Everyone at Zen Leaf has not only been super nice but very informative and helpful. Even though I asked some pretty amateur questions, they treated me with respect, explained all the products and pointed me towards what would help me the most. I cannot say enough good things about this place or it's employees
I visited Zen Leaf in Jessup for the first time the other day. It has only been open for a couple of weeks or less. This is a brand new medical marijuana dispensary located in an industrial park.Park outside and you will relish the smell of fresh dank bud. Inside, all I had to do was fill out some paperwork, show my medical marijuana card and I waited for about 10 minutes. A sales person took me in and explained some of the products to me. Some of the products are sold out because of high demand, pun intended. The prices here are super high (more puns!) but the prices are expected to come down as demand increases. For $178 I walked out with two small jars of "flower" and a 5-pack of pre-rolled fatties. Cash only but there is an ATM in the store. Medical marijuana is here, Maryland! Now go get it.
Having recently obtained my MMCC card, and after doing a great deal of online research, my husband took me to this dispensary. I have been using CBD oil for several months, but was looking to slowly integrate THC into my therapy. Our advisor was very patient and understanding with my numerous questions and incredibly helpful in explaining all of our options. The dispensary is very nice! They have thorough security and a very streamlined process for signing up new patients and explaining how things work.We will definitely be returning when I need to replenish my stock. I highly recommend if you're looking for a reputable and professional dispensary!
Very quick service. Very friendly. Odd location. It’s in a bit of an industrious area but very clean and plenty of signs to find the way. Would be nice if they had their phone number listed more visibly outside their entrance. Perhaps on the parking signs so people know where to call when they park. Anyway, great place. Thanks !
First time patient here, and absolutely loved the experience. Greeted warmly, and provided excellent service by Beatriz! Extremely convenient location - don’t let the entrance fool you. This is the place to go! Will definitely be back. Thanks so much!
Zen Leaf has always been a great experience for me. I’ve been to a few dispensaries and I’m a regular at 3. I have always had good, fair, and safe visits. I’ve enjoyed every encounter with every staff member. They are very nice, and informative and helpful. It’s rare that every employee I’ve encountered (outside/inside greeter/check-in, clerks, managers) has been nice and competent, and I visit them frequently! It is an actual pleasure to go and know it won’t be stressful, especially when I’m in pain. They are safe and fast and I’ve never had any confusion that wasn’t immediately and courteously solved. I even watched an employee calmly explain the debacle of “onestop” to a very angry customer. This is my favorite dispensary. They have great deals and Fantastic employees. They frequently have some of what have become my favorite items for all my ailments. Stephanie was my clerk at checkout and she was nice as always. If all goes well with the visit I like to tip at checkout (as we all should, generally). I tip every time at Zen Leaf because of nice, easygoing employees and good deals. BEST DISPENSARY! GREAT PEOPLE! Great products and deals with THE BEST POINT SYSTEM!!!! It pays to be a regular customer. In such an annoying time, it’s an actual pleasure to deal with this store with its pleasurable, professional manner. Always great visits! P.S. This might be my first Google review ever.
I had a wonderful first visit. Christopher assisted me with patience and was very knowledgeable. He listened and responded to my needs and tried to find the best items for me. Everyone else at the location was professional and friendly as well. I went here because of the awesome reviews I found online, and Zen Leaf lived up to all the excellent reviews!
Amazing! The staff is great! Always happy and ready to help. They take the time to help you find what you're looking for based on your needs. Which most dispensaries do. However I have felt completely rushed at 3 other dispensaries just to make a purchase. All the staff are also very knowledgeable. And they always have a nice selection of everything.
