Excellent customer service there the main reason why I go back to this location is the friendly service that every employer offers. Ben does a fantastic job  co-managing the place.  The workers will take their time to get to know you and call you by your first name which is a big plus to me. I've worked in customer service for well over 13 years and service is important to me and green planet definitely nails it in that category Judy is an excellent employee who is very knowledgeable and friendly . Allison , Alec, and everyone else is fantastic.I highly recommend this location

Waited nearly 20 minutes In the wrong line because there was a sign that said where the line started...apparently there was another one. No fucking way I'm waiting in line all over again. So that was annoying.But LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE IN OREGON HAS CHEAPER WEED. This just happens to be right near where I live; and I was lazy. But waste time in circles lazy.Oregon Bud Company is the absolute best place to go - quality, service, and I alway feel like I leave with more money than I meant to even after tipping (so cheap!)

I just went to the green planet and it was horrible i cant believe how many people they had working and NOT 1 PERSON HELPED ME or spoke to me i had time to walk around the entire store looked at all the glass pipes weed all of it then i waited patiently and the whole time inlooked arpund and 3 girls were busy helping there people 2 guys behinf the counter doing nothing absoutly nothing one of the workers  with long hair and glasses stood at the number 2 cash out station picking his finger nails and staring at the wall so i just walked out and went to Chalice down the street they fast service i was in and out in 5 min they helped me immeditily DONT GO to green planet GO TO Chalice instead.

Absolutely enjoy these guys. Great product at best price.

This was my firsst time coming ta state with recreational marijuana. I stayed in Tigard so I just googled dispensaries in the area and decided on Green Planet. Being as this was my first time in a dispensary I was initially overwhelmed. The store was clean, organized and stocked with any everything you could think of. The staff was very friendly and helpful and even offered me an early birthday discount on my entire purchase. This will definitely be my go to store on future visits.

DO NOT COME HERE. We got here at 9:50 and the way they close down the place SCREAMING "8 minutes" "5 minutes" "2 minutes" "1 minute" is SO DYSFUNCTIONAL. Why wouldn't you MAKE everyone make their final selections 5-8 minutes before you close that way everyone can finish their transaction. My boyfriend was in the middle of his transaction when we got there with plenty of time and when 10:00 o clock hit, they wouldn't finish the transaction. I get that there is Oregon Law but again, if they would have had their shit together and been ORGANIZED, made everyone make their final selections early enough to check out, everyone would have left there happy. And I can guarantee, no one left there feeling good about that experience. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Great place with excellent staff! Pricing is better than Main Street in Vancouver!! Now go someplace else, Please, it's getting too damn busy here....

Every upset review about their poor customer service rings true. :( was asked if I was being helped yet and then was told to get in the back of the line after waiting. Very unprofessional staff :/ Luckily Chalice and their specials were less than a mile away to save the day.

I usually love Green Planet. I am a loyalty member and usually visit the Milwaukie location. However, I recently discovered their King City/Tigard location and have started visiting there. Let me just say, I was less than impressed the first time but more so this second time. The customer service sucks. The staff are not knowledgeable enough to help me or make suggestions on a one to one edible. The guy that helped us tonight seemed put off and like we were i interrupting him. I was so disappointed with the selection and customer service I won't be back to this location and that's a bummer cause I love Green Planet. I used to go in one location or another every other day. ‍

We love this place. Have always gone here and another local place but recently have only gone here. The customer service is great, I love the flower selection and price points. Also like that it's not already prepackaged. The employees really go through to make sure I'm not paying for stems. The staff always has great recommendations as well. There can sometimes be a wait but that's expected with the current times.

I am an older woman who is new to marijuana and CBC. I started taking it for pain. The people at Green Planet are very knowledgeable and help me in understanding the various products. Today a young man named Alec, took time to explain what would be best for me, and also how to use it. He showed me all the products available that could help with my pain, and shared his experience to make me feel more comfortable. I had so many questions, yet he never rushed me or was impatient. He was so very nice and pleasant that I will be looking for him to help me in my future visits.

My favorite dispensary up here and I am not easy to impress lol. Staff is always kind and seemingly in a good mood. Wide variety so it's a one stop kinda shop & uses a  loyalty rewards program that actually deducts cash off your total!

Just off the high way The Green Planet will do you well. Plenty of parking the Green Planet rest in a stand alone building right smack dab in the middle of the plaza just to the right of the main entrance depending on your entrance into the plaza. Just inside the dispensary you'll notice how freaking large the showroom is no wait room. They have large area just to the right of the main doors to purchase rigs and bongs etc. To the left is the bud counter and concentrate area and to the rear is the edibles show room. With a large variety of buds and concentrate to match anyone need there is no reason to leave empty handed. Head on down and check these guys out you'll be glad you did.

I'm a regular here. They used to have great prices on oil, but not so much anymore, however, the customer service keeps me coming back. They give me 10% off cards sometimes. A few times the bud tenders seem too high to function on a professional level ( I've given them back so many grams of oil when they forget to take out one of the grams that I was just looking at and did not buy.) They aren't perfect but I love them anyways!

I went in here for CBD candy, I get drug tested and do not want anything with THC. I was very clear about this and I selected 2 flavors of gummies directly behind the CBD sign. Once home I realized they both had THC and no CBD in them. I took them back and the same person who sold them to me was the manager. This was clearly her lack of informing me about product but she insisted that because I asked for a particular flavors I knew it contained THC....The product is behind the CBD sign!! Needless to say she said its your problem and that she wouldn't do anything about it. So after buying $45 worth of THC that I had to throw away - I would say don't go here. Especially if you are new to going to a dispensary. This place obviously can sell you whatever they want and if you don't notice your out of luck, they just scammed you. Seems like a shyster business to me  with dishonest management

I was greeted as soon as I walked in by a good playlist and happy faces. Ben took great care of me and made excellent recommendations. Friendly people and great prices.

