This is one of my fave places in the metro Denver area. Tasty buds- friendliest guys in the biz. Place is very welcoming- I rarely have to wait but never mind when I dk Bc the vibe is so good.

I've been coming here for ages. Really great guys, until today. All of a sudden, my caregiver card is no good?? WTF?? What happened since I was last in 5 days ago? Apparently they no longer want my business. Josh or Landon- feel free to contact me to discuss.

Silver Stem fine cannabis is my favorite medical dispensary. It's a very clean facility & it's cozy. The bud tenders are knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and excellent costumer service. It's soo friendly & inviting. Big selection of premium products. I keep my medical cannabis needs at Silver Stem. I'm proud to be a member.

I've been grabbing their 1g cartridges. Fuego 1g cartridges I believe. They have decent pricing on some cartridges compared to other places. I have never tried the bud though, only cartridges FYI.

I have tried this place 2 times now to try it out. On my second visit I had intended on joining their rewards program by making them my chosen grower. I don't know who he was but told me I had to find out about my previous medical store about releasing me so I can join and I would be a bi weekly customer. I have never had a store tell me that I needed to take care of this. He tried to act like he knew exactly my situation. So I called my previous store and said they could fix that right away. I was then very aggressively told Hang up  my phone now mind you I have over $400 worth of medicine on the counter to buy. I understand you are not allowed to use your phone but I was speaking with someone he could have called right there. It seemed like I was a problem being there. Seems like he's afraid of working and giving good customer service. Pretty pathetic for a medical store. Also the Indica flower has pre seed casings premature!! Cross breed  contamination causes this. I will never go here again or send anyone seeking actual medicine. I have had a terrible headache from this flower and the whatever he is person who rudely spoke.

Josh and Landon were working yesterday when I went in. They are both kind, helpful, extremely knowledgeable and safety was a number one concern with the Covid19 virus in full swing. I am always impressed with the overall operation and professionalism of the staff. There product line is always pure, fresh and expansive. Never disappoints. I have been a member since they first opened many years ago and have never strayed.

Been coming here for about 2 years now and it is my favorite place to shop. The staff is always freindly and helpful and give off a more genuine vibe than a lot of other shops. The member deals are also the best in town! Thanks to Josh, Landon, Justin, and the rest of the team for making shopping there so awesome!

Good weed but terrible service. Me and wife were loyal customers, purchased worth $1000 in medical weed every month but the guy checking me in was so high (won't say his name) he gave us terrible service. First, at check in he swiped my card 50 times. After I noticed he was high I mentioned the stripe is worn off, so please just read it. He got upset and told me it's the law. Having owned a dispensary myself I told him actually it is illegal to store customer information in any device and I know that device stored information. He got more upset and told "you want a sale or not". I was so loyal to them that I drove an hour to get to them so I wasn't going back without weed even after the rude employee behavior. I asked for the manager who was courteous and professional. Cut it short after this experience, now me, my wife and a friend are going to pull out our 18 plants and move to native roots. I hope silver stem understands they are in retail business selling a product and customer service matters......

Worst customer service ever. I was the only one in the lobby and waited 25 minutes, because they were just talking. I won't be going here and don't recommend it if you value timeliness.

Great local dispensary. Cheap ptices, great product, great customer service! Would definitely recommend.

As a member, I love this location. The staff are great and are always in great moods. The products are always high quality. You can tell they take pride in what they do. I definitely get the best bang for my buck here.

Really nice guys who know their strains. Went in and asked for advice and they were happy to oblige. Also can't beat bubblers for 10$

These wonderful people are so helpful and awesome and oh my wowZA! did they hit a homerun with some incredible quality buds. I have been searching for some really strong indica and I found it here, i went with my budtender's suggestions, big band and sour kush, and they just knocked me back to the stoned age! I couldn't be more pleased and satisfied, thanks cannamart and silver stem cannabis!

**UPDATED REVIEW** From 2 stars to 5 stars!! It has been well over a year since my bad review, but man have they turned this place around! I used to shop all over the metro area to get the best deal which was a pain, never knowing how far I'd have to drive, what the buds would look like when I finally opened their pre-packaged container. No more shopping around because the best place is right here. I come here every 2 weeks to get their "Ounce Deal," ($139 OTD) which usually consists of Chocolope,, Snowcap, Blue Dream or Lemon Skunk and sometimes a surprise strain here & there. The people are very nice, the buds have been totally consistent goodness, and the point system rocks. They have gone from not being able to quote the price on an ounce of their own product, to having a clear video menu displayed so you know what you're getting into. Bud tenders are very helpful in picking out the best, by offering their recommendations as well as taking the time to let me check out multiple cans, even of the same strain, just to get the best pick. No pre-packs, no wondering what you will actually get once you've purchased, just plenty of assistance in getting the right product. This is great service! I no longer see the same irritable, too-cool employees. They have now been replaced by smiling-faced friendlies that seem to enjoy what they do. To sum it up, maybe they changed management, business practices or whatever, but the changes are working. Great prices, consistently great buds, great service & experience. I am a transplant patient and although I won't do the med card, I greatly appreciate the streamlining of what was usually a painful process on the best days. WAY TO GO SILVER STEM QUINCY!! ----------------------------------------Old (negative) Review: So a while back, their system went down nationwide apparently and they were unable to even give me a quote for how much an ounce would be. They have always been excellent quality, although they are ridiculously expensive. At this point, I changed over to another shop that could be consistent. I saw they were giving a 50% discount to become a member, so I hoped they'd have their stuff together by now. I called ahead and told them I was making a long drive to the shop and wanted to confirm I'd get the 50% discount. As you guessed it, I drive a full 30 minutes to be denied the discount be the staff. They told me I could get the discount but ONLY on the next visit. First they needed to sign me up and said it was "illegal" to sign me up without verifying I was not attached to another dispensary. Fair enough, but maybe they could have explained this prior to the fruitless drive. No offer to compensate, nothing. People are decent but I left this place last time for the sub par service not the weed, but not even great buds can keep me coming back to a place that is so nonchalant about their bad service. Too bad, you missed out on all that business. Too many shops to mess with them.

