Cultivate is awesome! We were helped by Tim at the counter and he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and pointed us to the best products for us. The shuttle was quick (literally a 60 sec ride). the parking outside of Cultivate is reserved for medical users which I thought was super respectful and a nice touch. They had gluten free and vegan options as well. Cultivate is a great place!
Signage was very clear for the parking lot and the shuttle driver was incredibly nice and informative. The lot is about 0.5mi down the road so the ride is only a couple minutes.Staff was very helpful and kept the line moving. I know many people have complained about the wait time but for me I went from my car - dispensary - car in under 40 minutes. (Week day around before 5pm)Only thing that keeps my rating from being five stars is the pricing. $60 an eighth and $20 for a 1g preroll is steep; but a 1/2g cartridge for $80 is kind of ridiculous. As time passes hopefully these prices will drop. Regardless I had a good experience and would return.
This was my first time at Cultivate. There was practically no line. the service was amazing from the security guard to the brand ambassador. Carol was amazing she was friendly and super sweet. The one complaint (not really a complaint) I have is the fact the they didn't have Tropicana Cookies! It's the best which is probably why they didn't have it. Everything is super user friendly and parking is offsite for the time being. The store is clean and very well organized. I would recommend purple punch, Tropicana cookies (obviously) and the hex gummies.
Love the place! Shuttle Bus service is nice until I go to Canna Docs & get Medical license & use that closer parking.Wasn't looking to buy 'flower', as some reviewers. Can't complain about the prices or quality of edibles.Young woman seemed well informed & was pleasant, advising since pain is bone & joint I may better benefit from edibles than topical, and chocolate chip cookie was tasty & provided relief. Will have cash next time as there is a fee on debit cards.
I've been twice the process is really quick the place is clean and the staff knowledgeable. They accept credit cards I just wish that they had more of a selection like rice krispy treats

Horrible experience. This isn't Disney Land it's a ghetto weed store in the hood. You have to park two miles away and get a shuttle. Even if you preorder there's a 45 minute wait because they work SOOO SLOWLY. Seriously this dispensary makes me want to move back to California. Also, they harass you via text message. So don't give them your phone number. They are unprofessional and are going to get slapped with a harassment lawsuit if they don't cut it out.

CRAZY long wait in line, to find the most insane price marks up known to man. On top of that, the THC percentages are average at best. The term "Highway Robbery" comes to mind when I think of Cultivate. I'm not embellishing, the prices at this place are double where they need to be. It's a shame honestly, this place is taking advantage of the public just because its one of the only recreational shops open at the moment. They make you park like 2 miles away in some mud pit. Legit destroyed my car and boots. You'd have to me out of your mind to put up with this. 12/23/18 update: Went back!! Ha!! Couldn't believe it, but they were legit sold out of basically everything. How about updating the website or menus?!!! Don't waste your time, what a joke!!
This is the second visit...they are limiting your total quantity purchase more then the state regulations....the real reason is the demand is too much for their supply. Asked questions to a women working their who got very offended when I compared Cultivate to NETA in North Hampton. I was just try to ask if and when they would be offering more edibles...like honey and candy. No CBD products of any kind either.So if your willing to wait 1 hr or more for limited variety of products, just don't ask questions.
I have been there probably five times all I do is flower you're lucky if they have two kinds you can buy and never sativa I have been to three dispensaries this is my least favorite
Poor everything. They make you wait in line forever, not telling you that everything is sold out. Poor. Hopefully when other places open up they will realize that everyone is going elsewhere.

Drove an hour and a half to get there, waited in line for an hour and a half to see the prices at 60$ for an eighth of bud, of which they only had 4 strains limited to a quarter per customer. That's absolutely ridiculous. If you check out their website they have multiple strains listed at multiple price points. Get your stuff together mass and give the people what they want and not make them go out of their way just to get a quarter of overpriced bud at this trash dispensary. I mean 4 strains of bud and only one option for an edible. Not worth the wait, time, money, effort, not worth a god damn get your shit together cultivate.
Went on a Thursday morning around 11am. The wait wasn't too bad but a few things here. 1) They were completely out of all edibles including honey and didn't expect to have more until "maybe" Monday. 2) They are limiting it to an 1/8th and one roll per person. People are coming a long way. That's not much. 3) They only had about 5 choices. They were out of everything including Jamie Lee and Chocolate. VERY limited selection. 4) The pricing is kind of insane. The prices on the web site are not for the recreational sales. It was $60 for an 1/8th and $19 for one roll up although it is 1.1grams which is big. Overall, it's a beautiful store inside, the current crowds are well managed, staff is super friendly/knowledgeable and everything flows from a keeping it moving perspective. But I won't be back until they can maintain the product variety and by then, other stores will be open that I will try.
