Friendly, knowledgable budtenders with great prices and a good selection!  You can tell they are one of originals in cannabis in this area - They've been around since 2005 so they have it down! Definitely the best shopping experience in the area!

I'm editing my last review because I see the taxes add up & I am not be charged twice for taxes. What is happening is that my medical discount is not being accepted.  Trying to order online to be safe since I am a senior but it is impossible at this point.  There is a big difference between paying $149 when I should be paying $129.  Check your online orders if you have any senior or medical discounts.  See below

This is one of the first places in Los Angeles I was able to find the actual CBD flower. It was in joint form but the packaging is so cute. I like that this business has the bonus that if you leave a review and mention the bud tenders name they get five bucks added to their paycheck so make sure to tack that onto Alondras check!

Just in the Marina area looking for good store.  Visted several this was by far the worst.  There flour is garbage and all they really have are over priced pills and edibles. Definitely a store for tourist looking to try weed for the first time.

Love it here!  Great staff and great selection!  Knowledgeable staff who is willing to help.  Highly recommend!

Happy Father's Day ,went to the dispensary to purchase a nice pre-roll  and some flowers for myself and for my dad but unfortunately Jane the lady that supposed to help you was actually really rude to me after suspecting me of taking some pictures, I never took pictures I never had my phone out I just got a text message, and then without any communication she called security ,she didn't even try to have a conversation with me which was very surprising she call security to have me out of there, the security guy saw her mistake and instead of letting me buy product they told me the store for no reason , now I'm not going to have a happy Father's Day.in addition to that I called in advance to the store to check about a strain which they claim that they got ( I asked for a purple flower, they told me they have purple punch, when I got there it's gone ) but when I have arrive to the Store apparently they where just out of it and they don't have what they promised me over the phone,( the general reason why I drove there)The summarize, A lot of money for weed at a dispensary at least have a better experience than me, I highly recommend not to use this company because of three reasons:1. lack of customer service 2.lack of products3. lack of patients with new clients

They are more unprofessional as I imagined after giving biz for maybe 4-5 years. I buy a vape pen that oozes the juice you're supposed to inhale in a gas form. They tell me they will only replace it. Second time a vape pen has done this. I'm don't vaping. Do they think I trust this co to go again? No it's not like replacing a bike or computer. I go in last night and they said the owner would call. I call today and they said to email the owner. Which is it? YOU SELL MEDICINE still to many. This is meds to help me sleep. If I told my doc I took sleeping pills that kept me awake do you think he'd replace with the same? Defect is a defect.  They also charged me tax for 3-4 mos when I had a valid med lic on file and given and I had to be the one to notice.  You don't want my business anymore? Okay. Done.Larry. They never offered a substitute and that's what I wanted. So I stopped coming to MCC

One more shout out to Jose! I just started seeing him more and he makes me laugh every time! He's amazing and always so so sweet! Also Darcy! She's in the back now but but has always been amazing

DISGUSTING SERVICE -zero customer loyalty.They treated me like I'm the one at fault. Positively the worst experience anyone could ever have at a pharmacy. I have bought well over $3k over 3 months here. I went in with a broken charger and the guy refused to change it for me, he said that because I tried to take it apart to fix it he would t return it.  I explained that I had called in about that and the pen itself. "I wasn't on the call" he said.  "Do you really wanna loose a customer for a 50cent charger?" He didn't care. I can't believe after being such a loyal customer, I'm treated this way.

This is a fantastic dispensary! Firstly, they have a parking lot which is very rare and incredibly convenient as a patient. I came to find some edibles and the staff was well-versed in the products and helped me find what I needed. They also grow their own flower onsite which is so cool.

LOVE LOVE THESE GUYS!!  They are knowledgeable friendly and have a Great selection of products. Prices are low and the manager Dimitrius will crack you up!! Great guy!They have the best products.

Making this review is breaking my heart. I have been a a client at Marina Caregivers for The Last 5 Years. In fact when I travel around the world I send them postcards of encouragement I refer people to them and today when I went in to make a purchase I received the worst service ever. The clerks were rude I waited as they serviced other clients that came in after me. When I finally receive the clerk's attention I asked to see a particular item and she just looked at me and didn't want to get the item. Once she retrieve the item she said in a snarky tone is that it is there anything else I can get for you? Mine you I was as calm and peaceful as I normally am so I didn't understand where the hostility came from. Looks like I will give them a break for a while go to a different cannabis shop.

