Awesome staff, nice product, clean dispensary and amazing customer service.  I did have a slight issue with a leaking cart at, but after making the staff aware of this, they made it right and replaced the cart free of charge. Every time I walk into this place, the staff is just so nice and friendly that I always walk out smiling and feeling better about the day. And that's before I even indulge in my purchase. They really have the knowledge to help you make the best purchase possible.

Arye is spot on with recommendations, and super nice. The whole staff here is pretty knowledgeable, professional, and chill. Great vibes, and I strongly recommend.

I went to Zen the first time a few weeks ago.  The building is new and clean and modern.  There was so wait and the reception people were very welcoming and friendly.  Once buzzed inside thete was no wait.The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly.  I don't like to smoke and they have a decent selection of edibles.  The staff took their time and got me the strains thst would be the most helpful.  It was a very nice place and I would go again.  The prices are a bit high but they have many sales and discounts.

I have been a licensed patient in New Jersey for several years now and have had the pleasure of visiting a few of our dispensaries. Until Zen Leaf opened up in my neighborhood I was relegated to the usual "take a number"  and we'll get to you shortly. I've waited 3.5 hours for my medication. Mostly about an hour and a half, average. Not at Zen Leaf. They don't believe in that. HALLELUJAH!!!Best pricing, nicest professionals behind the counter and all the time in the world to make your choices!  I'm in love with ZEN LEAF, Lawrenceville.

Today, I stopped in for the second time and I can't say this enough- this team is DAZZLING. From the second my hand touched the front door handle to enter this store I knew I was 1- about to have an amazing experience.2- be provided with the best service and care on this planet.3- able to trust the guidance of the staff.  4- learn some new things about the product I picked up- all while- learning more about my potential product options in the future.5- genuinely going to enjoy my time with everyone staffed today. Visit break down :Was greeted by the effervescent and sweet Camilia. She was quick, efficient, and profession - as usual. Once checked in- she guided me to head on inside and that's exactly what I did. I walked in excited and hopeful that Lexi was going to be working and was able to help me out and alas! She was!!! I walked up to her lane and before I even knew it... the full staff remembered me and said hello. Let me say that again... FULL STAFF. FULL. STAFF. In customer service... that's RARE that a FULL STAFF remembers who you are and what you purchased your last visit... and this team did. It was MAGICAL. I can't say this enough, this team is the best team I have ever witnessed. Real talk, It genuinely makes me want to work for this company because it genuinely feels like this is the place where dreams come true because duh, it is... just saying. Back to my girl Lexi, she remembered me at first glance- greeted me with open arms- asked me questions about my last purchase to map out some suggestions and she was excited to be present in the moment with me. She is FANTASTIC.  She spent the time to really dive into if my needs where being met by the last products purchased and that made me feel so cared for. I am also very very thankful and happy I got to talk with Adam and Joe- they are such an amazing team... they compliment each other and they are the epitome of professional and they genuinely love what they do. You can see the love beaming from their eyes and coming from a patient stand point... they are angels... they are people who I trust. It shows how much they care and how much this matters to them. Also! For the record- They even remembered my order and were fully present in my time spent in store as well. I can't say this enough, the managers - Adam, Joe, and Ivana- run a PRISTINE shift. They run this location with pride and it shows down to every second spent shopping in their location. You can just tell. It shows. It truly does. I genuinely can't rave enough about this team and location - clearly haha. I had to update everyone on my second visit because when you witness such a powerful group like the team in Lawrence... you have to alert the world about them. They are heroes.I urge everyone (again) to come and witness this locations team- if you haven't... what are you doing?! Get in your car- get on a bus- ride your bike- take a plane- get an Uber- do what ya gotta do to get there... and stop by to see them. Special shout out time: *Adam *Joe *Ivana *Lexi *Michael *Camilia *Mike *Sat- and everyone else that is employed at this location- thank you all for making my second visit at the Lawrence location, a true dream. I can not wait to come back in... I may even have to review that visit too haha! Don't tempt me with a good time! Haha!You are outstanding. All the praise and appreciation to you all. This place is so clean  and so safe that I can successfully say I could and would eat off the floors if I had to. I trust it that much. It's on that level of clean. I LOVE IT!!!
