The bud is the driest of any dispensary I've been to, and every single vape cart they sell is guaranteed to become almost prohibitively blocked at some point. I've not had a single one that didn't at some point become a huge pain to use. I'm absolutely done with this place.

Everyone that works here is great! I love coming here! I work until late way too much but they're open til 10pm and I always make it by minutes before they close and I never feel rushed or that I'm holding them up from leaving! Great selection of products too! I wish I could double the ?⭐?⭐?⭐

So I am regular customer and have been since they opened I have seen all the staff there. Unfortunately they need Better customer service now. Because I go in there are 3 ladies just standing there no one walks up to the counter to even act like they wanted to help me. I had to just choose one to walk up to. None of them greeted me nor did they speak they actually look like they didn’t even wanna help me or could careless. So to be a regular customer I feel like taking my business else where. That way I can be greeted and respected and treated like a valuable customer. Do better on your customer service skills and approach.

The staff is so friendly and helpful! I accidentally bought the wrong thing, and I typically hate making returns, but they made me feel so much better when I came in! I gave them more work to do and they did it with a smile and reassurance to me that they just wanted me to like what I got! Definitely recommend this store!

This place was wonderful. Ashley in particular! I called looking for a very specific strain for my elderly Mother who sufferers from MERS... and while y'all aren't currently carrying that strain, Ashley took the time to research it and find a dispensary in MA that currently has it in stock. THAT IS WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THANK YOU GARDEN REMEDIES AND ASHLEY!