Don't buy there promo coupon if you don't want to throw your money away. They don't honor coupons that were purchased as a gift. Very poor communication skills. Won't ever go back there again. Just to be clear I gave those coupons as gifts to people I know for Christmas. They were new customers. It's ok, you don't have good weed (so weak) I only used you because you were close, but MMD is just as close.

It's the only place I go and it's about 80 miles round trip. Lisa, at the front, is always so friendly and I'm always happy to see her. She's always got a smile

These guys are great. They have lots of different products so that you can try different things to see how they work for you. I have a few products that I love and they always keep them in stock. They don't have lots of parking but I always find a space. I am a senior and I get a 15% discount so I love that about them too.

Rude and hostile manager. Sent me a threatening email asking me to remove my very honest review. Did not apologize. This establishment deserves its one star rating. This is a place for honest reviews only. If many people are commenting about the rudeness of the staff, its a time to listen and make improvements, not try to get people to remove the reviews by sending them private emails.

This is my go-to dispensary for everything! I loveeee the strains, especially Salvador Dali. They have the best selection of edibles and oils too. Everyone that works here is always so friendly and make me feel at home. They give great recommendations and I always leave satisfied. Thank you marina caregivers for everything!

Will never go here again...their weed has nicotine & arsenic in it. Packaging says it right on the label.

I have been in 3 times, mostly for CBD oil products for pain....the first time was great;  I received a 30% discount, & was told that if I brought in a friend, they'd get the discount, & I'd get 20% off.So today (my third visit),  I took a good friend there.  As we proceeded to check out (being waited on by a girl who apparently does not know how to smile,) we were told, "Oh, that only applies if you have a medical card."  I tell them that I have never had one-& then they say, "Oh, well the laws have changed."The 1st time I was in was like 2 months ago!!So next time I need CBD I am going to find a place where smiles are abundant,  people tell the truth, & where the prices are a bit more competitive....

They have a nice selection of pre-rolls, edibles and buds, as well as bubblers and bongs. The staff isn't as knowledgeable as a few other places I've visited but overall they had everything I was looking for PLUS long hours (opens early), the easy parking and a friendly check in staff. I'll go back.

These people were not nice. They told me my Dr Rec had expired. It hadn't.  I cleared that up myself. Then they overcharged me for discounted pre-rolls. Basically I was overcharged $18.25. And they weren't nice about it. The salesgirl had no clue, didn't explain availability or prices. I will NOT return. There are WAY too many other options.

Pretty normal spot for the westside. Prices could be better but never had a bad experience here though. Standard selection of choices and strains. I just can't pay highschool prices for an 8th of top shelf. It is pretty common over here to see 60+ which is crazy but convenience has its price. I would still recommended this shop and will continue to go when convenient for me.

Good selection and prices, and they play great music  staff was all great especially the check in receptionist, except one young lady who was rather rude and rushy. Would've left 4-5 stars if she didn't act the way she did.

I was a loyal customer until recently. I've always thought they're prices were high, but somewhat reasonable. Not anymore, they are price gouging! Almost every flower is over $47 and not a very good selection in this price range. To get anything with a decent thc level you will spend $50-60. When these SAME products are offered much cheaper at other locations, even the delivery services have more reasonable prices. This business stayed open and continues to generate money as they like to boast that celebrities come in. But these prices are not for the community. Many people have lost their job or are suffering financially and to go up on the prices at this time is a shame. I've left there feeling very disappointed with the prices. I will be going somewhere else until they have lowered their prices. I really use to enjoy this place! Too bad.

It's close, clean & friendly. Other places I've been is in a sketchy area & has tricky & suspect people hanging around. As a female I feel safe & comfortable. On your first purchase you get a discount, lighter & a joint, pretty awesome if you ask me cuz who doesn't like free stuff. It doesn't have the greatest selection if your lookin for edibles but it has what I need so I'm happy. Oh yeah, they also give you a card with your photo on it which it great cuz I didn't but it when I got my prescription: so now I don't have to carry that dumb giant paper. (It's only good at their location thought).All in all, if you want to smoke come here.

This was the most welcoming spot I've been to on the Westside. Tucked away in on a nice side street you'll enjoy their selections, speedy service and modern business style

Done with this place. I have been a regular customer here for years. Absolute zero customer service/loyalty. Spoke to the tender during a recent visit about intermittent problems with my vape pen. Not sure if it's their branded battery or the cartridge. She said, "bring it in and we'll figure it out". Today, I brought in my unit and the cashier confirmed it wasn't working fully well. I'm standing there waiting to see how she would begin to handle the problem and she just starts looking everywhere but at me. She said, "I guess you'll just have to suffer through until you get a new one. I can't do anything for you". Wow. In a neighborhood where there's a shop every few hundred yards, you'd think they would care more about keeping customers. I gotta believe other local shops care more. Gonna find out.