Great terps, great staff. Parking for patients is super convenient and there's never a line for patients. Been coming here for over a year and I'll keep coming back.
The quality of the bud is very good and the staff is friendly, but at the end of the day I drove an hour and a half to get in line to be shuttled to the place and was only able to purchase an 1/8th of flower and a $70 1/2g vape cartridge.
Internet down- waiting at the counter for 2 hours AFTER waiting outside in a tent and waiting inside in a line. They need to get their act together. Don't understand why they can't ring up customers without the internet- what happened to a pencil, paper and calculator? VERY BAD Experience
The staff are friendly, the lines were not long when I went during regular business hours, and I have not heard of edibles being sold on the street, but even so to me it was not worth the trip. Cultivate is not located near a major highway and my GPS took me through Worcester traffic. There is also no onsite parking. More recreational use stores need to open for greater consumer convenience and competitive pricing.
It saddens me to have to say this, but what a scam. Had to stand in line for an hour and a half. Only to be disappointed upon entry. They carry about half of the products they advertise on their online menu for recreational buyers. And their prices are absolutely outrageous. The only reason I even provided them with a second star was for the shuttle service, staff presentability, and heaters in the tent outside so I didn't freeze to death in line. I wouldn't waste your time if you have other sources.
Their product is very good. I was there yesterday and I got some chocolate OG strain and it packs a mighty punch. I was disappointed most of the edibles like gummies were sold out. They have a restriction on 1/8 ounce for flower which bummed me out. You can get prerolls and concentrates to make up for it. Right now the wait time is excessive for recreational. I waited 1 hr. to get into the remote parking lot. It then took 2 hrs. waiting in line in front of Cultivate before we could get in. I suggest checking the weather before you go and dress warm since you will be waiting a long time. Medical patients can bypass all the lines and go straight to Cultivate store.
This was my first time going to a dispensary and I must say I had the most amazing customer service from Carol. She was patient and described the difference for me. I would definitely go back again & hopefully I receive carol help again. Also cultivate is very clean and well organized. Thank you for a great first experience.
Having never used marijuana before, I wasn't sure what to expect. Missy was very patient and happily explained the products and answer my novice questions. The building is very clean and the shuttle was quick and easy. All the employees were very friendly. I grew up with the negative stigma towards marijuana and wasn't educated about its use. Now I'm open to learning and trying it. Cultivate was a great place to find out more and I recommend anyone who might be hesitant to check it out. I haven't had a chance to try my purchase just yet, but I feel comfortable doing so now.
I have been here a couple of times and have had nothing but great experiences! Excellent selection and the staff is amazing. I have had the pleasure of being taken care of by Tim on multiple occasions and he is so great! I definitely will be recommending for others and look forward to returning.
Leicester is a good host town to Cultivate one of Massachusetts first and best Medical Cannabis dispensaries that was awarded first Recreational Dispensary sales license from the absurdly Slow Mass Bureaucracy that disrespects Voters and Adults who demanded safe and legal access the plant
Its ok. Prices are a but higher, but id convenience is key and they are in your radius, better than black market for quality and selection.
Went on a Thursday night (when Google said it was less busy than usual) and did not wait at all to get on a shuttle. I parked at 5:55 pm and was back in my car by 6:15. Staff is friendly & efficient, explained everything to me as a first-timer. The woman who cashed me out was able to answer all my flower-related questions without being overwhelming; quick & to the point. Looking forward to more product becoming available.
Still crazy lines but due to it being the only dispensary that sells rec it makes sense. It's not that great of a dispensary compared to NETA or Green acres but it'll do until others open and people have options. As far as buying been there 2X and it was bust both times due to parking or lack of and their hours (they closed 2 hours early on one try). BUT if you drive to NETA in Northampton you can reserve online, skip the long lines and their is 100% chance of parking for you. It's a longer drive but you'll get what you want, it's in an urban environment so no small town cops or bad parking, and they are open MUCH later. It's a drive but NETA is the better option imo not the best but it'll do until others can open.
over priced &misleading many others have also expressed same you reserve a high thc option 5 times despite using there ,all 3 ways of reserving get there & there slinging shit bud not worth a penny more then $200 take it out of locals hands ,they have a very uncompassionate way about operation its just an over priced rip off support your local dealers
Very rude people. Long waits and their stock is always running low. It takes about 3 hours to even get close to the front of the line. Then when you go into the store there's another long wait.
Other then the fact that its a long wait, they only have a couple of strains to buy an 8th from. Sorry but I do not want to spend $120 on a quarter just to get the bud I want. Ill just stick to my local dealer and wait for another store to open instead.
