This is by far my favorite dispensary in key west. Not only do they have awesome quality thc they are also very kind. They treat you like a friend, they remember your name, and always ask how you’re doing and genuinely want to know. If you want to feel comfortable I definitely recommend going here. Plus they are always fast, I’m in and out with all my orders.

As a local, this is the only dispensary I go to down here. Not only is every employee the sweetest & extremely knowledgeable about every product, but this dispensary really has just the right amount of everything. Orders never take longer than 5 minutes when you go inside which I know at other places down here you can be waiting an hour plus. Shout out to Carolina & the whole team there, they really make the experience so enjoyable! If you have any questions about anything they’re always more than happy to help. Don’t waste your time at other places down here, Surterra is the best!

I love this dispensary. Their prices are great and they are always running daily specials you will actually use. Super quick transactions with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. I’m in and out of the store in a few minutes.

Excellent Dispensary. Staff is very friendly & knowledgeable. Customer service wise hands down the best dispensary I’ve ever been too. Every one who works there is great but I there is one wellness coordinator in particular named Carolina, her knowledge of products and customer service is impeccable. I highly recommend Surterra to every patient I know
