Great friendly service from the entire staff! Got in and out in under 20 minutes on a busy day! Sydney was a great bud tender and provided details for everything you need to know! Whole staff was very knowledgeable!

The #1 dispensary in the KC area! Staff is always nice and the service they provide is incredible. Jason is the man! Building is in a very nice area and is always clean. I really like how they set up the lobby and the store itself. They have a wide selection of products for just about anyone. I personally really like the C4 bud they got and I'm excited to try their new Proper Cannabis Products I just got today! They make you feel at home and can educate you on cannabis and their products if you don't know what they are. They open earlier at 11am than some stores that open up at noon. I have a whole list of positives about this store, but these are some just to name a few. I do agree that the prices are high, but at this time of my review, the industry is fairly new to Missouri, so I believe we just need to wait a little while until the industry gets more established. I also believe that 3rd St dispensary will only improve over time because of the amazing stuff they do like I said above. The Only thing is I wish they had a little more parking, usually it's not too busy to where you can park. I came today on 4/20 so it was bound to be busy with the deals they had! But that's it! I look forward to seeing this store grow with the community, as they support local Businesses in Lee's Summit and Missouri! Happy 4/20 everyone!

Was just in today, the place is always nice and friendly. Crystal was my budtender, very knowledgeable. I always know what I want so I don't get to spend much time in there. Next time I'll spend a little more time in there.

The staff was amazing! Super nice and down to earth, prices are decent, itll get better as gov lightens up. I only got a preroll today, for 16, but ill totally be back just cause i like the bud tender i talked to!

Let me start by just saying if you don't know much about cannabis you should come to this place. The people are amazing and very knowledgeable on just about everything with cannabis. They were very helpful in finding me something for my back pain and his recommendation worked my back feels great. I will be back here because of my amazing customer service fastest assistance in town and the respect I was given by the employees. The people here are amazing I hope that everyone else's experience is as great as mine
