Hey Mario are used to have a really good rapport with your people until it became a high school and I was banned for simply being miss characterized I've been spending money there religiously for two years straight I would like to speak to you if it all possible thanks man

2nd time I come here and there closing early and not letting anybody in there was at least a 1/2 a dozen people here it was 8 minutes before closing and they were all the closed

Was in the area, decided to stop by because a friend wanted to check it out. Beautiful place. Super clean, and staff was super polite and informative! Decent amount of selection, have a bunch of cool little snacks and drinks.

Please change your hours online.  If you stop serving at 9:45, shouldn't say you close at 10.

I was looking for a new place bc the service at green cross dropped dramatically, this place seriously stepped up. My girlfriend and I for sure have a new favorite place and budtender! We try to have Ari as our budtender, she's EXTREMELY helpful and super sweet. I look for good service and quality products over price for a dispensary, and Evolv on Western goes above and beyond in those respects.Thank you Ari!!-Stevin and Hannah

no safety measures when in comes to social distancing.  First, when you come in , there is no booth or any clear glass between you and the person who rakes your information.  He wants you to hold your id when he takes the photo.  Literally, he was on your face, the only divides you and him is just your mask and his.   The items are more pricey than other dispensaries e.g.  papa barkley tincture 15 ml (30:1) is $60 when you can get it from other dispensaries between $35-$50 a bottle. In fairness, the counter is clean.. Not coming back.

U guys are trash. When I went there the security guy took my info. Tell me why I get texts about ur deals? I nevr agreed to texts. No one asked me if I wanted texts I just geNot only that but I get texts from companies I never knew about. This all happened after I went to Evolv. They don't ask if u want to receive texts. U just start getting them lmao

Very informative, yet approachable. They have a wide variety of goodies. They answer all of my questions without irritation every single time I shop there, and I shop there A LOT. Safe, clean, and one of my favorite places to purchase my healthy greens. Highly recommend!

This place is full BS. I placed an order online for Vet CBD, received the order confirmtion for pickup. Drove all the way to this place (45min) to pick up my order, I was first told I couldn't pick up the order because the order confirmation only had a confo# not my name attached to it (as if this was my fault, it's their freaking system) then I was told they had none in stock and haven't had any in a long while. So why advertise????!!! Such a waste of time! To top it off the employees were very rude!!!Zero stars if I could. Terrible.

Tried to order on line but I didn't get it right, so I picked up incorrect items. I sent a message about the problem through website and got a personal phone call very shortly.  The person was very helpful and was able to have the correct order delivered to our door same day. The store itself is clean and people very nice. Much nicer than I expected.  Social distancing, masks and gloves on all staff and most customers.

4 1/2 starsVery clean & organized, the girls are super friendly & helpful. Selection& prices are descent I will totally return & recommend to friends. Only reason I gave 4 1/2 stars is because parking is a drag.

This by far was the absolute WORST place We have been to in the last 5 years while purchasing edibles. We were waiting in line - with masks on- ID in hand and cash ready. Line moved within a few  minutes of us waiting. Security guard very nice and polite. My sister had  been here before about a month ago - she bought gummies ( Aprox month ago ) and explained to the girl - I had severe autoimmune issues (Lyme disease and ENB )- She needed specific things as She is on high doses of CBD daily. We pay $750 a month for her to have top of the line CBD. She also does ozone infusions and ultra light Therpy with huge vitamin bags to pump through her every week - which Is all only cash $900 a pop. So, with that said she needs something with no tapioca starch. She told the girl that. She bought $150 with of gummies - no receipt in bag and out she goes. Fast forward to now - She called this morning to ask that question and was told by a male - we don't do consults. We don't have time. So, we drove down to see what we could get to help her. We are in line - have no issues and she is asking about anything but gummies - she needs 2 certain things and the guy was very nice and helping. He said several times, I'm not sure - I'm not sure. Ok - then she showed him a pic and they had that item but only one - so had to go look for more. Then she wanted to know about what's stronger between the two. The security guard very nicely said - we have a 5 minute per customer max. She explained she has Lyme - she bought a chunk last time and she can't take them because it's got something that her body went into a flair up. He said - please let's hurry up. Ok - no biggie. Then she asks to see 4 in the same family others but they are all by the same company but offered a lil different she needed to read the tiny boxes to see. Then the "big guy " hahaha who runs the place ( maybe Adrian) says to her very very rudely - we have a max of time here - holds up a paper and says we don't do consulting. She said "I bought a chunk 150 of product and can't use it because your employee sold me something I can't have because I have Lyme. " he - "big boss man"said he didn't care - she then said  "Im spending money and trying to help find whats right so I can buy a lot at one time. "He flat out said "he didn't care - he didn't care how much money she was spending - that we have a lot of sick people in here "she then said that's fine - I will go someplace else where I'm treated nicely. He said good go. I was shocked at the treatment. I said nothing as she is a grown woman but he was WAY out of line. His anger was ugly and he took it out on someone who is sick and is trying to find a good balance for herself, like she has had to do the last 3 years with all her treatments. You can't have an arrogant attitude when someone is nice and just trying to help themself- and say go someplace else. How many people can you say that to before your business goes a flop because of how you treat people. "Mr big boss man " might feel like he's invincible he's not and what goes around comes around in different ways. We will NEVER be back as we spent $250 today and twice a month - So that's only $500 a month roughly and $6000 a year - times as many people as we three tell ... all because we were there for 10 minutes and told chop chop ... As I was paying , I see my sister showing  the security pictures .. she wanted to show him - she is sick and has a pic from every single infusion she gets and is not lying and just trying to find what's best. Absolutely would never ever recommend this small place with no parking and RUDE " big man manager "The staff is NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE ON ANY EDIBLES AT ALL - there are other complaints on this page that say the SAME thing ...