Marina Caregivers is close to where I work, so I started going because the location is super convenient; once I went inside I was won over by pretty much everything about the place. The girl who worked the desk was pleasant and alert, not totally baked out like many places. I also liked the secure gated courtyard feel, made me feel like a VIP, and the interior is very clean and professional as well.Now what most people care about: the quality of selection and prices... I found things to be very affordable, except the cheeba chews are a little pricey (but the indica and deca doses are really potent so that's a minor gripe I guess). The flowers, waxes and oils here are always delicious and the budtenders are some of the most knowledgeable and energetic I've met in LA.I'm someone who uses different strains at different times of the day for specific effects and ailments. The folks at Marina Caregivers were very conversant in the differences between strains and made me feel right at home.They take cash or plastic which makes it a really convenient option. I recommend this dispensary to everyone I know who lives here, works here, or passes thru this area!

Love the whole crew here! All the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Plus, free joint Tuesdays...who can beat that? The owners are always improving the vibe by remodeling and making the space nicer. Only complaint would be not loving the new system with the iPads since it slows everyone down but still 5 stars

The worst dispensary I ever been !!! The girl that spoke with me was very rude , looks like she wasn't happy to be there or something!! + Their flowers are not the best but the price is the most expensive around this area . I left without get anything . Don't even wast your time to step there .....

This place use to be my spot it was so good a year or two ago when you had a card and points and no tax and goodies...everything has changed. They're about that dolla now lol not the best product either.

I have been a patient of marina care givers for years! As per usual I went in today... to see if there were any deals (especially being Black Friday). One of the girls said, "Well if you follow us on Instagram then you would know. Otherwise; the answer in No". Standing behind the counter she starts to giggle with her coworkers as if I didn't know better. I was treated with such attitude and disrespect today from these bud tenders I will not be returning. They are overpriced and good luck to the owners it won't be long before the new law effects your crooked business.

If I could give 0 starts, I would. There's only a couple of times I've been discriminated against, and it hurts to say it happened here in Los Angeles. I was told that due to the "election" coming up, they weren't allowed to take me in (even though I am a REGULAR / REGISTERED MEMBER with them) because my wallet was stolen earlier this week and didn't have my CA drivers license but only my GREEN CARD to proof identification. They kept asking me for a utility bill and I kept explaining numerous times that my bills are paperless and I offered to log in the utilities website through their computer to proof that I'm a CA resident. But one of their employees (didn't get her name - but dark skin, skinny and tall) kept poking her head in and kept saying "well, I have paperless but I always get a bill in the mail", she must have said this at least five times. And one of the times called me a liar. At that point, I gave up and thank them for their time.For the owner of this dispensary: I hope you have a talk with your manager (a gentleman that was kind enough  to give me the time to explain) and he will tell you who this employee was that kept calling me a liar about my bills. I hope you find better welcoming employees that will actually take their time to help YOUR customers and not push them away.Sorry to inform that me, and at least 20 of your regulars will no longer be coming to this facility.

This is the definition of a vulture shop. Only people who rate this place highly are associated or completely naive and oblivious to how the cannabis community operates. They claim to be here for patients, yet everything they have is extremely overpriced. Like the other reviewer mentioned: they charged me taxes when I am a patient of prop215. The white lady was extremely rude as well, didn't even give me my FTP. She seemed incredibly bothered that she had to tend to my order. When I mentioned that the products they carry such as pickled monkey and bloom cartridges were overpriced she got even more disgusting in her demeanor. Body language And facial expressions go a long way home girl. I could have went to VMC in culver and got literally twice the amount of product for what I paid there. This is a place you can hope gets raided and shut down. It's a bane to the cannabis culture. They can rip off all the yuppies of West LA but they won't have my business. Mostly, I hope the disgusting unattractive and very rude white lady gets fired, or loses whatever association or ownership she has with that business. They have regular flower quality as well, you can visit Berner's cookie shop in Maywood and find real true quality and patient care, and I don't even like Berner personally. As much as Berner is a f#*k boy and him and I don't get along - I'd happily purchase his products over marina any day. Don't bother replying either Marina, first impressions are everything. You don't even carry luxador grown flowers and you charge luxador prices....

