Weak selection, even weaker bud tenders. Our bud tender was more interested in watching tv then helping. I would give zero stars if it was possible.

Local Lafayette resident drives to Louisville now. Gave them several try's, want to like the connivence of the place, but feel like I'm getting ripped off and have to deal with inadequate tenders. Purchased a variety of products and can never seem to get my questions asked. First time purchasing shatter, not knowing what todo, I asked for an opinion and help only to be presented with a sampler platter. No explanation. Prices are higher for what is clearly lower quality than the other big dispensaries in Louisville. Plus their deals are better, and any bud tender will gladly educate you on the product. Will have to make some changes with growing competition!

Best place in the surrounding area!!! Always the greatest costumer service and best quality everytime I go there. They are dog friendly too. Definitely doing all shopping at Herbal Wellness.

Flew in from Cali for a wedding and found them on yelp. Marcos was a really helpful budtenders and knowledgeable with cannabis. Since it was my first I had no idea about edibles or the different types. Def would recommend him.

I go here nearly everyday for the best deals and product. I like the great prerolls best

Ridiculously expensive but the highest tier product was very good. Enjoyed the experience inside. The staff was knowledgeable and funny. Doubt I'll go back due to the price point.

I love shopping at Herbal Wellness. They always have what I'm looking for. They have flower- wax- edibles-drinks. Everyone is always so very kind and informative

This is my go to place for several reasons! Great prices, friendly staff, and you are always in and out quickly. CJ is especially helpful and knowledgeable with great recommendations depending on what you are looking for!

Will not be coming back here after the stressed out manager chewed an employee out for asking if they could sell something recently received. Cupboard is usually bare but today it was silly. She had no problem sending people away.

Fantastic customer service had everything I could think of as far as variety, selection and dosage. One of my preferred dispensary experiences in the general Denver area.

Came in for the first time today thinking that it was a tea shop only to be pleasantly surprised Not sure who my budtender was but she was super awesome and patient with us. Her pre rolled recommendation was outstandingly delicious and effective. Prices on some of the edibles were also cheaper then a few other places that we've tried.Will definitely visit again and surely will recommend this place to others

Not too much to say on Herbal Wellness, but the service is flawless. We got ID'd twice, but that's expected. There is a private parking lot out in the front. We really love this small shop and their support for the best pipes and lighters. We also love their best deals on all buds. We also love their front receptionist, he was really nice. We liked their policy of being dog friendly. My boyfriend and I come here mainly to get all our favorite products and hope you will too.

I really like this Dispensary because the people who work there are extremely knowledgeable and very nice.   I get a very home like feeling when I go in there!   The products are nice,  I usually feel pretty happy and entergetic after!    I would recommend them.

Prices are decent, but quality is hit or miss.  My card was also double charge twice. I used to come here weekly because it was close but I just got tired of not knowing what I was going to get quality wise. Sometimes I would get some amazing high quality bud that looked, smelled, and smoked great but most of the time I felt like I got super dry, low quality bud that burned super fast and smelled terrible once you lit it.  Their %'s for THC/CBD have such a range for on strains that it makes it very frustrating when purchasing something, example - this pre rolled joint could be anywhere from 17% THC to 22% THC....  that's quite a range and most of the time it would be on the lower end.  All and all in just not very impressed with this place, I've come back multiple times when desperate and it just never gets any better.

Excellent customer service. They're knowledgeable and fast! Good assortment of edibles, bud, and concentrates. They have a comfortable waiting room, but I've only had to use it once.

I'm visiting Colorado and was happy to find this dispensary close by to where I'm staying Lafayette. I usually check reviews before buying from anywhere but this was a spur of the moment decision. I purchased an 1/8 of the hybrid "Gelato" strain and man was it DRY. The weed was so dry you would think I got it from some cheap ghetto drug dealer or something. The quality is so terrible.I called and asked if I can come in and show them how dry and bad quality the weed is in hopes that they could comp us some fresh weed or something. They said that legally, they couldn't do anything about it. That may be true but that also means I will not take my chances buying from this place again. When it comes to weed, I need to buy from a dispensary that has QUALITY -- which clearly is not this place.

I'm a medical card user and It's been over 2 years since I've been in here. I stopped by today because I wanted to see if this place has improved. Unfortunately not so much. First of all, the bald dude in the black hoodie who checks you in is a weirdo. Zero personality or customer service skills. I'm not sure if he was hung over or just is not happy with his life but damn dude, you are a strange person. Next, the medical side/ grow was terrible 2 years ago and it's the same now.  The bud tender female was really cool but that was the only positive here They clearly just do not care about medical patients for medicine here.  They have 14% thc strains that's IT! I stopped by the rec side and picked up 1/8th of Bruce Banner. The guys in there were all friendly and helpful. It says 34 percent but I wasn't very impressed. Stay away if you are a medical patient!

I've been coming to this dispensary for years. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and there's always quality herb for a good price. Love this place and so glad it's in my neighborhood!

Overpriced product, and the staff are absent minded (stoned), there's been multiple times that the items I ordered were not even placed in the bag, I had to remind them during the sale or go back in when I discovered the missing items. The final straw is the anti-masker blue haired woman behind the front counter who insists that customers remove their masks to pass her gateway. What kind of business asks its customers to remove their mask in the middle of Covid? Save your time and money, shop at any of the other dozens of dispensaries in the area.

I went in today for the first time with my med card. I got 20%off which is awesome. The staff was awesome. They had everything in stock but prices are higher. The 1000mg gummies were $54+ the last place i went to was 42. So a big difference in the prices. Also they had concentrates for 25 out the door, I would be able to get that at rec prices.

Ashleigh was super awesome and was able to help me with CBD products that work for chronic pain as she suffers from it herself! Both budtenders today were super awesome. I love this place, they always have superior products, excellent quality flower with some of the best brands around. This, by far is the best dispo in Lafayette!!

Very quick service at a very fair price. Hunter is the most polite cannaclerk I think I have ever met. Good job.

This dispo is a local staple. They work hard to keep prices reasonable, and offer a wide range of products both med and rec. Happy hour is not to be missed! Hunter helped me out today, and I had a lovely conversation with one of the owners as well.
