They wouldn't sell to my husband because the dog chewed on his ID slightly. Is this a weird new law? Because he was here a couple days ago with the same ID and didn't have an issue. Guess we will be spending our money elsewhere. Your loss folks.
I've gone to plenty of different Dispensaries in my time and I would say that this is the best one I've been to for the medical use. Aj and Coby are some of the best working there of course there are others too. But Aj and Coby heard about a problem I had with a wax container being empty when I got it home and gave me a complimentary one to make up for the mistake. This is a true act of customer service and I appreciate they're kindness and loyalty to their customers. Mile High Dispensary has earned my long term Medical business. Thank you both for outstanding customer service.
It's a shame I have to give this place 1 star, I was coming in to redeem my loyalty points because I spend countless dollars here when the new security guard decided not to let me pass because of my I'd. He said it was bent when it was clearly fine. I literally have been here over 100 times if it was so bad how come all of the other guards let me by.sounds like Paul blart takes his job too seriously. No sweat I got my sack from across the street at the lodge and found a new dispensary I love. Mile high you lost a loyal customer. Keep those loyalty points it's not worth your rude guards service.
today im writing a review because I bought some wax and when I got home it wasn't what I ordered.the budtender asked me if I wanted the special which was ny dream for 15 dollars and I said no.I ordered something else and cant remember what it was but I used the 18 dollar website coupon for something else.when I got home and cut open the package I realized what happened.the worst part is I lost out on 3 dollars on the wax I have to keep not because I want to,and the wax isn't any good from the looks.normally I would give them 5 stars but I probably wouldn't be writing a review for great service.I could try and take it back lol
First time in and had a great experience! Austin was super helpful and very patient when answering my questions. He was very knowledgeable and was honest when I asked his option about certain products. Definitely would recommend to anyone!!
Special shout out to their poor customer service "nigh manager" Phil Who is the individual they put me in touch with just now during the days after I had asked to speak with the manager hoping he'd have the tenacity to keep me as a patron or at least show they valued me rather Phil processing to treat me poorly rushing to get me off of the telephone and rudely had he the audacity to interrupt me several times but not even apologizing when I brought it to his attention I don't think they understand customer service if this is how they resolve my grievance I feel even less so a valued patron as I'd been going here giving them my hard earned moneys several times a week and my membership going on at least five years but "if I want the real hook up and selection I have to go next-door to shop recreational instead of medical" says Phil because they appreciate my 5 + years of loyalty instead of charging me under $100 an ounce now they charge me over $150 an ounce for the same product says manager Phil this ongoing issueeven understanding that it poor management not to take accountability and care for it's members who signed over their plants years ago but he wants to act like he's not in the wrong for interrupting me on multiple occasions and wants to tell me there's nothing they could do tell me you can't set aside more products from the plants for us members whom consented cultivation on our behalf with the common agreement that we would be treated with a priority and preferences pricing extra.......not as a second-class citizens and patrons instead you want us to pay as a tourist from another state would more than double what our membership contracts and agreements usually pay for the same product Truly a sick sign of greed over loyalty
Parking is super rough so if you live close, walk. Line moves quickly, bud tender was very knowledgeable and from start to finish I was out in about 10 mins.
I love this dispensary. The staff is always really helpful and approachable. Would be 5 star but they're always out of house pre rolls and thats mainly why I go.
I go to Mile High Dispensary for their concentrates and for the respectful treatment of the customers by the staff. Out of the approximately 20 or 25 strains they have on hand (most of which are craft concentrate brand, though there are usually three or four other distributors peppered throughout the selection) you can insight some really magical flavonoids into your dome. Just ask the budtender what they think is tasty at the moment. Also, show the coupon that you can access through their websites homepage for great savings. The $30G just became a $20G. I bought a CBD/THC 1:1 ratio pen here the other day, and when it was unboxed, the filter was cracked and leaking. I had thrown out my receipt, but the budtender allowed me to exchange it for a similar pen.
The managers and owner here are absolutely fantastic.... As for some of the regular staff.... You guys needs a training process, vetting or something....I've had some of the staff members here just tell me some plain outright wrong things......But that is beside my point for this 5 Star review.I've been frequenting this business with about a dozen of my friends ever two weeks for 6 months now. I personally spend at least 170$ every time I'm in here on concentrates of various types yet all top shelf quality no matter where they come from. The buyers and owner for this place clearly know their product quality and know when to not purchase something. I've never once purchased a single thing here that wasn't just outright the best quality. Not to toot my horn but I 100% know what I'm talking about. I purchase 8 grams of concentrates every 8 days. I will flat out throw away a whole gram in the trash if I don't think it's good. I've never once experienced that from this business. I've easily bought over 150 grams of various concentrates from this place and not one was less than the best. They changed their price scale and I was weary for a moment the other day. Dude wasn't even weird about it. Went and got the owner because he happened to be in here and explained everything. So I gotta pay 10$ or 15$ extra dollars for my regular purchase. Still is competitive pricing compared to everything in the northern part of the state as well as Denver. 20$ a gram for shatter in bulk + tax is life in the rec. game. I'm a home grower and I make my own BHO. These people get me out of my basement wasting my money because guess what, they do it better. I like brewing my own beer too. Doesn't change the fact that I'm gonna go buy New Belgium when I want something different. This place is my New Belgium for Concentrates and Bud. I highly recommend this business to anyone and everyone who's looking to try recreational, needs medicine, or is looking for a product to broaden their pallet.Keep on keeping on guys, you are killing it.
