I was having a lot of anxiety and needed something to calm my nerves.  They were very helpful as I did not want to smoke anything.  I purchased some gummies and it was perfect.  I ate one and it relaxed me enough so I could get to sleep. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Just visited -- they're super nice and give you all the time you need to ask questions and decide what you want. It's also very clean and they have a great selection -- chocolate bars are particularly amazing.

I have been here on several occasions, and love the products, location, and the fact that there's easy parking. I have also had great experiences with all of the budtenders, and really like the products here but have had some unsettling experiences with management.

For the most part I've had great experiences here, until this last time. Previously, they have recommended I use the leafley order ahead to avoid the line. I did that this time, only to have 1 person servicing the pre order line. I watched people come in after me and leave well while I stood and wait. So not really sure why you'd order ahead when you stand and wait longer than you would in the regular line?

Shout out to staff member Renneè. Very knowledgeable aBout the products. Also kept me amused while we waited for the computer system to reboot. Great place to shop

Love this place!  It's closer to  me than Leicester, and has a pretty reasonable selection of edibles.  Had one  issue with pricing--same candy bar was  $5 cheaper at Leicester--but it appears that has been resolved.Staff are welcoming, and manager was knowledgeable when I asked about medicinal licenses and tax on products.  I do hope they start consulting for issue of said license soon, as it has been mentioned as a possibility.

Stephanie helped me out. She was very knowledgeable, by helping me pick the proper strain of flower.  The whole process was very efficient. Will return soon!

Dinh provided excellent customer service. She came to check on me and answer any questions. The facility is top notch. Lastly, the flowers- the best yet in Central Mass.  I wish I had come here first for my dispensary exploration.

I've been here twice so far. The first time I got a bum 1 g pre-roll that was clearly packed too tight. The second time I went, I received a bum .5g cart. The piece that makes the connect to the battery FELL OUT! I got to use it for one day(barely) and it broke. I will be returning it as now I am out $65 and nothing to show for it. I do think the employees are kind and helpful but so far the products have been faulty other than just the flower.

Great experience! It was so convenient with the curb side pick up. All you have to do is place an order online and go get it. It can be paid for cash or card. They come check your life you pay and your done!

I've been there once. Friendly staff, plenty of parking. Flower I bought was fantastic!

I usually stop here if I'm in the area as I do have dispensaries that are closer to my home. Tonight I stopped by and was greeted by "Darren". He was so awesome! Fast service and so kind. Based off of his customer service alone, I'll definitely be back.

Came here in 2020 Everything was potent and actually got me high. Now September 2021 i feel like i got ripped off. Traveled all the way from New York City thinking everything would be the same but WRONG. The batches where 2-3 months old and now they have disclaimers on their weed and new containers they use. I never suspected i need to check my product before buying because it should have been satisfying. I heard Massachusetts (Mass Producing) is opening more and more dispensaries. Taking our money and giving us poison. Just because its "adult use" dont mean it should be Top Quality. I didnt even get High i just felt weird. I was hoping i could buy weed legally and be satisfied, but this reminded me if the trash on the streets. I will be emailing Your office very soon. I spent to much money.

Natures Remedy is such a great dispensary! I work in grafton and decided to stop by on my way back home. It's conveniently located right off the highway and there is plenty of parking. I appreciate the face that they are onlY recreational. The have a large variety of edibles. I tend to lean more towards the "incrEDIBLES" brand of gummies which are amazing. Their prerolls are also excellent. I can't wait to go back and try some of their chocolate that I've heard so many great things about. When I went, they seemed to have a technical error with their register, but they handled it very professionally and profusely apologized. Staff is well trained for these situations. It seemed like they have a great operation over at Nature's Remedy. Prices range from $15-$80 per item.

Do not come here if you’re trying to use a debit card. Their system is always down and you end up having to use their atm and get charged a fee and then an additional one from your bank. Been there 3 times and each time it’s the same deal. They offer curbside but then you have to end up going in because of the system issues!

Store looks great, inside and out. The staff are polite! You can order online for in store pickup or curbside pickup. I'd recommend anything from Coast or Apostrophe.

Went today and this place is awesome! Great selection in all categories, staff is so super friendly and helpful!! Connor the GM is super nice too! Great to have a dispensary so close! Will be back for sure!
