Went to the Rockwell location, pretty disappointed, had to wait for like 10 mins in a empty store with 4 employees goofin off to check me in, they used their bare hands to weigh up my flower, no gloves, no tweezers. Very unprofessional. Love the midwest city location but this one sucks.
There is always a line when I come in but the wait is never long. Their selection is always expanding. Every visit I find something new. The staff is friendly and inviting. This is my monthly go to spot.
Prices are good. Only problem is since they have gotten bigger I feel like I’m just a number.
My experience was terrible. Kendrick should be FIRED. This is my 2nd review as the owners decided to have my review taken down instead of addressing my issue. So I will say it again. I am a patient. I am a consumer, I am a customer. When I am called a smart a** by your staff I think that is unacceptable. The owner should want staff that treats people better than that. I have spent my last dime with your company. I expect the owner to reach out in regards to the unprofessional manner I was treated.
