I went in registed did online order went pick up I was curious asked if any 1st time patients gifts bud tender said believe get joint asked boss told me dude your gettin 25 percent off isn't that a deal already....told him no need be rude just asked all other places I been hooked me up I usually max out but 8 concentrate raw garden etc...water so 2ndd time I order called in at 1230 pm confired order for delivery i waited 7 hrs called hey havent got order oh your neighbor had dog so driver left...no call or anything  I called wat couldn't call me go out im registered oh we get 150calls a day hard track down to see nuber.....really how hard it track down my name and address in system to look up my number...reallly....he said oh since been so patient eell tack something on there as in gift hahaha should up  9hra later didnt give no gift like wtf don't waste time roots has 20percent off rather get 5 percent less and better service...place a joke

Killer shop! Jonathan took great care of me and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Very professional establishment with fantastic products. Excellent customer service!

1st visit was great! Went in today and service was good but no one disclosed that there is a $3 debit processing fee. 1st visit I wasn't charged a "service charge" and snarkety chick on the phone didn't help. Good deals, decent customer service but I'll be checking out the other dispensaries WITH CASH!

Elevate has really stepped up in the community as a professional, well run business. The specials are great & the budtenders are nice & knowledgable.

They are always super rude! We tried them for Black Friday the weed is super dry and expensive. We just called to try their delivery service to give them a second try and the guy who answered the phone was So So RUDE right from the start! So crazy they would treat customers that way! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! I've always gone to the green house next door just wanted to try something new but it was a waste learned my lesson with this place! They don't even deserve one star because of how rude they are!

First of all, their staff is the kindest I've ever ever had to deal with. Not only are they knowledgeable, but they're helpful, considerate and very understanding of my needs. They're willing to work with me and mix and match to find the right combo for my ailment. They have great deals all the time, run daily specials, happy hour early bird, etc and even military discounts. They're also normally very moderately priced which is why I make the drive to lompoc just for them. Between dispensaries in Nevada and california, they maintain a spot in my top 5 favorites!!

Best place in town.  Very knowledgeable staff and great section of whatever you're looking for.  Their pricing is great and I'm thankful for them being so generous with the 25% off during these hard times.  Luv you guys.

They tried to charge me more upon delivery. My total order on Weedmaps was for $58.40. Upon delivery they tried to charge me about $67. When I told the driver that was more than what my total was supposed to be he tells me that I was reading the subtotal and not the total cost. After reviewing my order on Weedmaps and showing him it's erong, he produced a receipt that showed one of the products I ordered was $35 instead of $25. He claimed it was Weedmaps fault for not updating the prices but then stated that the 8th I was getting was a "newer" batch of the one I ordered. This is all after they had already made me switch another 8th cause they were out of stock. In which case they did not deliver the product that I ordered at the price I ordered it at. So I asked for the company to honor the price that I ordered and they declined to do so. That's no way to do business. There are better options in Lompoc, go to the Roots instead.

Great selection and friendly staff. Hits all of the industry standard marks! Would recommend to anyone in the lompoc area or others driving out fromSB for legal herb because that city can't get its stuff together.

Place is a joke. Been going here for months but when I find a 8th that was obviously shorted with a broken seal. They said they'd "fix" the issue. And by fix... they mean they'll block you on social media without warning. Shady little rats for owners. Ugly ass store for an ugly ass town.

Very good selection. Good attitude at the counter and inside. My young sales person was a little pushy or annoying but I didn't care. The good thing was everything I told him I needed he knew exactly where to find it. He had very good recommendations and I like everything I purchased. I found some new beverages which I've never had before. I'm just passing through after visiting my sister and was very glad to find this place. There's a small place opened up next-door that is not yet listed on yelp. That's just FYI. I know nothing about the other place.

Consistently good quality and always have what I need in stock. I always get delivery and the wait time is very reasonable. My most recent order was a little bit of a bummer, I'm a Sprout (which is good for 10% off all orders) and I was trying to utilize their Early Bird Special (15%off between 8am-9am every day), but when I received my delivery order I was charged full price. I inquired and they told me next time to put in the Notes section if I am a sprout or if I want the early bird special, but I guess I had just hoped this would be done for me. I paid the full price since I still needed my products, but I felt bad because I was unable to tip the driver, Ray. Ray was super cool and understanding, I still feel bad though. I guess I'll just bite the bullet and drive to Lompoc if I want my discounts.