Great place, good quality flower, caring, just overall awesome and helpful. One of the oldest dispensaries in LA. Original strains. My go to place!

This place rocks! I do not understand the negative comments. Not my experience at all and I've been going since they moved from Washington Blvd. to Beach Ave. It is a beautiful place--very clean, great decor, awesome staff and all the customers are pretty cool too. It's very comfortable going in there and if you're a regular, they remember you. I love their products. My only complaint is that they run out. I wish they would stock up on more of my favorite edibles. Parking is a breeze. I'm in and out in 10 minutes and I love the point system. Definitely a 5-star!

Very unhappy with my experience here. I was visiting for the first time and asked what the girl there recommended for the pride parade as a fun energetic high. She gave me a gummy and said I can eat the whole thing or start off with half if I wanted to be safe. I ate half before I realized that 60 Mg THC and a 4 dosage gummy. I had the worst experience and my whole trip was ruined. I admit fault to not reading the box but her confidence in her choice made me feel comfortable especially since I've became comfortable with Denver cannabis. As a young woman in a new city this could've been very dangerous and I hope this review prevents this from happening to anyone else.

I love my local clinic, Marina Caregivers. The employees are never too busy to educate, help or just offer a friendly word and a smile. The prices are average for the West side but that being said they do have good deals daily and the 10% you get back on every purchase and accumulate on your card is so useful for those days when money is a little tight or you just want an extra somethin' somethin'. The location is great and it's a very nice store, very classy with an awesome selection of pretty much anything you would want. You should totally go check them out!

Marina used to be great. I live in Agoura Hills but would drive down to buy from them on Happy Hour Wednesdays. As a matter of fact, I just did that today after checking the website to see what all they had. Despite the website still listing Happy Hour Wednesdays from 2-6p, when I arrived I was told they no longer do happy hour. Not exactly what you want to hear when you drove more than an hour to get there. I expressed my frustration with the staff, but they didn't do anything about it. They blamed the laws and said their attorney advised them to stop all promotions/discounts until they understand the new law better. Sounds reasonable, but the damn website should have been updated. I wasted my time and money today because they were too incompetent to know the current regulations and/or to update their website before Happy Hour... if one chooses to believe that shit. It could just be that they want to capitalize on all the people showing up for Happy Hour since most will still make a donation. There were a couple other people arriving for happy hour that weren't happy about this, either, but they still bought something. Fuck anyone that treats loyal customers like this. I'm done with this place and I'd advise you to choose another dispensary. There are many others in that area that will treat you better.

Easily the nicest dispensary I've been to in LA or Denver. The bud is top notch too. I live a few blocks away and this will now be my go-to spot.

Confirmed. Over a period of 4 months, I personally conducted a test to check if they have been hiding items on Happy Hour days (Wednesdays). And the results are much more disappointing than what I expected. They magically "run out" of the items that sell the most every Wednesday just right before "Happy Hour"when they get the most clients. But you will find those items right back on normal operating hours. Check it out for yourself. I used to spend about $300 a month here. Now, I feel I'm being fooled. I'm taking my money somewhere else.

Don't bother! Wicked EXPENSIVE and the quality of the flower is not that good for the money. I guess you're paying for the really cool decor.

At First, I only went here because it was the closest dispensary. After going thru a series of MMJ shops I found their prices to be high as Fuck but they have a variety of potent edibles. I HIGHLY recommended the mini muffins and cookies for a nice buzzed day! The selection of flowers and concentrates @ this place is awesome. They're pricey, but you gotta kinda expect it given the neighborhood. Oh, and did I mention they have a reward card system that help cut your MMJ costs! #goodassbuds

This is the very place I visited after I got my card. Everyone working there is very professional. The receptionist bud tender was very friendly and knowledgeable. Of all the places I went to afterward, I like this one the most, because they wanted your business and it shows. The other places are pretty chill, but they just don't have the "we love you man fee" this place has. Or maybe it's just me. They don't have a large variety, but if you're not a choosy consumer, they have really good top shelf stuff. Parking is right in front.

I love this place! I don't want to go anywhere else. The guard is funny and really nice. Abe at the front desk is very helpful and lovely to talk to, and they give great discounts. I had a fun experience there.

The staff is nice but it is not medical grade ! Expensive for mid grade , the sign on top is ghetto looking, looks like a shanti town sign the big sexy edible were a waste, did not feel a thing! This was a second time I tried 2 give this place a chance. Go to LAXCC . They hav a large selection medical grade products at a good price!

