My first visit to Pure Ohio Wellness was yesterday. I was new patient of theirs and they were awesome!!! They all were sooo very nice, the locations was very clean and easy to get to.  I drove over 30 minutes because they were the only place I could get the specific product I was looking for. The other dispensaries won't ever compare to Pure Ohio. I'll go out of my way to visit them again and so should everyone else.

New patient, my first experience wasn't great. I came here for a specific sale, and I told the guy at the counter this several times throughout our interactions. I was told that he couldn't print out the list of items that were on sale, so I was forced to rely entirely on him to pick out and verify sale items. It made the process feel confusing and frustrating. Long story short, it wasn't until the transaction was complete and I looked at my receipt that I realized the most expensive item was not a sale item. The reaction from customer service was just "sorry we can't help you." Disappointed in the lack of transparency. Choosing sale items was extremely awkward, and sales staff didn't seem to really care that their employee made an error.

Decorations are entertaining at this specific Pure Ohio Wellness location. The staff joked with me and another customer, they do well to make people feel welcomed. Deals change daily and weekly, which gives me something to look forward to personally. I liked my experience here, it was worth driving an hour.

I wanted to update my review after a couple more visits. Definitely still 5 star. I would come here more if I lived closer, but  a good sale and a chance to have dinner at nearby Der Dutchman persuaded me to make the drive for a pretty good sale and menu of the day.Previously I mentioned having trouble getting in the door, that was a one time thing. I still haven't had a bad experience here.   Being a ways from any large city, I have yet to run into a crowd here.  I'm sure they get busy at some peak times, but I've avoided that.One thing I like about this place is that currently (late 2021, in what I hope is nearing the end of the pandemic, they don't have a mask mandate and excessive covid restrictions.  That said, I am vaccinated and felt quite safe here in every way.Since I come from 50 miles away, I utilized the online menu to make sure they have what I want before I get there.    Today about an hour after my order, the state's OARRS system went down.   I was working at another dispensary in 2019 when that happened, and the entire Ohio Medical Marijuana program froze for about 8 hours.     Today right after I ordered, I got a text from them telling me that OARRS was down.  Since the first time this happened, the state has allowed dispensaries to sell a max of a 4 day supply while that system is  down. They texted me and said my order was for a 5 days supply and they might not be able to fill my order. The text said if I didn't call, my order would be canceled in 2 hours.   I did call, and let me say during the pandemic just getting a dispensary to answer the phone is a real challenge!   That said, I navigated through their clear phone menu and was connected to a live rep in less than 1 minute.   I explained my situation and that I was traveling from Columbus.  She checked and as she did the OARRS system came back up. She told me even if it went down again, she verified my availability and the order would be ready for me.   This is excellent customer service!Finally, I think the prices here are the most competitive in the state, which surprises me a little as the nearest other dispensary is at least 25 miles away (I think ).  Also their house brand LOCALLY GROWN is good quality and an EXCELLENT Value.

I've been exclusively going to Pure Ohio Wellness in London for a few months now. The staff here are very professional, hard-working, and wonderful people. They have some great deals seeing as they're cultivators as well! All in all, it's worth the trip.

Maybe just me but nothing I've gotten from any dispensery here in OH. Taste anything like real Marijuana? Whats really being grown into your "Medical Marijuana"? Doesn't hold a true Marijuana taste? Smell like it, look like it but doesn't seem to be the real deal?

Visited for the first time today to try and set up paperwork so I could place online orders, so that next time my caretaker could pick up curbside for me. The person at the desk with short pink hair was kind and helpful in explaining what was needed, but as I was finishing the paperwork we discovered that even though my card is still good, my prescription has apparently expired. The person helping me started to tell me they'd finish the paperwork for me for next time, then was interrupted by another employee with purple hair buns who made them scrap the paperwork entirely, necessitating another long, wasteful drive out here myself just to do paperwork so I never have to come back to this store myself again. If this wasn't where my caretaker picks up anyways I'd personally rather give my business to somewhere else with employees who are less unnecessarily, intentionally unhelpful : /

Awesome staff always knowledgeable about there products. Always good vibes in the assistant manger with red hair is awesome. There was a little hiccup in there system yesterday in she handled it very professional in kept us informed. In no time problem fixed . .In I will be back just cause of the amazing staff
