Modest selection of cannabis products neatly presented and plenty of decorations related to the 'white rabbit'. Prices are about that of other retail distributors. Advertised a very good price for a gram of a popular concentrate. But, it's in Everett. I heard that there were a lot of tweakers there but never expected to have one Serve my art a cannabis shop.

This is my favorite shop in the north end by far.....they have great deals on some select flower products that are pretty hard to find elsewhere.....What stands out about this shop is their honesty. Like any business they will aim to up sell products. What I've noticed however, is that they will never try to up sell a product in any dishonest fashion. One example would be when a budtender was showing me a jar worth about 50 bucks retail. He could have easily sold me on it since I was really interested. However, he rescinded half way saying "oh wait you mentioned you don't want an indica dominant flower that's too heavy." He then showed me something else that was only about a 40 dollar product, but that gesture alone is consistent with the service I've had here many times. I come back here because of their integrity. The only minor complaint I could think of is that some of the flower is pretty old, sometimes over a year or so since harvest. They are very transparent about this and explain that's why they're mostly on promotion for so cheap. You could see this as a positive or a negative.....Some ppl don't mind at all...and it's still some good good too....and if you're really on a budget they have some incredibly cheap bags of shake you could pick up along with a gram or two of VERY potent kief you could just toss in to make for some excellent flower......

Overpriced. Not nearly as polite or customer-focused as the other two shops less than one block away. Let's start with prices. When I ask for any cartridge, I get handed one grams that are always over $40. I will never pay more than that for a cart since that is the average price. I am sure the owner will say I am wrong, but you can go around and ask local shops yourself. $40 is the going price unless a store simply wants a higher markup. In this case. White Rabbit has A LOT of competition in the area with Kushman's next door and Puff-And-Chill across the road. Both carry carts for $40 or less every single time I have ever gone to them. Went in with my mother to look for high CBD carts and they tell me the only thing they have is one gram for over $60! Down the road, you have a ton more shops that are a five-minute bus ride away, if that. This is not the place to be in if you want to gouge your customers. Try selling cars or being a lawyer, but a pot shop does not seem a great fit for you, Mr. White.Education is non-existent. Most of the information, minus one well-informed budtender, has been either wrong or misinformed. When cannabis is growing with the average user and new customers are being turned onto the benefits of cannabis, doling out wrong information is a big no-no. To be fair, the shop across the street never knows anything. Out of the three shops on this block, White Rabbit comes in second on knowledge. As with many shops in the area, White Rabbit management has absolutely no clue when to update their online menus. A responsible opening manager should always update the menu daily, especially as more and more shops open very closely together. Today, for example, I saw on their menu they had at least four strains of the one cartridge I was looking for. Walk in and they have none of that, but definitely had something twice as expensive to try and sell me. This is far from bait and switch, but it is a very shady way to do business. To most customers, this is the same as advertising an item and then only offering a more expensive option, which is true bait and switch. The only thing stopping this practice from falling under bait and switch is that the menu items are not advertised. Employees interaction is cold and stiff more often than not. Any questions about menu updates or anything store related is ALWAYS answered with an 'I don't know.' If your employees know absolutely nothing about your business, that seems to speak to a training issue or possible leadership issues. Not caring trickles down in business. Finally, and this is just a minor annoyance, but they have two entrances. One has a banner for 'delicious munchies' featuring name brand chips and snacks. Not one munchie on site that is not cannabis-infused. The biggest annoyance here is this takes less than five minutes to fix, but the management refuses to, likely to attract cannabis users who tend to enjoy their munchies.Now, the owner will likely reply and say I am wrong and none of this has ever happened, instead of focusing internally and trying to fix the issues. It's a bit sad when shops like this give legal cannabis a bad name, but every batch of awesome has a few bad apples in there.

They rushed us to make a decision and kept staring at us while we were deciding what to buy. Haven't been back.