Evolv Cannabis dispensary store where you get your medical Marijuana they have a wide variety of BUDS. + CBD Gummies and THC drinks and edibles there's a difference between the HIGH  in medical WEED they have indica sativa and hybrid if your a medical patient this is where you want to go on Wednesdays they have a 15% discount on your item product or anything else. They're on Western and PCH limited parking and cash only No mask  No service and they're also pet friendly  also to they have stuff for your pets .... cannabis also helps your chronic pain so if you're in need go to a medical marijuana doctor to get your prescription I'm a medical patient I should know I was born on 420  I recommend evolv cannabis to anyone that wants to go there it's your best place employees are very helpful and kind and they also have a list of what you want to buy.... and make sure that you keep it out of the reach of children. Only in America.... 420 is a Stoners holiday and it also gives you the M&M munchies people celebrate my birthday all the time LOL.... so Keep On Truckin'.

Just had the worst experience here in a while at a dispensary bud was full of seeds tasted so bad yuck!!! Take a trip to connected cannabis in Long Beach !!! and just check out their prices on weed maps way better prices than on the first or the 15 th of the month at Evolv that means even after 25% off !!!!! Evolv is more expensive that means Evolv is charging 30-40% more than connected cannabis don't waste your money here please folks !!!

I am done with this place.  When I walk in and greet the two employee security team with a hello and get no response... one other customer in the store, at least 6 employees, stand where I am supposed to... no greeting.    Seriously, as precious as they price their product, the staff should at least appear to appreciate the customer.   Personally, I'm going delivery.

Friendly staff! Ava was sweet and informative!! Seems like they have a great flower selection. My pre-rolls were fresh and effective.

I would love to say I like this place but honestly that's not the case. They close at least 10min early every single night so that they can actually leave by 10pm. I love calling the BBB so let's have a go at it. I've never seen a establishment turn away customers before the closing time. But that's always a mangers request so the security guard says. Between me and half of my friends this place is over priced and tricks you on taxes. Instead of listing the price of purchase it gives you a price before tax which is deceptive. Marketing isn't the strongest suit. To the owner I'm sure you will make your money but I thought customer service and pharmaceuticals is what you were supposed to be providing so for people that are actually sick and don't get off of work on time to make it before 9:50 p.m. maybe think about them instead of everybody trying to get out 10 minutes early

Have been here plenty of times and every time have been treated with professionalism from security and staff. I've only received top tier customer service every time I've been here, with staff that patiently answers any questions I have. The store is clean and products are displayed well. My only complaints are that parking is a little tricky and the website is wonky, but overall, I've only had good experiences here.

