Rip off establishment. Rude and short changes us. Won't rectify any issues and don't care about patients just profits and that's what's up. I've caught them and called them out but just like a politician they lie for days here.

Over the last 6 months I have been there 4 times to stock up and had a wasted trip because they are always out of the True North gummies and the Mary's Medicinals 1:1.  When I asked if there was a problem and they weren't carrying them anymore, she said that they never have any idea what they will send or when.  She also had a 'tone' to her voice when I asked if they were still delivering to the cars for those of us with health issues.  Up to this point their customer service was 'soso'.  Not rude, but not particularly helpful either.

You guys still Rock from the first day you guys usually beat everybody in price quality of product keep it up we appreciate you

Wait times can be long, but the staff always seems to do their best to give all the customers great service.

Hands down best PC in the state of Michigan. Very knowledgeable staff with a HUGE selection of both medical and adult recreational product. First PC in Jackson with adult use available products. Ask for Dawn.

My mom is a customer and they have been the absolute best to her! She refuses to go anywhere else. All of the staff she has dealt with have been awesome! Thank you for treating her so good!!

Great experience overall. The budtender was knowledgeable and helped me find the products I wanted. I felt welcomed and not rushed. Great selection!