Expiration date Bait & SwitchI read the review this morning and thought ... no way, I like this place. But this morning the expiration date on the strain I chose was for 4.2018 and when I got home it was 10.2017, dust dry. Bait & Switched happened to me!!!!! Stay clear!!!! Plenty of other shops doing it right and standing tall.

BAIT & SWITCH - Typically visit 3+ times a week, went in today with one strain in mind when I got home it was something totally different, bait & switched at purchase. I gave them the opportunity to make it right and I got shown the door, long time stoner recommends to avoid this shop like the plague, they do not have the local in mind, only their pockets. Selfish shop reflecting the problems with 502. Disgusted.

The staff here is rude and unprofessional.  There are 4 other shops within walking distance, I suggest you take your business there and save $ while you're at it.  Oh and btw their selection is subpar at best.  You're welcome.

I like this place, Anthony always takes care of me, I've spent between 100 on oil and 6 bucks j's and they treat me the same way, always great Def recommend it.

Truly miss coming here solely for the staff. Superior customer service and their products never disappointed me either.

This is the only cannabis clinic I go to, and I recommend it to all my friends!  I'm not that knowledgeable and the staff is super friendly and helpful.  They are cheerful and kind, and I always feel welcomed in there.  They have a wide range of options and pretty much anything you ever need.  Always will come back here!

A friend recommended this place to me. The second I walked in I felt super welcome. I went in looking for a new oil cartridge for my pen. Im new to this weed thing, but the guy I was talking to new every answer to my question (I wish I could remember his name, but he was super awesome) he also complimented my Alice in wonderland tattoo. It was a super clean place, and super easy to find. I will for sure come back to this place and I'll highly recommend to everyone I know!!

Normally, you go into these pot shops and all the budtenders are so friendly and knowledgeable! I have always had a good experience here, although i have discovered recently there are a few places that have better prices, they are further away from my house than i wanted to drive yesterday. I went in with $40 cash and wanted to buy the most flower i could for it, so i asked to look at quarters. The older lady with black curly hair asked me if i wanted sativa or indica before i could even finish my sentence. She seemed to rush me from the very start. God forbid i didn't know exactly the strain and brand i wanted when i walked in. She was getting all huffy puffy about having to get the different bins out- (wasn't MY idea to put them in bins so you have to do extra work to show your customers the product!) I ended up settling on an eighth and wanted to check out some grams too, but she was just getting more and more impatient with my browsing of the shelves- I decided to just get the eighth and leave. I have never had such a negative experience at white rabbit. I would hesitate to go back, which is too bad- i really liked the rest of the people there. The guy from Spain is really really nice, and my previous, more positive experiences are what earned you the 3 stars. Maybe she just needed a smoke break? But then, maybe she just needs a different job....

I asked for strictly Indica prerolled joints and having trusted the sales person since I had visited the dispensary on multiple occasions, I ended up With two sativa and one hybrid.  I have only been smoking for about a year but I totally feel like the sales person only cared about one thing, sales. Duh. She talked really fast she was short and she was annoying. And I felt pressured and obligated into my purchase. I suppose it's my fault for not paying better attention but they were running low on a lot of joints so I trusted her to at least supply me with some INDICA . Oh and I was stalking up to move out of state. Irritated ....

A small place, but has heart and warmth which makes me think it is family owned. After going in only once, the next visit they recognized me and treated me like a friend. I have been to pot shops all over the state... And while most want to get you in and out as fast as possible, I felt like they were glad I was there. They were helpful, and knowledgeable about their product. I have a feeling they have a lot of repeat customers, as their customer service skills were great!

These guys have very low quality flower, no idea what their oils are. The labels don't say. Percentage is great and all but if you don't know indica or sativa, how can u decide? Im pretty sure that the dude just guessed. The syringe the oil came in broke while trying to open it before leaving the parking lot. Tried to have them show us how to fix it. They tild us to shove the broken cap point into the syringe. Now its completely impossible to get out. Just wasted $60.00. Never going back there.