My go to dispensary. I go there about 3x a month. The helpful ladies never leave anyone just standing around- I might suggest masks and gloves now- I appreciate your doorman wearing gloves but none of the counter people had either on just the other wethanks you guys! Stay safe

Aside from the fact they collected sales tax without a tax certificate displayed for the first several weeks, I supported this business because I thought this was how a dispensary should be, instead of looking like a crackhouse in the back alley somewhere with power tripping security guards. It seems though they do not stand behind the products they sell as they will not exchange a defective battery you bought a week ago. They gave me some bs excuse saying that Stiiizy has a policy where you have to contact them and get a code then bring the code. WTF??? I checked with Stiiizy and other dispensaries and they all have a 1 month policy on batteries and can get straight exchanges as long as its within a month. They did say Stiiizy is very hard to deal with, but on batteries that were purchased over a month ago. Whats up with that? Mad disrespect to the people who helped your brand.

I've been going to Evolv for a while now and I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service I get there, the quality of the products and the discounts and special offers they have. The place is very clean, everyone practices the proper protocols and it's easy to do online order and then go pick it up. Their loyalty program is also great! Highly recommend this store!

The staff are all friendly. Its a clean dispensary with armed security. Probably my favorite dispensary around the area. Great products, discounts daily, and big discount monthly. You accrue cash each time you make a purchase. Top notch!

Very knowledgeable I had many questions about CBD oils and Pearl was very helpful.The OM  brand of CBDs which I ultimately purchased was just as helpful. I sent them a quick question regarding amount I should take and they reaponded asap.Its good to know Evolv is working with Companies that care about the consumer. I'll be back!! And fyi CBD oil is doing wonders for my back issue. Wish I had tried sooner.

Have never been into a dispensary where there is no wait behind a door then wait for buzzer or have a wand from security checking for weapons easy access like a store all the buds are on tables indiating grade name and about it's strain price and weight ready to go to check out  if you have any questions staff are very freindly and wanting to help with a nice pretty smile herbal soultions were terrible experience lost my req few years ago and would not give me anything but a not come back until I get another copy herbol soultions had strict rules unlike dispensry that log into there system doesn't matter anymore just an id every place But hebol soul were priced to high and never went back happy life was cool or ok but security and waiting behind doors buzzer packed alot of people evolve is its own way and will always have me and others il let Kno prices are averge

Kind of a Whole Foods / Lassens experience in a weed shop - minus the haughty "spiritual gangsters" in lulu lemon.  Prices are not the lowest, but they have a variety of quality products including some I sometimes struggle to find. I found this place on Weedmaps looking for a product I wanted.  Thank you to the Weedmaps reviewer that said "old people go here."  When I read that I knew this would be my spot. This is the best dispensary I have ever been to.  Displays are not behind glass.  You can read packaging, browse, explore. Flower is displayed in containers that you can see and smell through. It's a great chance to think about what you like, want or need for your own healing or enjoyment. Bud-tenders know their ish - but give you the info YOU want - instead of overloading you with info and choices. Employees were wee super friendly, and seemed to be genuinely and happily working together.

Being a former Dispensary Employee of various Shops throughout the last 10 years I feel very confident in the medicine I pick up from Evolv. They are reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable.  What I like the most is that The Store is very clean, very new and very up to date on Policies, restrictions and guidelines. I never wait in long lines here because of there "Order Online" option with full details on the Products you are looking to pick up. Even better, when I'm stuck at home with My kids due to Covid and need to pick up, They will Drop Off with there efficient and "free delivery service".   Honestly Why would you want to go to a shop with herb that hasn't been properly cured, trimmed and has been randomly named to suit what's cool?  I need genuine product, and taxes are taxes, rather pay them than to be smoking something with mold or mites on it that could give you lung problems. Sounds simple right? Drop that wack shop you go to for the most legit in the South Bay, Harbor City area... Evolv Cannabis!! Btw the staff is what keeps the motor running, Kudos to u all!!

I love this place, there super knowledgeable and everyone is really friendly. They take the time to talk to you, and listen to what it is that your wanting. If your not familiar with CBD or not quiet sure what you need, this is the place to go, super helpful.

Lots of stems. Decent herb and no parking. Weird they don't have a lobby area. Prices are a bit higher than other places but some other places like happy life shut down. Would I come back here? Yes but it won't be my spot

I've tried quite a few dispensaries. It's hard to find one that has good product, good deals, good service, and is quick. This pace is perfect because it has all of the above. Our first visit had a painless check in process and we were out the door quickly. The product is great. No more to say. They offer great deals that occur weekly along with sign up bonuses. The staff is friendly and speedy. And a huge bonus is that it's clean and is pleasant to shop at. No needlessly loud music, the facility is clean. I recommend it highly. Especially if you haven't tried one recently or are sending someone to their first one. Very friendly and a great place to go.