This place is really nice. Extremely clean, very friendly and knowledgable staff. These guys even have a outside perimeter wall with a security guard to watch your bicycle, and it's very convenient. They have a vast array of edibles and things that I just haven't been able to find anywhere else. Their herb is a little on the pricy side, but ambiance and security are factored in I suppose. Parking can be a bit limited, but don't let that stop you. What a fantastic shop!

I have been going MCG for the last three months, I found it on Yelp (thanks)This place turned out to be a diamond in the rough.  There Meds and othergoodies tend to be of the best quality.  I just love there points system. Parking can be a little problem depending on the time of day.  There Securityis right at the front door checking ID.  Almost forgot the knowledgeablestaff, just stomped down good people, you know just helpful.

This place is super chill. The staff is friendly and very willing to answer any questions. First time customers get a nice little gift as well.

Aren't we in the middle of a pandemic right now?  Aren't hundreds of thousands of people dying from Covid?Why on earth is Marina Caregivers charging a $3 "convenience fee" for curbside pickup?  Who came up with that idea and how can you even begin to justify that in the middle of a DEADLY PANDEMIC?While the selection here is good, the people that work here aren't very friendly.  Sometimes I can get past a lack of friendliness but what I can't accept is a bogus and predatory tax on curbside pickup during a national health emergency.It's a matter of decency and principle.  I saw another review where a senior was shopping here and she also mentioned the inconvenience of the "convenience fee".  You people should be ashamed to charge that in this environment!

Whatever you do, don't go at 3 in the afternoon and not because they're busy. They weren't. I counted 5 people working Behind The Counter ~ one helping a customer, two with their heads together not even looking up at me (the only other customer in the entire place),  a man in the nursery where they growi Flower, and someone else in the cubby room next door the Flower nursery. It's SUCH a bad impression when a regular customer sees so many familiar faces (5 to be exact), none of whom will so much as acknowledge their presence..When I asked the only person who was actually working (besides security outside and the people who check you in out front) why I couldn't catch anyone's attention to get some help, she said it was a "shift change." And by god, during a shift change, no one will budge, lift a hand to help you or even have the courtesy to say, "Someone will be with you in just a moment." I've read about their poor customer service, but hadn't experienced it myself in the handful of times I'd been there this go-round (7 months). But it didn't take long before I caught it too.  You feel like a jerk standing around when so many are working but won't even acknowledge your presence. But I wasn't the jerk. The lack of graciousness and flexibility by the staff was astonishing.And just that fast, I've found another dispensary where I found the same products (with an S), lower prices, ample parking and my wonderful budtender walked me into the back and was one-on-one with me from that moment until I left as one satisfied customer. There's too much competition in this town, in this area, nearby, for any customer to be treated like a fool. Caregivers, get it together ~ treat customers poorly now and you may wind up the fool. A GENEROUS 3 stars for you.

Marina Caregivers is the worst dispensary in the area.  Please go anywhere else but here.  The staff act like they're doing you a favor to wait on you, the prices are outrageous, the parking sucks and management is completely unresponsive.

Worst place ever, went for an event where their manager was cutting people in line. If I had known it was a friends and family event I wouldn't have gone. Horrible practice. You will never see me again. Now you see why people shop at bog store like Cookies instead of supporting small local businesses.

Ordered a delivery and the driver did not notify customers credit was no longer being accepted as payment. So I had to drive to the store to  pay the debt. Might not seem like much but if I have dispensaries that are closer and offer credit card payment the customer service ain't worth driving to Marina.  Please train your staff instead of inconveniencing your customers. And if anything happens with customer experience offer a freebie  a small gesture of apology goes a long way. Tell your cashier that and maybe you'd have kept a long time customer. Instead you lost one to your competition. Best

Oh. My. Gosh!! I am in heaven!!!!!!!! The variety of products available that are infused with THC were breathtaking  I can't stress enough that if you ever come to visit LA, this is hands down the BEST dispensary out here!! You won't be disappointed

Girls here were eh, you can only look at products on the tablet and they just stare at you while you are looking on the one tablet they have to share between all customers who come in. no one was allowed to actually look at product. girls were talking amongst self and made me feel super uncomfortable with no help ands anytime i asked a question made it seem like a chore. They also didn't know anything about the products they were selling. Choices here are more overpriced then other places, only went here because it was close to my house but i suggest trying other the other local places with better customer service.
