literally NO ONE was there. "We assume that medical are more immunocompromised" So apparently F rec patients. God forbid someone who's not a medical patient be immunocompromised!!! THEN I get told I have loyalty cash I can use (no idea what that was, and apparently no one there can even explain it correctly). I asked questions and get told $20 is worth 1 point. But when I ask how many points would have equated to the cash I had, I was told that it's a percentage of money and not points. But I was literally just told $20 is a point. What an effing joke. AND THEN after going back and forth about the most confusing loyalty program I've ever heard of, I try to pay. Just to find out that I can't pay, because my credit card doesn't have a PIN number. Oh, apparently they also don't accept credit cards!! You would think that maybe they would mention that somewhere on their website. Nope! Complete waste of my time.I would rather drive the 35 minutes farther to go to rise in Joliet. Absolutely joke of a dispensary.
They allow their employees to strike customers car windows. No biggie I'm pretty sure I have COVID. You might want to have ur black dude quarantine along with your worthless security guard. I get tested Tues but I'm 99.9 % I have COVID enjoy being out of work for 2 weeks while I continue to collect a check paid by your taxes. But good news is department of health will shut this whole place down since I've been in contact with almost all ur staff. That should set you guys back on sales. Karma karma karma everything happens for a reason. You will find that out Wednesday when my results come in.That's instant karma for uRESULTS ARE IN I GOT COVID-19
Been going here over a year. Always had good service in store and on line. Not since curaleaf took over. My last visit was over charged in store. On line was right. Called trying to fix the issue. Took four days before I got to speak with a manager to correct the issue.
My favorite dispensary in Illinois. The staff is super friendly and they seem like they want to be at work and really want to help you find what is best for you. I had Heather ring out my order today with no problems and a few weeks ago I did have some confusion with my order and the manager Keenan helped me figure it out promptly and was super professional and kind. Best dispensary around selection-wise and always 5 star service from the staff!
Couldn't tell you what it's like inside. I only stopped to ask about legalization laws in the state and the security officer outside was very friendly and willing to explain the laws. As far as the inside goes... Haven't a clue
I love going here. They've got great products and everyone that works there is helpful and extremely nice. Plus, there's always good deals going on.
The staff here are not only friendly and knowledgeable but also genuine. They understand that people need something to help in life and make sure to take the time to explain and inform the patient. These people are helping change lives. Pretty quick even with me asking a million questions.
This is exactly what a dispensary is supposed to be like. Bravo guys! Well done! Fast check in. A large beautiful lounge / waiting room. & then the bar. A literal bar! Stools to sit at the bar & everything. When I saw the sign out side saying Yoga on such ‘n such day I knew I was in love & found the right place. Love you guys. Top notch place. Bravo bravo. I’m highly impressed.