Super helpful especially for someone who is very knew to these types of products. I at first went to a well known dispensary in portland and I couldn't have felt more out of place. Although they were helpful the experience was pretty unsettling. I came here looking for edibles and the guy who helped me was very informative. I didn't feel too out of place and also received a discount as a first time shopper. Bonus that they are right in kind city which is close to my house.

So we've been coming here for about 3 months. Service was good and we always got a bunch of things for cheap. They would always say if we don't like the product or its defective we can come back and exchange that's great. Today my husband went in and bought a pod for his vape went home and it didn't work. I said to him well they did say we can exchange or return it. So we go in and a lady asked us if we needed help yes. My husband explained to her what was wrong. She then replies "let me go take this to the boss" lady comes back "i have good and bad news" . then she says " good news the pod works, bad news we couldn't get a different one" now we are pissed You guys always mention if we don't like or we have a defective product we have 72 hours with receipt and packaging we can exchange product. No where in the policy does it state we will go to the back and test your product and put our dirty mouth on your pods to test it and say yeah it works WTF!!!  Now you've lost loyal customers and we will not be returning. Maybe in your policy you should say we will test defective product and make a decision upon testing. Disappointed now we have to find a shop further from where we live.

I always get fire dro and great oils here for a good price. The rewards are cool as well and I buy all my glass here. The green planet will be a great experience if you trust in your bud tenders

The only reason I'm giving these guys a one-star is because there bud has literally made me sick. I've smoked for a while never had an issue at this place before, the last two Bud's I bought here gave me terrible throat pain, a sore throat and terrible vertigo, I woke up with a bloody nose the next day after smoking the previous night with all the other symptoms I described. I stopped smoking for a couple days to ease the relief and decided Maybe the stuff I bought before was just cheap, so I spent a higher dollar on some bud and it caused the same symptoms. I'm pretty sure whoever is supplying Green Planet is not flushing there bud. I won't be buying from here and pretty disappointed.

Great place to go with a wide variety! They have edibles, bath bombs, bath salts, even lip balm! This was my first time visiting and ill definitely be back. The wait was a bit long to be helped, but the guy that helped me was very helpful and informative and the cashier was very pleasant as well. I really like the fact that every single day of the week, they offer a discount on something in the store. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great staff and nice set up in the store. It has the clean feeling without feeling like you are in an pharmaceutical store with all white walls. Friendly staff with great daily deals and they even did an advent calendar of deals over the holidays! The best part of the store in my opinion would have to be the variety of items and selection, its awesome! The most convenient part about this store is that they partner with a credit union so that you can pay with your credit card - love that! No more ATM fees.

I love this place. Very affordable. The treat us very well and always help me figure out what I need and what might work best for what ails me. It's just a bonus that I love across the street. And I absolutely love the fact that they are open till 10. And another thing I totally appreciate is they will tell me about upcoming specials and savings so I can wait and spend less. That's customer service!

I had been coming to this dispensary due to its convenience of being on my way home.  I enjoyed the fast service and being attentive to us when coming in.   My recent stop was a little disturbing as I was in with my partner.    The bud tender we got was an older Mexican lady who seemed to be nice but the whole interaction started to go south when she miss identified my partner.   We tried to explain to the employee that we would not like to be identified as women. That my Partner tried to explain to her that he identifies as male and she came back with ok boss lady.    Well we won't be back.   We don't support a business like that.

Not my thing but brought family members here and all were served well, great selection of everything.. will go back I'm sure

I have visited several dispensaries in Portland and elsewhere but have come back each time to the Green Planet. Their location is easily accessible, has ample parking, is very well lit and clean, and the shop is laid out spaciously with brightly lit displays of all their products. So far, everyone I've met there has been knowledgeable and friendly, and the products have always been quite good. This place has a great vibe. I highly recommend it.

Nice looking spot, okay selection, decent weed overall. I will NOT be returning though because their customer service was absolutely terrible. I've never felt more like nuisance as a customer. The bigger and better looking the weed shop, the worse the service is I guess. Shame.

I love this dispensary.  It is clean,  beautiful, and convenient to me.  Their bud-tenders are professional, friendly, and know what they are talking about.  I am a cartridge and edible user.  If I tell them my favs, they are always able to give me a good equivalent, if they do not have mine in stock right then.  I always look forward to a trip to The Green Planet!

So little inventory based on there size.   Can believe they have so little inventory. Maybe better to try a different store. I guess it's just filled up with like bongs. Such a disappointment

Always a polite and friendly staff. By far the best selection of weed in the tigard area. Sometimes the preroll selection can be a tad low and the line can take a while since they implemented a new system for getting help and checking out but overall this place is great. The only weed shop I'll go to in this area

Horrible experience with this company. I purchased an oil cartridge less than a week ago and it was completely clogged. I attempted to fix the issue but it appears to be a manufacturer defect. They were unwilling to replace the cartridge because it was longer than 48hrs even the the person answering the phone said one week on returns. Stay away from this shop!

This place has the best and biggest selection out of most dispensaries I have been to in Oregon. This one is my fav.

Great deals and awesome staff. Everyone is helpful and quick. I enjoy every trip there. Plenty of options to choose from and it doesn't feel overwhelming how some other stores can be. They helped me pick out a pen and some pre rolls that suited my needs and I have gone back and haven't been disappointed.

Products way overpriced and practice shady business don’t go here! They put half gram prices on full gram displays to trick you into buying half grams. Prices are shown without tax to make you think products are cheap then they hit you with tax when you pay. BAD BUSINESS