I came here and I couldn't park in front of the building but was told in front of a large group of people waiting for shuttle. you gotta park a mile down from the actual location and wait for a shuttle to take you to the actual place. I left, sorry I'm not waiting for a shuttle to take me. Also I'm not paying the steep prices so you can pay for that shuttle vans and the employees. I can also you crazy to think I'm parking in a bumpy mud pitt with my car.
So recreational weed has been legal here in MA for a month. Cultivate has been in operation for a month. Made a trek out there today and was impressed. Signs direct you to park at a nursery down the road. A shuttle that you are on for exactly two minutes brings you to the facility and there will be a line(it's winter, now, in NE.Bundle up!!!)Once inside, another quick line. The most current menu(High demand means they might run out of some products throughout the day)is handed to you for perusal while you wait. Staff were very patient and helpful. All in all, exactly the experience I expected and wanted.If you are a person who has a tough time waiting in lines, maybe give it a month or two before you go. But I had a completely pleasant experience. Everything was super organized and easy. I'll be back for sure. PS. Product is great!
I joined Yelp JUST to rate this place.First off, 2 words describe this place; Overpriced, and Weak Product. I can get flower from my guy - don't we all have a guy after all? - so I went for some edibles and some type of vape pen. Meh. The Vape pens are 50 bucks and they say you get "40 to 50 hits" from them, but here's the rub; ummm, they don't do anything? So what does it matter how many hits, the stuff is weak. Been hitting the 2 pens I got for 2 days now and I am not feeling anything. Hundred bucks wasted. Edibles = slightly better but still weak. They sell 'em in 5 MG cubes, which are nothing. I need 2 to feel anything, 4 for a good buzz; you get 10 in a bag for 20 bucks. Do the math and you can make your own cookies or brownies at home which would be better, stronger, and cheaper. Long story short, why the hell would anyone ever come to this place? Lesson learned, they won't ever get my business again.Pros; Friendly, helpful, polite employees. Of course, they are all high.Cons; Far from everything, shuttle bus, lines, and below-average product with outrageous prices.Stick with your guy, it's better.
I am still trying to figure out why peeps with an existing source, as stated in previous comments, would actually come here and purchase at double, triple, quadruple the street prices. Sad. The flower is good but not any better than I can get elsewhere and the oils are waaaay overpriced. Do yourself a favor and find a friend to hook you up. Unless pricing adjusts as the novelty wears off, I see no need to return. I was more curious than anything else.The staff is excellent. I don't know what other people are seeing, but I would disagree with those reviews. The overall experience for me was a good one and I was there maybe a total of an hour from parking lot back to parking lot; midweek.If you have no one to hook you up then I would recommend Cultivate as a place that will do.Peace
For those of you looking for good customer service and transparency when purchasing marijuana, I would highly advise coming in. It's great weed and the employees know their stuff so you're going to know what you're purchasing. It's just incredibly expensive. Yes, the dispensary is expensive in general. Yes, other competitors are priced about the same. Yes, the taxes are high. But you won't get much business with those prices, and I just can't just look past it. The novelty wears off soon when the flower is marked up triple street prices. I came in on 4/20 and people warned me not to because of lines. Well when the shuttle dropped us off we walked right in. No line. Which brings me to my next point. The mandatory shuttle service is a bit ridiculous. You have to drive a few hundred yards past the facility, park, pile into a van and get shuttled over. Driver was nice, but Cultivate needs to do figure out how to get rid of that measure. With all this said, if you've got money and won't smoke just any ganja, you should stop in.
Flower here is decent, but incredibly expensive. Seems to be the case with Massachusetts as a whole. I have purchased Vape pens from this establishment and they tasted quite poor.
Did online ordering with NEW curbside pickup on the second day of starting this. Website was detailed as to how to order, time slot, and pickup location. It was so easy as I knew what I wanted to order and paid with card at pickup. Easy peasy process, very smooth and great products!

I'm going to file complaint against the person at parking lot- around 50's male who asking me for proof as a disability as deaf person my disability is not visible. In past, they allowed me park on the side of building to do my business. Now this man refused to allowed me to park there and demanding for proof. There's no such a proof to show. I have signed to him but he keep speaking to me and go around me and speaking to my partner showing me no respect. So I'll be in touch filing complaint. The sensitive training is in need to respect other form of disabilities. Manager- please get in touch with me, if I don't hear from you I'll call and if no response, I'll take further action. Came here on a Wednesday afternoon around 2 pm in early December and there was a loooong line. Waited about 1.5 hours in the cold before actually getting into the building. They did have a somewhat heated tent but didn't help much. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Took their time to explain and assist with anything i I inquired. They didn't have everything on their menu and prices were in the higher side compared to other dispenseries - though quality of products matched their price points. 1'st time checking one out and it's totally worth it!