This place should be avoided.  I have been a customer for 4 years and since I renewed my card a few weeks early they made it a point to take all my credits for the end of the year 300-400 that month.  They grow plants for you and sell them so they give you a credit but at the end of the year with the big yearly credit they snaked their way out of it and do not care about their customers.  They don't care about you regardless of how long you have been going there....poor poor poor...I should have never gone through this it's not my fault I have gotten my card at different days for years and this year for some reason the date changed.  You still get all the plants and grow them for me and sell them to others so I am at a loss why you think it's ok to take my bonuses after all these years 5 explanations still doesn't address the issue ....the guys working there should have never told me I lost my bonus instead they should have just given me the credits YOU STILL GROW PLANTS FOR ME NO MATTER WHEN I RENEW MY CARD 4 years down the toilet GIVE ME BACK MY MEMBERSHIP I AM DONE WITH YOU AND YOU LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE....terrible

This is my favorite place by far and I have checked out most all of the dispensaries in Denver.  The staff all know what they are talking about, all of them are friendly but the best part is the have the best rewards program ever if you hold your license with them.  Seriously, every month you just get a $60 credit on your account!  I went in today and they said because I had been a member for three months I got an an additional $50 credit! What? That's awesome! Prices are better than at most every place I have been too and it's a nice location.  Very well kept and maintained.  Plus they sometimes have the cutest dog running around with his own MMJ badge- I mean need I say more? For sure check them out and see for yourself.  You won't be disappointed.

These guys are absolutely liars. Their website says you get 50% off of their products when you sign over to the m as your care provider.  Sounds too good to be true right?  So I called in to see if that was the deal or if there was a limit and the guy said it that it was true and the limit was only your purchase limit.  So I went in, the guy working said that there was a $50 limit on the coupon and you had to wait 48 hours to use it.  I run asked about the pricing and he said they were raising all of their prices because of of their COVID-19 outbreak and they wanted to take advantage of the market.  These people are liars and motherf*****s, they try to take advantage of everyone.  MEVER SHOP THERE!

As a med patient I feel that we are second class to recreation side. I loved this place before the merge of med/rec 5 stairs alll the way. When they separate the two I am sure my rating will go higher. But right now stinks..

The selection they have for med users is unbelievable. The staff is outstanding and nice. I can't wait to become a member and become part of their amazing family. The prices are extremely low compared to other dispos.They penny joint deals you just can't beat.

Ok...i did email about my referral points and got no answer...i changed my provider...why should I go back? All of the staff that they had who were knowledgeable and great are gone. I feel less comfortable and not happy with most of the service since they left.If the email was recieved, why not a courtesy email to let me know you got it? Why not ask for the info? Why? Lip service is why....give me a break. You have not solved any problems....only contacting me on this very public site pretending to care...lol.Thank you for nothing.

I visited a new dispensary today and changed my membership.   The bad service was too much.  At least half of the times I visited, there was a problem in recent months.  A few of the budtenders are very nice, but it doesn't make up for the slow service.

Living in a cannabis-phobic state, I looked forward to my Denver road trip for more than just a family wedding. It's been decades since I smoked this stuff, and all the options are completely perplexing (and a bit intimidating).  I felt like a foolish shopping tourist. I shouldn't have worried. The folks at Silver Stem put me at ease, especially Kelly at the counter. She guided me to some edibles and pre-rolled smokables. Pre-rolled!  Who knew?I expected to spend around $200.  Left with an $80 bag of goodies, and tipped Kelly $10 for her kindness and non-judgmental expertise. My only regret? Shoulda bought MORE of those pre-rolls!

I have been going to Silver Stem for about 3 years now and I have always had positive experiences. The staff is always friendly and they have great deals that you don't see elsewhere. This is the main place I buy and when I buy at other places I usually regret it. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good medical shop!

Great first visit at the Silverstem Littleton location! Very nice friendly staff. Very welcoming and open to answering any questions. I had the pleasure of being helped by Chase. Got me all stocked up on some bomb bomb buds. Highly recommend! I myself shall be returning! Thank you!

Staff is always kind and personable. Always try and get me the best deal of the day! A welcoming environment and chill people. I used to hop frim store to store but Silver Stem is where I get all my goodies because they give good deals. Treat their med ID customers really well as well as their normal ones. This is a great place. I'll keep coming here as long as they are open :)

Great place good bud & good prices. Update... I've been going to silver stem since they open. I've seen a lot of changes there. Since they changed their packaging to bag instead of round containers both the employees & costumers don't like the bags. Plus they are changing the points system so I'm not sure if I will give them my rights the next Time I have to renew. How it was before they gave a great deal to you when you joined and gave your rights to them I told everybody I new to go there it was the best store around now it is changing I'm not so happy. Thanks silver stem for the past 4 yrs you guys were great
