Excellent customer service. Product selection is great! I like the prices here. The weekly specials are worth checking out.

Same experience as two other reviews on here. Did an online order had to wait in line for 20 minutes yesterday around 11am. Meanwhile a bunch of walk-in customers get to go in. I get to the short skinny security dude who makes me feel like I don't belong there. No hi or what's up? Points to where I should go. Once I get in I started to tell the nice woman helping me how I feel about their whole online ordering. The woman was empathetic and showed genuine concern. Then the "manager" walks up. Looked more like he just got back from a rave with his beanie and weak yellow sunglasses. Didn't introduce himself when he walked up and then said to me, "you can go somewhere else to shop." Well Mr joke of a manager I sure will take my hard earned money elsewhere. This is the first dispensary that I for real will avoid!! And to the real person that runs the place do yourself a favor and get a new manger. Maybe a real manager who acts like management and doesn't pretend to be the bouncer. C'mon man! Been to dispensary's all over the bay and central coast. This place is by far the weakest one. Bye Felicia!

Well when it's really busy everybody needs to stop chat about the weekend and focus on the people in line waiting.

Convenient online ordering and pickup. Kinda pricey, but you get what you pay for. Quality stuff. Some staff are helpful and willing to answer questions while others barely speak. Guess it depends on the day you go in. Sunday's are the best for deals. I like to stock up since I'm a regular cannabis user. Overall like this local dispensary.

As someone who isn't super familiar with what I like or want I really enjoy going here. The staff is ALWAYS super friendly and helpful!!

I loved this spot! The staff was very sweet and helpful. They were very patient with all of our questions and made us like family/friends. The selection was awesome, but reasonably priced as well. All in all we had a great experience and look forward to coming back!

Meh.. I usually drive down here from San Jose. Today's experience a little weird after I asked about taxes and my medical marijuana rec. She clearly did not know what she was talking about, I mean she had some information right and some wrong, but her presentation was although she knew.. and then the bud tender went on to staple my bag after I asked her not to and she told me I could get an open container if she did not. This is clearly false information. The law refers to the seals on the individual packages it doesn't matter about the paper bag. Ill be taking my business back to Santa Cruz although they had good prices here.

This store has a solid selection of products. From bud, to wax, to disposables, edibles, topicals, and basically anything you can think of. They also have daily deals and the staff is beyond courteous. Could not recommend more.

The only reason I'm giving 3  stars because the online ordering and then waiting another 20 minutes in line is kinda ridiculous!! The white haired security guard is playing favorites, pulling a women out of line and told her she's next since she's 50 years old.  That didn't seem right, she's not a senior citizen!

I showed up at 9:42 and was turned away due to a "full lobby" even tho they close at 9:45. They then proceeded to let in someone to exchange something and another person with an online order but still wouldn't let me in to purchase something. I was a regular but after this they lost my business

Very helpful and resourceful! The people were very friendly and aware of what they were talking about. Honestly the only place I know that is always stocked with CBD oils for dogs m. Works great for my two active huskies

Best dispensary in Hollister! Pricey sometimes but always in for some good deals. Pretty helpful people who work here aswell!

Awesome place. One of the best in the legal market. Short distance from where I live. They include prices in the menu which is extremely helpful. No hidden fees. Product is A plus and so is the service. My favorite go to spot .

This dispensary staff is great very knowledgeable and friendly. Great daily deals. Sunday's are the best in my opinion. There isn't many dispensary in the area so this is a great spot. Personally I would give this place 5 stars without a problem but for me it loses 3 stars because of this issue alone. I've been going to this dispensary for over a year now, and when it comes to "Online ordering" all the other dispensary's I've gone to, it's a quick way to skip the line pick up your order at a separate line and leave. This place, you still wait in a line while security continuously bring in "walk ins" before online orders. Just to give some rough estimate of my experience. 5 "online order" customers are waiting in line, and during the 15-30 mins of waiting, the allow about 8-10 other walk ins go in. So due to my experiences here, just walk in. You do however take a risk of the line because there are moments where the line is wrapping around the building, but online orders you'll most likely wait the same amount of time. Overall I would really like to give this place a 5 star review, but customers time is everything. And the thought of an online order to skip the line, but having to still wait while customers who walk in and stay in line for less than 3 minutes get to go in before you that has been waiting in line for 10-20 minutes is just unpleasing.Overall: 3/5Staff: 5/5Products and deals: 5/5 COVID precautions: 5/5Line service: 2/5

This was my first time here and it was great.... Everybody from the front to the back were very welcoming I just let the buddtender know what I was looking for and even learned about CBN..

Clean, a lot of good quality products. The reefer drink is amazing they sell it there. They have a different deal going on everyday that allows u to save money and/or get more bang for ur buck.

One of the best by far. Higher Level is one of my favorite shops. They always have good deals. I enjoy shopping at this dispensary because the customer service is excellent and knowledgeable. They are always in stock with the items I need. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for good deals. Customer satisfaction guaranteed. Always a return customer.
