Not too bad when they have products in stock. Good carts and concentrates. Would reccomend.

Went there as a first timer hoping to learn what is offered and how every thing works. Was met by a very condescending and rude girl at door. I realize it's not always fair to judge a business by one employee. Who knows the others might be plotting a death plan. She was terrible. Went to Surtella and was met with best people. Spent an hour there getting educated. Definitely won't go back or recommend this place.

Should have listened to all the other reviews, stopped by in the middle of the week and they were all out of vape slims and topicals. Seemed like limited selection on everything else. Will stick with Suterra in the future

This dispensary is fine if you have nothing better to do than drive there and see what they have. If you're attempting to find out online through their menu, you cannot get current information. This means that you cannot place online orders for pickup or delivery. That leaves calling to ask what's in, and waiting at least an hour to speak to a call center representative who may or may not be knowledgeable about the company and their products. Finally, you can try to email and blindly hope you'll get a return email--it's going to be a couple of days. When you live about 2 hours away and this is the closest option and it's below average for service, I can't say anything positive.

I just received approval for my medical marijuana card and this was the first time I had been in a dispensary.   All the staff were very helpful and were very knowledgeable.   I met with A-Jay, a terrific advisor for the products I needed, she explained every thing from what each flavor does to how to use the products and never rushed me or was inpatient even I would ask her to go over it again.

if you have ever been into trulieve, then stay there. Let me tell you this place was so disappointing. They have no dominant any name brand strains, everything is just either this or that. When I did get some concentrate, it seems to like burn up excessively fast, way faster than the concentrate but I get from trulieve. Or even müv had really excellent products for the same prices and even a ton of sales all the time. unless you absolutely have to, I wouldn't waste my time coming here.

Great dispensary with a good selection and friendly  staff. I recommend this mmtc to any Florida Cannabis Patient.

The absolute worst customer service from the panhandle down to Okeechobee. When it comes to dispensaries. When it comes to Curaleaf. This is the worst dispensary and fails on each and every note when it comes to customer service or management. Four different occasions have my order been not filled because they didn't have it after they said that they did they go out of their way with a smile on their face to make you waitRidiculous time expectations they seem to get a kick out of it from the female that works the front desk which is extremely unhealthy and rude. To each and every person that is trained by the same people that we've always dealt with with the lack luster business that's run like a methadone clinic.

Customer service is lacking at this location.  They cannot seem to manage a waiting room full of patients. The wait time provided is not close to being accurate and the wait time can be over 2 hours. Very frustrutrating when customers come well after you and get served first. Most of us in waiting room were saying, what did we do wrong. Take customers as they come in the door, why is that such a difficult concept for this dispensary.

We wanted to give a wonderful review for this particular store and a very informative and professional individual named Xavier.  He was very patient with us up and gave us very detailed information on the products and was comfortable, not rushed had great attention to detail. We got in right away and Xavier was able to give alternative choices and we love all the options! Great Packaging as well Super helpful with the labels that now come with the box so you don't get confused on products.  Our representative was just fantastic and just overall a pleasant experience.Heaps of gratitude!

Fantastic customer service! Great deals and Veteran discounts are always a great thing!. Great team. Javier was polite, knowledgeable, and had a great positive attitude. That is why this is my dispensary of choice.

Great place, even better staff and prices. Always coming in with sales and discounts. The customer service is BAR NONE! Always polite and super knowledgeable. Thank you Curaleaf!!!

I rarely write reviews but for this place I have to. I've been to pretty much every dispensary in Lakeland and have yet to come across another place that cares about their patients like Curaleaf.Not only do they have super deals and flash sales almost daily their customer service is outstanding. You might have a little wait when you arrive but that's because when you get to the back there's no rush it's all about the patient. Ask any question and the staff will gladly answer they're all extremely knowledgeable and happy to help. It doesn't matter if you've never been there or your a regular they treat everyone the same and you always leave happy. No reason to ever go anywhere else.

He actually re-did my whole order after discussing other options for me and what would work best, so I really appreciated the patience as someone with severe social anxiety. I felt really cared for. I find their prices to be more accommodating to my budget as well, so I will definitely be back here~