Horrible quality of weed for the dabs doesn't even get you high or taste good thumbs down BIG thumbs down
Their staff is great, good deals and staff is knowledgeable. Love the blue and purple hair girls!!!!
I must say that I am surprised by being the first to review your business.. With the assistance of WeedMaps and their daily specials, Mile High was there for me.. The special, $22.50 1/8ths of connoisseur flower.. For some time now I have been attaining bud from a local chain - no need to be named - , but this "mom & pop" shop like Mile High has provided me with phone customer service..in detail I might add..and then I had the opportunity to meet the owner.. "V" (the owner) enabled me to a purchase I just couldn't believe, or pass on.. Huge cudo's in doing business with Mile High..!! Thank you.. TW
God awful weed. Seriously. I dont go here, my homie does and I hate it when he does. Ive shown him much better places but he keeps going back. He probably likes their loyalty system, or their deals and he's not half as picky I have become. I would pay 12 bucks for an eighth of popcorn nugs too... but not with as many seed casings and crowsfeet included as these guys'. Theres just no way i could give this place plural stars.
I like that Mile High has every flavor of The Clear pens. This is my main reason I come to Mile High.
This place is the best. Great prices, great service, chill atmosphere. There are too many haters in this Yelp page. Guards there are super nice, stop being petty.
I just want to take a minute to talk about the security team at Mile High Dispensary. They have worked so hard during COVID and done so well at keeping the riff raff at bay in spite of the many challenges they faced in doing so. The two head guys are very good at what they do and they deserve a shout out!
I returned to this location today as I was driving by and realized I was low on flower. I have been here before and enjoyed my experience but it didn't really separate itself from other dispensaries. This time, it did. The selection was solid and the building is clean with great music. My bed tender was an incredible and beautiful girl named Erica Rosas. She was absolutely amazing. Knowledgeable, helpful and patient. She helped me narrow down my choices and even complimented me on my long hair. She got me signed up for their frequent buyer program and was just fun and chatty in general. I recommend this Dispensery and I especially recommend Erica Rosas. Trust me, request her when you go in. She is not only amazing eye candy with an infectious smile, she is also extremely good at her job.
Employees are very knowledgeable and helped me select the right product to address my insomnia. Highly recommend ordering online in advance, pickup is always quick and easy.
PRICES are literally a Mile High here for very basic mediocre buds.
Making a review here too since the one on Google has been ignored.I was a weekly regular at this dispo, have been since I was a med card holder at 18- we are talking well over 5 years of customer loyalty. I love the budtenders, products are fabulous and prices aren't terrible; but recently I went in and was refused service over my ID. He said it was cracked and when I looked at him confused and asked him where, he held up my ID and literally pressed on it till it snapped. He said, "see? It's cracked right here I can't let you in." I watched him and heard it crack down the center of my ID. I had been in earlier that week and got through no problem, so it must not have been cracked initially. I would like to know why he decided to break my ID instead of just show me. I won't be returning unless this is actually dealt with; I now cannot shop anywhere with my ID and have to make an appointment 2+ months out to get a new one as we are in a global pandemic that makes it extremely hard to just "go and get another one" (his words verbatim). He broke my ID and then refused me service. I don't know what his problem is but he went out of his way to break my ID to ensure my inability to shop. I won't be recommending this dispo to anyone anymore and I'll make sure everyone I know that does shop there knows to find another spot to shop. This is ridiculous.
Today is a sad day as Mile High lost a long time customer (many years). Most of the employees are good, although very few have been there as long as I have been a customer. This is a typical situation where "store policy" trumps all else, including logic. While other local competitors have been improving their products and service, Mile High is stuck in a time warp with crappy IT systems, poor customer service training, and weak processes. Ever hear of a "pick-up line" for online orders, rather than funneling through the same wait line as everyone else? Ever hear of common sense policies and better yet employees that aren't stuck inside a small box of thinking?Sorry to say goodbye to the couple of employees who I've know all this time (one of whom witnessed the situation today). Not sorry to the rude "by the book" other employees whose ill thought, hard line responses resulted in the large loss of in future revenues.
Easy to get to, it's in a tiny little strip mall. Parking can be a challenge. It was packed but the line moves fast. People that work there are super friendly and knowledgeable, at least the people that I went with said they were, I don't know.I WOULD go back again to have a look.
Stephanie was incredibly helpful. Was my first time in a dispensary and she was great at helping me through the process. Great spot.
Haven't been here in a while and now there selection has really gotten better.
Well what I can say is what I got worked that's the whole point right. One Love. And just remember it does say in the Bible that whatever plant my heavenly father has not planted shall be uprooted! That's what Jesus said.
Awesome people. Great weed and wax. Also you can open your joint light it and there is no running like other dispos. j's.
Been going here for about a year faithfully and they always got the best stuff for a decent price. Staff is always welcoming and makes your experience a piece of cake !! Definitely recommend
