the beverly hills of weed dispensaries. all the staff is really nice and helpful and the facilities are clean and modern. i used to live close so i would frequent this place but after i moved, i come a little less, but i still stop by here and there to get my buds. thank u trc!

Bad service/poor communication  and the guys working there gave the wrong info on product. When you're talking about meds, to have staff that is not totally knowledgable on product is not good.

Nice quiet area clean. My first time checking them out very professional. The girls hair is bangin in little Rock. This place is cool.

I dig this shop!my regular spot.super nice, knowledgeable and I dig the store and their selection of greens. I've been smoking for about, oh, 15 years, so I don't really need someone to explain to me what different strains do -- I also have a really selective palette -- I just need someone to tell me what they like and if I like it, then that's worth it's weight in gold to me!!also, I like that they're clean, and they don't feel shady or weird like some dispensaries do.

FUN PLACE, all the people here are super sweet and know the products. They allow you to look and ask, smell and suggest great products. This is my second time checking into this kind of business. Amazing and by far the Best. Thank you all.

Super knowledgable staff with a great selection!If you have questions, they have answers. From what I understand, they are the only true legit dispensary on this stretch of Pico. Beautiful, clean space, as well. Give them a try.

Worst Place ever! I am completely mortified after being accused of stealing when I'm standing right in front of them holding my cane because I have cancer and cannot stand for too long. I walked in without a person or do I have pockets in my pants and the stupid girl still try to accuse me of stealing. That's stupid girl warned me like I was a child that they have cameras.... well doesn't everybody especially collective!! And more so they have the crappiest free items for first time patient that I've ever seen in my life there like a cracker jack box prize

Virginia was super helpful. My parents have very specific medical needs and are also parents and she was so helpful. Everyone is so sweet.

This place is horrible and has horrible service. I called and asked a question and the guy who answered was screaming at employees to answer my question. He then screamed 3 more times and no one would respond. He then put me on hold for 2 minutes and hung up. I called back and they didn't answer my call. I was actually on my way there then ended up going somewhere else! Horrible service!

Very rude Security at front desk. Very snarky and annoyed with people coming in. Needs to learn customer service with a smile. Sometimes you have to answer the same questions over and over at a job. Maybe smile and have an already ready statement when people are signing in or before. His attitude made me want to walk out immediately. I won't recommend this place to friend just based on the attitude from the front doorTrain the security to smile and be pleasant to guests walking in and spending money. Other than bad taste when walking in, the prices were decent for the area and product was good but still wouldnt come back.... I almost felt insulted the way he answers. Like I was annoying him just being there.

YOU CAN STOP SEARCHING FOR YOUR FAVORITE DISPENSARY! It's right here!!! LOL. I suffer from insomnia as well as some serious back pain as a result of a car accident several years ago.I've read about and have learned so much about how CBD products and CBD/THC products can help me with my issues. I've tried some products over a short period of time, but also learned how the quality and potency is only regulated and guaranteed at legal shops and that is why I made the drive to come out to this place. I only know amazing things about The Relief Collective and now I can personally attest to how amazing it is and how well their products work. The budtenders are very friendly and super knowledgeable. I asked a lot of questions and they went above and beyond to help me get just the right products.If you're like me and looking for reliable products and people...and you want to know you're getting what you pay for, give this place a shot. Really appreciate this shop!!!

This place is overpriced and they try to cheat you. I brought the battery that I purchased at the store with me (because I had issues with cartridges being incompatible) and they sold me an incompatible cartridge and were extremely rude and refused to refund me. Do not go here.

This place is super dope! Come check it out! Never seen so many varieties displayed in such a cool way and the staff Koi actually seemed professionally knowledgeable which is a relief to find in a store when you are buying medicinally!

Seemed like a nice enough store. Not a huge selection but there's stuff I haven't found at other places. The entrance process is slightly confusing-the guard said to wait at the couch but it wasn't clear how long to wait. It was fine, just kind of awkward. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The decor is beautiful! Cash only, but I think there's an ATM on site with some ridiculous fee (bring your own cash).

I love this place!! If your looking to get some great recreational or medicinal herb this IS THE PLACE! They are SO friendly and helpful. Your missing out if you don't try this boutique of herbs!!! Get there ASAP!

What a wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and helped me find what I was looking for. Their selection is a not as robust as other dispensaries I've visited, but even still, there  is plenty to choose from. Beautiful interior with lots of natural light (surprisingly rare for dispensaries) make this a must-visit!

Security guy was a huge dick to my friend and the people that checked in after me. That turned me off. Weed = good vibes only. Hollyweed is right down the street and always kind and never feels like a rent a cop is trying to attack people. The bud tenders were nice and great but that being the first impression made me very uncomfortable.

They sold two defective cartridges and wouldn't refund or replace them, cool.  I drive all the way from the south bay to support their business because my friend said they had nice stuff. Thanks for having your customers backs.

John and his staff are amazing! Always so helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone is so friendly as well. They have a great selection and the remodel is beautiful.

I have no clue why this place does not have perfect review. Customer service is on point and staff treats everyone equally. Even the security guy at the front is super nice and friendly. The space is very chic and clean, variety of edibles are pretty good. No complaints, just glad I have this really approachable store for any women whether you have never been to dispensary exist in my  neighborhood.

Although this place is further away than other stores for me, I come here for the staff. They are always helpful and polite, even security which is a rarity. This will always be my number one cannibis store. Keep up the good work!

The esthetic of this place is off the chain but please be aware of their 18% tax they got going on over there. I paid a sales tax and a city tax that's I've never seen on a weed receipt before, but if there is, rust me when I say this has opened my eyes to pay attention. There weren't that many options of of what I was looking for and were limited on products. Good luck !

WOW! Full disclosure: I don't regularly shop at dispensaries cuz I don't regularly use marijuana products. BUD if I did, this would be the place I would regularly shop at.  Upon walking in, I was impressed with the upscale modern style of the decor, displays, and most importantly the friendliness of the personnel. From Oscar at Security Check In to Rebecca behind the counter. 5 stars all around!!!