This place is great, very knowledgeable and friendly ask them anything and they will take the time to answer any of your questions about the products they sell.

Always something good on sale here. They don't take debit cards which is a super bummer and the parking is all over the place. I mean literally, they have three different lots for customers as the immediate surrounding businesses absolutely don't want Evolv patrons using their lot. Parking is well marked, but be ready to cross a large busy intersection to get to the goods. I have tried the low priced flowers and am very satisfied with the products. My absolute go to are the gummy infused products. People working there are knowledgeable and make really appropriate recommendations. I have heard from several customers that they like how nice and new the inside is. You do need to bring your valid ID every visit as a security worker scans it and that makes it easy to identify you at checkout. There is seldom a line to check out and you can bring your own sealable bag to go. I'm not sure if they charge for bags because I bring my own. I would score five stars if they accepted debit cards and offered delivery.

Unfortunately they are the closest thing to me so I have no choice. They raised their prices. They had a table for 8ths $20 they now up it $5. Looks like we are paying for the beauty of that store. Tips won't be given ever by me. I left paying $30 for an 8th when I've been to others with just as good weed for $20. I could care less about the fancy fkn bag that shit comes in. So hate that place ‍

This is one of the best dispensaries I've been to since moving here from portland. Oddly there's not a million of them everywhere like in portland but this one is def the one i go back too! Extremely nice and friendly staff! Always have greets deals!

My first visit there today and all I can say is WOW! I wasn't sure what to expect when walking in. The staff are super friendly and made me feel very welcomed. They showed me some products and explained and tour guided me with ease and kindness.  They were very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be back as I was so impressed with the products and openness of it all. I highly recommend this location.

I came in on a Thursday night around 9pm looking to buy some flower! Everyone was super friendly and chill. The setup is really cool. You're able to smell and see up close the bud they have to offer. Linda helped us out that night and she was super sweet! The weed is pretty! I'm not from the area but ill definitely be coming back next time I come to visit!!

Stopped by Evolve for the first time today. Very nice and much more pleasant that other dispensaries. One door, not need to be buzzed in, clean, very clear menu on paper and on TV display. Maranda was knowledgeable and could explain the different strains clearly. Hope this place can last, because I enjoyed my first visit.

The future of Cannabis is here. The storefront is clean and welcoming . They have a wide variety of products and it's easy to find what you're looking for, if you can't the staff is friendly and helpful and will direct you where to go. I will be going back.

The main reason I like this place is because it is not hiding in the back of a warehouse or pretending to be a spiritual church for tax fraud purposes, it's just an honest business that pays its taxes.The products are good and prices decent, and the staff is friendly. They go out of their way to stock clean products that are generally going to be pesticide free etc.Cannabis is legal, in moderation it can be pleasant and beneficial. We shouldn't need to shop for cannabis in a run down shack so the owners can evade taxes. Evolv is the kind of cannabis store that respects both the product and the law of the land, and probably the only one like that in this particular area.

It took 3 trips to get a working Rove disposable. I waited in line the first time for way too long. The returning trips were worse. Why should I wait in line to return a defective item I called about first? Twice? Gasoline is not free!! I was given nothing for this. A joint, a sticker, a discount...nothing. I didn't ask to make 3 trips to their store for 1item. My dumbass went back. I went in yesterday and  was in line behind one person. 7people were working... They were walking ,talking on the phone and ignoring the two people in line so I left and spent my money elsewhere. I'm not buying anything from anywhere just because they are clean. The edible selection is so limited and I seem to know more about edibles then they do.

I was so excited to have EVOLV move into the storefront here in Lomita. The open windows and welcome retail atmosphere really surprised me. From the moment you walk in, you realize that this is not a weed shop like any others in the area. There is no creepy vibes or back alley entrances, just come straight in and browse at your leisure. I loved it immediately and I will definitely be returning.

None of the budtenders know anything and they try and rush you out so you don't catch on to them not knowing anything. They have horrible customer service and they talk bad about people the moment they walk out the door for being weird or anything off about them. The weed is super dry and turns to dust when you touch it.

I looked around and found what I would have it was 111.00 for a candy bar and some cream for pain. The other place I go it's like 30.00 and I get much more . Time to back to the other place

First place like this I've seen in South Bay. Inviting shopping experience with very informed and polite staff. Man even the bargain bin 1/8s are killer. Large selection, really good stuff, consistent selection. It seems like the dudes that run this place  in it for the love of the bud and not just to make a buck.

