I am rating Hawaiian Ethos for my $5 purchase discount as advertised. The shop feels Hawaiian cause it’s a mobile shop on a Hilo Main Street. It’s not crowded and it can feel privileged if you forget that a business has to make money. The staff is specific amazing in every way possible with mind blowing dealers. The product is good compared to Washington state legal marijuana product.

DISAPPOINTED, on many levels. I got four varieties as a FIRST TIME CUSTOMER AND WILL NOT BE RETURNING IVE HAD BETTER HERBS FOR 100/OZ. NO FLAVOR, BAG APPEAL, SMELL, ALL THE BUDS LOOKED OLD AND EVEN THE NON POPCORN WAS STILL POPCORN, NO DISPLAY CASE FOR A REASON OBVIOUSLY. LEFT FEELING ROBBED. Hey but thanks for laminating my card, the boys at B.I.G. will appreciate that. Ethos= SHWAG B.I.G.= CHRONIC

The staff was knowledgeable and nice location with a big parking lot easy to get to and find. The problem I have is I bought mad chem and it was mainly leaves and when I called to let them know I was not happy about it after spending $105and the best thing they could do for me is to extend the new patient deal, I'm sorry that should be replaced not for me to have to pay another $105 to fix their mess up. I will not refer anyone because they are not there to help but to get rich and scam more money out of us. Plus they do NOT have a large veriety of flower or anything for that matter. Only have 2 oils and 5 flower buds, sorry but for growing their own I would expect better selection and quality for the consumers...... The only way I would come back to your place of so-called business is if you replaced that eighth and I wouldn't have to pay for it that would be the honorable thing to do if you want to keep customers/patients then you need to honor their respect and everything else you didn't give me that special that you mentioned what you said was I could get the new patient deal you would extend it Guess what That's another 105 bucks that I still feel like y'all are trying to get me to pay even if it is only for 1/8 I should not have to pay for something that came out of your place of business and replace it with my money That's not honorable That's horrible business in my mind That's the only way I would get a chance.

Love this location! Tucked away on the side of the road in a small neatly equipped cottage one finds the Hilo staff attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. Their products are superior, in my opinion, than other dispensaries because of the process they use and the growing conditions they employ. The most important to me though is that I do not feel like I am walking into a sterile clinic as much as a comfortable and nurturing nest of care.

Staff is great, product and prices also great! It always makes my day better just walking in for real. Before I even make my purchase I’m happy just being there! Pull up with no hesitation!