Ok been going here for some time now since changing dispensaries. I was going to AG but now I exclusively just go to elevate. The bud tenders  are super cool helpful and pleasant. The quality is some of the best I have seen on the central coast and they always have a good deal for everyone!The plus however that I want to point out that is above the rest is their point reward system. Very dope!!! You guys have a lifetime customer!!!

Their website says Curbside Pickup Now Available. After placing an order and arriving, I called and spoke to someone who knew NOTHING about curbside. I went in, where it was crowded (no social distancing). The guy at the counter said he didn't know anything about it, and he would have to "talk to someone" -- which means, I don't care what we advertise. Went into the room to get the merchandise, no social distancing and no barriers. Cashier in there knew nothing about curbside, but said if I didn't like Elevate I should go to the business next door: the Greenhouse Collective. So your statement about bringing the merchandise out with social distancing to stay safe and healthy is all-around BS.

Upon the recommendation by locals, I stopped by to check out this establishment while in Santa Barbara. Very professional and the bud tender was extremely knowledgeable. She provided information regarding options to relieve pain and general information about the products they offer for recreation. They really have a great tincture and topical selection. Currently, they are offering 25% off through the end of the year, due to COVID.

This place is straight trash !! Don't go there ! Got 2 eighths and they only weighed out to 3.3. Said all sales are final and nothing they can do for me !!!tried to give me some bullshit excuse!!  Don't go there you are getting ripped off for your money !!! Elevate Lompoc is trash and have no inventory all trash weed.

Best dispo on the Central Coast. They have the best deals, great selection, and amazing service. I'm always greeted with a smile and they're very patient and helpful!

I am not here to bad mouth but I am here to say it was one hell of a day so I placed a order online with there website got a prep order waited tell about 5 or so and called to find out that they didn't get anything but ok computer being dumb ok and then call and place a order thru phone after finding out the computer issue then get my delivery at 620 tonight to find out stuff is missing from my delivery then finally get the rest of my order at 9pm tonight and this is crazy I don't think I will be coming back for delivery anytime soon just one crazy day hopefully they see this and fix the issue cuz it kinda messed up my night but ehhh On Jan 16,2021

Worst customer service Ever!! Every time I do a delivery something happens and they can't fulfill my order in a timely manner or even at all. They even waited 2+ hours after I ordered to call me and inform me they won't be able to deliver after sending me a confirmation it would be here by 9pm. Maybe they need to lay off their supply. After using them for years spending thousands of dollars it's time to move on to someone that cares and puts their customers first. I made the same exact order somewhere else and what do you know not only were they polite and understanding but will fulfill my order/delivery at $12 cheaper!!! The ROOTS it is. Be better Elevate!!!

My first visit to Lompoc, first stop - find some fire flower! I noticed that Elevate carried the LIME cannabis brand!!I pulled up and got LIME's concentrates and a two gram blunt for the drive back home.Elevate is literally one of the coolest shops I have ever seen! The interior is nothing like you would find in LA and they have a backyard!! lol peep my other pictures, hella coooo!I can't wait to comeback high as a bird, yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeessiirr

Gr8 vibes in the store, All the employees are very helpful and kind. The prices n rewards system is gr8. I Highly? recommend Elevate

This visit was my absolute first visit to any dispensary ever. Deandre was incredibly kind and patient as I looked through the inventory, ready to answer my questions. Luis, the Raw Garden rep, was also very knowledgeable. It was a great experience.

Very nice place and nice employees! Was going to ask the girl who helped me what her name was but forgot but she has curly dark hair though. Very nice and helpful. Give her a BIG tip! Johnathan deserves one too! :)

Sierraespinoza was so helpful! My first time in the store and she really took her time to show me around and explain her products. She explained the point system to me and the break down of everything I had questions about. Very great experience 10/10 Sierra! Girl needs a raise ! I spent so much money but I’m so excited

Excellent customer service. Johnathon worked with me. Very cool guy. This is my place from now on. Never been in a "dispensary" before everyone there great help. More like going to a friends house then a "store". Thanks to everyone there. Johnathon especially.
