Premium buds, cool vibe, clean shop. They're well staffed, so you don't have to wait in a big line or feel rushed through your purchase.

My husband went here for the first time tonight. I love the look that their shop had, but there is no way he will be going back. After the sales dude showed him some that looked good, my husband paid, dude handed him the container. After glancing at the label, my husband said that is NOT what he was looking for. Guy behind the counter just looked at him and said "all sales are final" with a smug grin on his face. This kind if customer service leaves a LOT to be desired. What an unfortunate waste of time and money.

I had such a great time coming into this building, very beautiful set up with people and the environment to make you feel very chilled out and welcome. I felt very taken care of and ended up buying more than intended for WAY less than I expected! I will definitely be coming back, the other dispensaries in Hillsboro don't stand a chance

Great dispensary very clean and organized. Cannot go wrong with their amazing mural of the yellow submarine. The only problem I had here was most of their cartridges were only 1/2 gram, didn't really have a huge selection of oil which I understand it's not for everyone but still should have some top, middle, and low. Other than that the bud tender I bought from was very polite. You should tell your employees not to spread information about the virus to customers. Scare buying is never a good tactic.

Beautiful location. Love how friendly and knowledgeable the staff are! Top quality product with so many different options for price points. It's also easy to find parking.

Folks there are super nice and very helpful. Wish prices where easier to figure out. Bring your glasses!

Everytime I've been to electric lettuce the service was great. All the budtenders are friendly and willing to help, and the store offers a great variety of products.

I wish I could give this a negative rating. Super racially biased customer service, was open and provided positive feedback to the white couple in front of me, immediately had an attitude and didn't even seem to appreciate my business. Never going back, don't recommend if you want an equal, unprejudiced shopping experience.

Seems the employees have no knowledge of there own product.  Went in today looking for a smokeable topical extract was very clear in what i wanted even stated i dont like or do edibles  the person helping me pretented to understand and even showed me the oil  ironivqlly thanks to covid everything is at a distance and short time didnt allow me to read everything on label but figured i explained what i wanted pretty clearly so trusted that what i asked for and was shown was what i was getting. How wrong i was even after everything i wanrTed and didnt want was easily explained she still sold me an edible product telling me it was smokable topper it is not and because i left building all of five minutes im stuck wasting 30 dollars and then they had the nerve to admit there mistake and tell me to bad but we can give a discount on what u wanted the first time. Avoid this place the employees have no clue or worse do and are happily stealing from people

I can't review the quality their bud so I won't. I went in there with a retired military ID card for ID. I'm twice the age of the smart ass that was checking ID's. Clown won't let me through because I didn't have my DL on me. Starts giving me a load of shit because I'm breaking the law driving w/o a physical license and won't accept my ID. Retired military ID cards have pictures and birthdates.I'm sure the weed is good and the place is inviting but at my age I'm not gonna play games with some kid and argue semantics. I'll take my business elsewhere. This is NOT the 1st time I've heard of issues with this company. Apparently they like to bait and switch the product with a cheaper product and conclude all sales are final.I'll take my chances and explore other spots. Sorry for triggering the kid at the door with a military ID.

Love the aesthetic of the shop, some of the staff however ruins the experience for me. I was working with a lovely young lady with purple hair who was quite soft spoken but very nice and knowledgeable, and another woman who seemed very stressed out kept yelling from across the room to add to our conversation. Very unprofessional and rather rude. I would have liked to hear what the young lady I was working with had to say about the products I was buying. That woman could learn something from this young lady! Customer service is important!

This is a legal cannabis store.  I went in on their sale and purchased 5 1.08 ounce bottles of the 1 to 1 CBD/THC tincture.  I requested the non-alcohol, flavored tincture.  The clerk/cashier was by himself at the time during a sale so there were a lot of people in the store.  The clerk put the bottles on the table in front of me and then into a sealed bag.  I assumed that he had placed my order correctly.  I brought the bag home and put the 5 bottles into my medicine cabinet.  When I went to open one of the bottles last night. I found to my chagrin that only one of the bottles contained the flavored non-alcohol bottles and the other four bottles were not flavored and cut with alcohol.I don't drink alcohol.So I called up the manager this morning and he told me that he could not take the bottles back and there was nothing he could do for me except give me a 10% discount on future purchases because state law prevented him for accepting any returned product.I thin explained that it was not my oversight that caused the problem but the anxious clerk who was trying to wait on a room full of people with no backup help.  He told me that he would not accept advice from me about how to run his business.  I then told him that I would be going to the Oregon Attorney General, the OLCC, and social media because this was unacceptable.

I came in to purchase some gummies for my birthday and since I lost my ID last week, presented the DMV email substantiating my age and ability to present as my temporary ID. I also had a photo of my ID but instead of acting with empathy and compassion, a short haired older lady flippantly and rudely just said loudly  "NO, THAT WILL NOT WORK" and walked away. I nicely tried to explain that I had the DMV paperwork on my phone as well as a photo of the ID but she without hesitation treated me like trash and condescendingly and aggressively said she couldn't help me and that there was nothing she could do. Under normal circumstances if someone explained it nicely, I wouldn't have cared and would have went on my way, but since I was wearing a flannel and camo hat, I feel she was treating me with such distain because of the way I was dressed. Funny enough I couldn't be further from what she perceived to be my belief system. Anyhow, please pass that along to her to treat people fairly no matter the class or demographic they appear to be. Absolutely terrible customer service and an abhorrent experience to say the least. Have been going here forever and have spent thousands at electric Lettuce's throughout Portland and now will tell others not to go to these places and take all my massive network of business elsewhere. In such a divisive time, you would think an elderly lady would know better and treat people with respect and not prejudge someone based on their appearance. But I guess the saying, hurt people hurt people, is likely applicable in this scenario.

Update:Today I stepped in to do a little re-stocking.  As always (I've been here a hundred times) they greeted me, I showed my ID and then they told me "...and we have to see the ID's of everyone in your car...."Ummm... say what?I have spent MANY thousands of dollars here and at numerous other EL and non-EL dispensaries in the area.  NOT ONCE have I EVER been told that I was not allowed to purchase anything, because my 50-year-old wife was waiting out in the car for me and "we just can't ever really be sure you're not buying it for them so we ALWAYS have to check everyone's ID."Except they never have.  Ever.  It's also not required by law, so this clearly some new thing EL has started.But if this is the new way customer service works here, kiss off.  We went a block up the street, where another quality vendor was happy to serve me, and didn't inquire as to how many other people were in my car and ask to see their ID's as well.I will never be back to an EL.

I always accidentally call them "Electric Wizard." Great staff, selection, COVID-safety stuff. 10/10!

Love them, the best & knowledgeable staff. Very comfortable & inviting atmosphere, prices are a bit higher but it's ABSOLUTELY WORTH it.

Love this place! Really attractive space, lots of choices, reasonably priced and great budtenders, knowledgeable and super helpful. My favorite pot shop.

I have never been to a dispensary where they are so extremely rude to the customers!! I love the flower at EL but due to several awful experiences at this store and their extremely rude employees & rude manager I will now take my business elsewhere! I suggest everyone else does the same! You can get flowers just as good somewhere where they will treat you with respect and provide good service without an attitude! PERIOD!! I will not tolerate the blatant disrespect anymore!!
