I'm visiting for California and my friend and I ate Italian food and happen to walk into this dispensary! Great staff and products!

The staff is super! They have good quality flower that you can actually see what you are getting love that. Bob is the a hoot and very kind!

First time here and loved the customer service Lauren provided. We needed suggestions and she gave us some really good options. I am visiting but I Highly suggest for locals to stop by. They have lots of choices  for edibles. Thanks again Starbuds for making my visit here more enjoyable!!!

First place I went to when I got in town. It was a good experience and the budtender was a great! Very knowledgeable. And he sold me a nectar collector.  By YoCan (Dive). which I'd never heard of or seen before. My vacations game was changed by having this dab tool and it will also maximize the length of time the meds will last. It uses very little. And give huge flavors. The second place I went to on her vacation, unfortunately blew their meds away. But good in a pinch.

We are members here and we love the staff and the range of products that they have here! Staff is always super friendly and helpful. I've never had to wait to get in like other dispensaries. Join the membership program to get money off future purchases!

The crew here is so kind and patient for the out of towners. Everything is clean, easy to understand and options are constantly changing if you are open to suggestions. They are wonderful and truly make it fun to shop! Also, everyday there is a new special to stretch your $$$

My favorite dispensary!  We always go here because the staff is super knowledgeable, incredibly friendly, and still professional.  They all seem to be having fun back there without being blazed out of their skulls like some other places I've been; I appreciate that.  The prices are on point, the product is great and the sales people take the time to get to know you.  My husband and I call it our Friendly Neighborhood Weed Store and they've made loyal customers out of us.  Customer Service: you're doing it right!!!

I love the specials they do, they always have cool edibles and the cats that work there are super dope. The only downside is that the specials make it hard for financially irresponsible stoners to save money because they are so good. I love that they have the rewards program too. Was nice getting free j's and different credits just for buying from the best. Keep up the good work!

This shows up in web searches as a Medical Marajuana dispensary and a Recreational Dispensary.  IT IS NOT A MEDICAL MARAJUANA DISPENSARY! It only offers discounts on recreational products to Medical Marajuana cardholders.

While we have been back since, our first visit made us repeat customers.  As we were new to the dispensary scene, it was great to have a salesperson who actually took the time to understand what issues we were trying to address.  There is definitely no "hard sell" attempts, but rather a great appreciation for a customer's needs.

I really love this place. Customer service fabulous. Huge huge selection of edibles and drinks! I felt comfortable the first time I walked into the store. The staff was very patient with me when I asked a million questions about the difference between all the edibles!!! Come here for your bud then you can go directly next store to the Thai restaurant and eat when you get the munchies!!! Also, don't forget to ask for the rewards card. It's like a grocery store keychain savings card! Points add up and so do the savings!

Pretty cool place. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, in and out in a few minutes. I'm not a smoker so having help choosing products was appreciated. For the price and experience, I say go for it!

Usually, this place is great and I am treated with respect as a customer. Today, I was helped by a gentleman who was not engaging or helpful. He  did not explain the discount until I asked him about it, and he did not offer help in the bud selection process. It was as if he assumed I had been there before and knew the system (and I've only been twice before). It was an off-putting experience, and I walked out more frustrated than excited. Besides this interaction, this is a good dispensary and I will be back... but will be requesting another budtender to work with me. (p.s. They will not ask you for your phone number for the rewards program... just don't forget to mention it).

Every time I come here something goes wrong. Staff is extremely rude. I feel like every time I shop here I get ripped off. Save your money and go somewhere else. My favorite place is green tree

Stopped in Starbuds Loiusville for the first time today and was delighted by the service! Great price for what we wanted and super friendly staff. We will come back again soon! Keep on rockin it Starbuds!

Budtenders: very friendly and knowledgeable.Atmosphere: clean and mellow, seems like your average pot shop.Quality of product: Absolutely horrendous. Unless you are buying concentrates, edibles, or anything non weed-flower related you might be ok, but AVOID THE FLOWER AT ALL COSTS! This is without a doubt the worst quality bud I have ever experienced in my 5+ years of reefing. The reason their name is Starbuds is, like Starbucks, they sell low quality product at a somewhat reasonable price, but you're better off going somewhere else and paying a little bit more for a higher standard of quality. To start, the mid shelf bud literally smells like dirt. Every single dispensary I have been to has normal scented weed (you know, that classic skunky smell with differing levels of fruitiness and earthiness), but this one has a smell that can't even be associated with marijuana. And to top it off, you can barely get buzzed off of this stuff, even after loading 5 massive bowls in my bong. I thought to myself, hey maybe it's just this one batch that totally blows, but after giving Starbuds a 2nd and even a 3rd chance, I think it's safe to say that they just sell the lowest quality marijuana anywhere in the Denver-Boulder area. You might as well pop over to Ajoya and pay a bit more there. At least I can expect the weed to actually get me buzzed there. Steer clear of Starbuds and find a better store!

They have really good weed. Gram prices for flower are a little pricey. Large selection of pipes and other accessories.

Pretty standard: friendly, helpful service, good selection. I've yet to have a bad customer service experience at Any Dispensary. Nor have I experienced anything Extraordinary

JESUS CHRIST. My husband went in to get gummies and came back out five minutes later smelling like he smoked eight joints. We've gone to Good Chemistry many a time and have never come out smelling like that. Get your ventilation system up and running, good Lord.

I have been shopping with Starbuds for the past three years, with no end in sight! The staff here is friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. EXCELLENT daily specials, and a solid happy hour from 8 to close. If you are seeking an intimate, quality dispensary experience with a wide variety, Starbuds is well worth a try.

Really excellent business, easy to find and tenders are super welcoming. Also opens pretty early in case you need to hit a place first thing in the morning!

This is my first time coming after three years being out of state and the service was AMAZING!!! Kelsey was so sweet and friendly while being very knowledgeable with all the products. She recommended me a few products for my insomnia and I am so excited to try it!!! Will definitely be back here as a regular!!!

Customer service is worth 5 stars. Info on medical patch for my wife's back 5 stars. Getting 2 house joints for $11 ($10+$1,) for leaving my review 5 stars.   Smoking the house joints not worth 1 star. Super harsh paper, bud tasted terrible. Felt like I was back in middle school, like, early middle school. If that's a sign of what they have I certainly wouldn't buy any herb from them.  Especially since I had 3 super heady 1g joints from another spot that were high quality from taste, roll, flow, and quality, this was a major let down on the last day of vacation. Also they didn't have a type of bud listed or any info on weight etc. guessing .5g

very friendly and helpful staff! came in the other day looking for a specific brand/flavor of gummy candy and one of the tenders suggested a MUCH better alternative. also gave us plenty of stickers! highly recommend a visit (no pun intended ?)

Won't be back. $50 shake is literally trim.