I love this place! There's really not a lot in the area and Evolv is a step above them all. It's super clean and well organized. My new favorite shop! I'm so glad I found this place, great quality flower and a wide variety of products. I was greeted as soon as I stepped in the door, Desiree helped in finding the best flower and edible for me. It was overall a great experience.

My first time in a dispensary and it was a pleasant surprise. Checked in with attendant at door with my drivers license. Was introduced to Desiree a very patient bud tender (lol - like a bar tender). Picked out a variety of items some for me and some to share. Really good dark chocolate edible and pre rolled joints for a novice like me. They only take cash. Parking is an issue. Street parking is safest bet so you don't have to back out onto western. Prices seem a little high but convenience is worth it. Oh and ask about a discount, They offered me one.

This is the best dispensary I have been to since I have moved to California.   I recently got off medication and they helped me with the knowledge on how to treat anxiety and adhd with Cannabis.   I highly recommend this dispensary.

The worst place ever! They are always out of product, horrible customer service, they make you wait to be helped, they have zero knowledge of product (especially the medical tinctures, CBD oils etc.) The male who works there is lazy, ignorant regarding products, deals, effects, dosages etc. and makes many mistakes and passes the buck to the other 2 girls working there. Who ever owns it and buys for this terrible business, he doesn't not train his staff properly nor does he place communication skills and customer service at any kind of premium. If CBD/THC was still illegal his bad judgement wouldn't be an issue. I am happy to make the extra drive to a different area further away to get the meds I require for my painful arthritis plus be treated with value, respect, good customer service and eagerness to be of service.

I came across this store  just by driving by and liked it instantly once I walked in,  the staff ( except the security guard ) was very friendly I've told all my friends about this place. They have a huge selection of all kinds of yummies. Now for the rude security guard I walked in and forgot my diaper for my face in the car like everyone  else I'm over wearing it !!!! So I grabbed it and walked back in I guess I didn't have my drivers license positioned like he wanted cause he was huffing and puffing about it clearly this guy needs to eat , smoke, drink something in the store he's an angry human !!! Sad I like this store and it's close to home but he made me feel uncomfortable so I'll look for another place

I was in need for some new edibles that will help me with my seizures and my migraines. I was a little bit confused at first with the edibles that I chose because one brand did not specify this strain on the site. I walked in went up to the counter and told the associate what I was looking for. he brought me over to the wall of edibles and Helped me easily pick out the best edible. The next day, I gave the edible that I bought from the store a shot and it was one of the best edibles I've ever had. And I am definitely coming back and buying from you guys again.

Used to like coming here until yesterday.. came in and they're still requiring masks with no reasoning as to why or when they would make amendments to this rule. Apparently the manager here doesn't believe in science or the efficacy of vaccines. I will NOT be back. You should think a little more about catering to your customers.

My 1st time and I'm pretty happy with my choice. Customer Service is great. I came in and said what I was looking for and got more than I expected. My go to place for now on.

My last review was written in the passion of the moment and some of the things I said were overtly harsh. The management team at Evolv reached out to me and let me know that due to state law, once the transaction is completed they are unable to do any refunds or exchanges. I was unaware of this when I wrote my original review. Understanding my frustration they have offered me a discount to make up for my last visit. I really appreciate them reaching out and it shows to me that this place is run by people that care about that their clients.

Don't buy a heavy hitter battery from these people. I took great care of myn and it stopped working within the first week and the heavy hitter logo started fading off as well. Fake shit. They charging $75 for a 1 gram heavy hitter cartridge as well, burnt.

My new joint, (no pun intended), since the old one and former favorite "went under" for totally questionable reasons. Oh well, that's the way the bud smokes...Great selection here, super cool peeps working in there and the prices are more than fair.Biggest bitch about EVOLV is the total lack of available parking. That's ok tho. A good walking buzz will negate that $hit all day, every day.

Was sold an eighth when I got home I weighed it and it was 2.5 and not 3.5 Maven was the brand and they are ripping you off especially with the tax that the attorneys don't even know how much to charge go o weed maps and look at other shops. That are honest and willing to help the customer.Update they were more than happy to assist and replaced it . and the night manager was the issue. The day manager was awesome and completely understood. Thank you

They are super nice and helpful in this store.  Dwayne was particularly helpful and kind and steered me to a product that I really like.