Kind people and good product/pricing. There are so many different cannabis shops now, this is my favorite because the employees are so nice and helpful, the place has good energy, and I find the prices very reasonable.

This is a very very small shop that is packed full of goodness.I've tried many of their products here however the grower that seems to be the most consistent and best bang for your buck is Chipper Gardens.I've been to a lot of other shops and they seem to be just a little bit higher price than most.You can get a $10 gram here but it looks and smokes just like a $10 gram.To get something good you definitely need to spend around $14 a gram to find some good quality weed.

I love coming here, I visit frequently and every time I walk in I'm always welcomed no matter how busy it can be. The product is great, prices are reasonable too! There's two gentlemen that work here that usually are the ones helping me I feel horrible not knowing there names but they are the absolute best with helping me pick out pre rolls and wax, they recognize me when I come in which is a good feeling knowing they see different faces all the time but they still manage to know who I am. I will always go here and I will definitely recommend my friends to come here! Thanks for being so awesome guys!

Love this dispensary. It's one of my go-tos. Super close to where I live. The bud tenders are always nice and very informative. They have a pretty good selection.

White Rabbit is our favorite cannabis store. Always friendly service from all of the budtenders, decent prices with a wide selection of all different types of product, the budtenders are always knowledgeable and make it a point to get to know their customers. Overall just a cool place to grab some legal cannabis.Update: we continue to use and love White Rabbit Cannabis. Today, we had a situation with our car stopping working and the staff here was beyond helpful! They offered us supplies and tools, helped us in anyway they could. I love their sense of community, seriously, it's a lost art that not everyone has anymore. We are so grateful for their help today, even if it was just a can of soda to try to clean off our terminals and the loaning of tools and a rag. To us it was the extension of caring, and for that we will always continue to use White Rabbit and recommend them to our friends! We love this place, by far the best cannabis store and as always, the best budtender around!

This weed spot is cool but the prices are high compared to other weed shops in the area the prices are just ridiculous I don't really plan on coming back and visiting because I can get double in Everett for the price of just One thing in your store. You shouldn't do tax that's not cool!

Very nice place. Budtenders were very helpful and friendly. They also had a lot of edibles to pick from. I think this will be my new go to place!

These people are the most awesome people you will ever meet especially Teresa and and her husband Craig with that being said white rabbit also has the best products you will not be disappointed.  To everyone at white rabbit thank you and marry Christmas.

I had a great first time experience! Great, kind and helpful staff. Lots of cool accessories too! Having punch cards is always awesome, but the best was the jolly rancher after my purchase! I'll see y'all again soon!

I definitely like white rabbit and I come here whenever I am in the area the selection is solid and I like the fact the focus on organic products and think about the medical side of things. I especially like their selection of Sitka.  This is one of my favorite brands I can't find the selection they carry anywhere else. I come here from Alaska so I'm not always in town these guys remember me and remember what I like definitely impressed!

I've been coming here for a while. The staff is always nice,helpful and honest. Not only that but they do there best too make your day positive and build customer relations. I've met the owner he's nice and helpful. Their selection of marijuana is decent. What I like most about their selection is the owner always does his best to make sure there are no harsh chemicals or pesticides in the marijuanas he buys. This place is always been professional.

Go to the White Rabbit only if you are super desperate.  Don't go if you are looking for a good deal--especially if you're a Senior. Even though the owners are Boomers, they laugh in your face when you ask about a Senior discount.  So mean, right? White Rabbit is the most expensive place to buy cannabis, while remarkably consistently recommending the worst and the weakest product.  Really?  I say, don't encourage them. Go to Danks! They have killer deals and the product is always A+

