I was not able to complete a purchase on the MUV website so I called the MUV number and reached Mary on the Patient Care Team. WOW! She was well versed in the chemistry of marijuana medicinals. We discussed different strains and intake options. I ordered the RSO "Rainbow Trainwreck" based on our discussion. It makes a great Gummy. I enjoyed the evening followed by a deep slumbering sleep. Someone there at your co.  tried to have me e mail you to discuss my complaint. I tried to e mail you at the e mail you sent me. However it's not a real website??  Why would you do that?

Great friendly staff very helpful and informatiThe stuff is great does that they are very caring and explanatory, explaining everything in detail.

First timer so I decided to visit onsite before any online orders. Went around noon and very impressed how professional and accommodating they were for walk-ins. Waiting room was spacious and the prices are onscreen with a menu to review while waiting. It was a bit longer since I was a new customer but I used the 10 mins to get informed. Once called back, Ian was an awesome expert in " good vibes." It's hard not choosing them all but the new customer discount of 25% off helps. Give them a visit, top tier customer service and overall atmosphere! I do recommend express (online order) I noticed they are in and out with no issues

This dispensary is awesome and the employees are always friendly and professional. The facility is always clean and I've never gotten anything from Muv that wasn't good, everything is good here cannabis, people, and store. Muv is where you want to be.

High content they definitely have better products than the other places I have been

This was my 2nd visit & both have been good but today was by far the best experience I’ve had at a dispensary. Khali & Lee were so patient, honest & really took their time to listen to me & help me decide what I really wanted. Im not sure If we can request employees but I’m going to try to request them going forward! Dispensary is clean, all staff are friendly & the wait is never long.

My favorite dispensary in town. Alex has been a huge help, knowledgeable and taking the time to answer more than just “beginner” questions. Fair pricing, good inventory, definitely worth a visit

Sam at the corporate call center is incredible. She takes customer service to a whole different level. Her knowledge and consultative skills are such a big help. I'm a cancer patient and thanks to her I'm able to cope much better.