I don't even know where to start. First let me say that I am always on the lookout for a good dispensary. Well I think I found one.From the outside it doesn't look like much, just a small building on the side of the road. Plenty of parking and the building looked handicap accessible. I use a cane from time to time so no steps is always a plus in my book. Initially when I entered I was helped out by a young man who didn't introduce himself and he didn't have the answers I needed when it came to strains and CBD information so I continued my transaction with another employee who introduced herself as "Abby".She was well informed and happy to help me find what I needed. (note to self: Carry a notebook to write down strain names) I forgot the names of the strains  but I was quite relaxed and my pain was lowered to a 3/10.When I go back I'm hoping to see the same budtender and hopefully find those same, or similar, strains.Their prices were very reasonable and they have such a selection I wish I could take an hour or so and just look at every item in the store. they also have pipes and glass.I do wish they would improve their website however it could use more and better images of the products.

My all time favorite cannabis place to go to My apologies for not remembering the budtender who is always helping us I would honestly never ask anyone else even tho they are all great but he is always happy to see everyone always u....ive been reading about certain strains and today I asked him about a good strain for a certain topic and he was quick to help me and my bf .... they always tell you how the strain will be strong or not honest people one thing that I did like about this place and what the budtender said to me was " not everyone gets the same high or effects " that got me so I will always go back ......when I get asked for the place to go to itsalways WHITE RABBIT CANNABIS  I love u guys thanks for being in my life lol

Cool location. The guy that helped me out really knew what he was talking about and I got a disposable and for a good price. Definitely a go to.

I was helped immediately, we were confused of all this covid 19 crap. Social distancing. But we were helped quickly and smooth.

I bought a cartridge from this smoke shop. It was my first time there . Now, I never have problems with my vape pens. I noticed a crack on the side of my cart and I took it in. The owner accused me of lying ! She then proceeded to make me feel like I was nothing because she was the owner of the establishment.  She said I had done something to break it ! DO NOT GO TO THIS SMOKE SHOP! I repeat! Do not go there ! This woman is a crook and a sarcastic old woman. How about you treat your customers better and not accuse themOf lying ! I am in shock y'all! There are WAY better places to go and get what you need ! Also, the woman who checked me out "christa " was no help at all. She had no idea what she was selling . She is just as incompetent as the owner . Over all .Terrible shop!Edit :Listen; just because you write a giant paragraph about where I "stored my vape" I wasn't even allowed to defend myself before I was so rudely interrupted and called out about putting my vape in my purse . How do y'all know it's not in a case in my purse ? Do not schoolMe on the storage of vapes. This isn't my first rodeo. Y'all are rude, period, point blank .Your previous cashier told me I had a month or original packaging and receipt and more than 50 percent of the oil. SO DONT TALK TO ME ABOUT THAT . That's y'all a fault . Not MINE . Why don't y'all treat people better and teach your staff better .(And why is it when I go to any other dispensary in town within the two weeks they have no problems . Your just blowing smoke .)Like I said y'all, do not go there or go there . The owner will verbally assault you and call you a liar  . They have no idea what they are selling and the owner is an arrogant  woman .

I have been coming to the shop for the last eight months weekly and really enjoyed the people I met there. I always asked for the recommendation from my bud tender and went with at least one item that was suggested, regardless of price. This last time I was in my bud tender did not use concentrate so we asked a coworker who had helped me prior. When we asked him about a certain brand, he replied to the bud tender in front of me and my partner, ' I don't know I don't smoke that sh*t.' And then started to mutter about working on farms. Mind you, this is someone I have bought over $100 worth of concentrates from in the past each visit. I will never go back because now I don't trust any of the recommendations from people that work there. and that sucks because you have brands that I really like and enjoy.

My favorite shop. After a dozen stops; I should know! Go in and see if you don't agree.

Great little weed store. I love the branding! And they always give us free lighters and packets to keep our weed fresh. Everyone who works there is always super nice and it’s one of the better weed stores in the area!

Small shop, median prices that being said. They have a good selection for not having the shelf space and the employees are quick, friendly and knowledgeable. Overall a pretty rad experience. The future looks bright ?
