GO ELSEWHERE.....Been very faithful to Rise facilities after one dispensary helped me dial in my pain meds.....MATH is unable to be completed in this place.... They told me all RSO's are state allowed max (Still waiting on IL to issue me a med card after just moving here and having an issue with my signing physician....) so I could not purchase what I needed. The RSO I purchased CLEARLY shows the THC content is under 400 MG and the limit is 500 MG. Lazy or incompetence..... only answer to this one....

Do not waste your money going to this dispensary. I have went multiple times and have been taxed a higher amount than is reasonable as I shop at dispensaries a lot and thoroughly know how much the tax should be. The items they sell are priced very high. If you like convenience but not your couple extra dollars then this is your place. If you care about saving money and want very grate service there is another dispensary located just a couple miles away called CuraLeaf the customer service is way better and is over all a more friendly space as for this place feels like your kinda under a ton of pressure for no reason. Also to add they have very few choices to pick from in comparison to most dispensaries. Don't waste your time going here take the extra 2-3 miles and go to a shop that actually feels better. This place is only open for the convenience of the town. I will never step foot inside this store ever again. As depicted in the photos they tax for the same products.

Super nice people, great selection. A bit out of the way for a non-local, but definitely worth seeking out.

I've been going to Elevele since they have opened.  Very knowledgeable people. They can explain how cannabis can or can not help you. Their knowledge of cannibis is excellent. Pain relief and help in sleeping have been very helpful. They stock what you want if available.  Brian, Elizabeth and Vicky are like my personal pharmacists. Very happy

My shopping at Elevele has always been pleasant, and I'd give it a legit 5 stars if the prices for weed were a little less. The staff is always knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly; there are always sales; and, their product is always as expected. I highly recommend Elevele.

Elevele is a first class dispensary that offers a wide range of the highest quality medicinal products at fair prices. The staff are passionate about what they do, are extremely knowledgeable, and provide a high level of patient care and compassion which exceeded expectations in regards to great service and individually tailored advice. The facility is well managed, clean, modern, discrete, and secure with plenty of parking. I highly recommend Elevele in Highland Park to others. Their products, weekly specials, and professional courteous approach make for an overall very pleasant shopping experience!

Elevele has been my go to place for medicinal cannabis for the last two years. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and generous with their time (and giveaways). They take the time to get to know their customers so they can recommend the best treatment plan. There is always a wide variety of products, all of which are top quality. The products recommended to me over these past two years have been instrumental in my recovery, relieving me from taking any more opiods. Thanks to Elevele, I've gotten my life back.

The staff at Elevele is very knowledgeable and help match the product to your needs. Paul, Elisabeth, Vicki and Brian are great, and have all answered questions for me. I was looking for pain relief and was hesitant to try the CBD oil. They walked me thru the dosage, and the method, which made all the difference to me. Also they explained the difference between "over the counter" CBD vs dispensary CBD oil. Their willing to get you the right product is very helpful, instead of just choosing from the menu book, or the internet. Smart People are the best resource. I recommend this dispensary.

Elevele has a great selection, offers excellent weekly specials, and their staff has a fantastic handle on medical applications. The environment is clean and friendly...highly recommended.

The entire staff is very helpful throughout the process. Everyone works together as a team to ensure you receive the right product for your needs. Annie and Elizabeth have worked with me the most and you will do great with either for whatever you are looking for. I have never felt rushed and all my questions were answered. In most cases they will all give input. Brian behind the counter is also helpful in his recommendations.

This is my last time coming here. I am switching dispensaries as soon as I get home. The woman with the curly hair is unfriendly and acts like she is doing me a favor by waiting on me. She seems annoyed when I ask a question and responds with 1 word answers.  When they first opened I had to go there (only place around) and she waited on me then as well and I remember how unhelpful she was. She hasn't improved!I moved a few years ago and experienced a great dispensary in the city, where every staff person was helpful and answered all my questions without being annoyed. I recently moved back so came back to Elevele but today is the last time.  Unless you have experienced other dispensaries you will not know how bad this is.And they are always out of product!

The staff is very friendly however they don't have a lot of different brands. I'd like to see more variety for various brands especially with live resin. Also updating product because I have received several old products which really shouldn't be being sold anymore.

So far every experience I've had here has been good. I very much so enjoy the knowledgable staff and the guidance they've been able to give me. They answer my questions pretty well so that's cool. Pricing seems a little high, not sure if it's just the north shore lifestyle. I will say I always know what to expect when I walk through the door and so far I haven't been disappointed.

I had previously responded to the owner revising this saying that I would give them another chance and that the product availability had finally increased a little bit around their two year anniversary. It took only about two weeks before they were back worse than they were before when it came to Product availability, pricing, and more LIES. EVERY time I drive 60+ miles round trip for a deal like on "4/20" I find out you guys run out of the sale item before 1pm every time. NEVER FAILS (and I think you ran the sale for two days, I CAME IN THE FIRST. I have the email screenshots as well as the paper with the deals when I came in. The ones that were deals appeared to be completely and conveniently for the shop "out of stock", and everything that was "on sale" I will be posting 4/20 pricing sheet from shop vs their normal pricing shorty. They lower the price on a mediocre edible by 3 bucks and want to act like they are giving away the popes shoes. Respect to the staff for keeping me around this long. As the Canadians say. PEACE ooooot.

Good selection and knowledgeable staff however, their cannabis prices are higher than other area dispensaries.

Recently, I considered switching dispensaries since I had moved. So, I went to dispensaries in Deerfield and Buffalo Grove.  I liked Elevele  better than both of those dispensaries.  I like the fact that Elevele provides a menu, online and in the store, that includes the prices and THC.  That helps in determining what products are available and which I want to purchase. This is good because you can check online and decide what to purchase and bring the correct amount of cash.  Also, the staff are very nice and helpful.

I love the specials at Elevele. Sometimes cannabis companies come in and give free t shirts. Elevele dispensary hosts appreciation dinners and has a great 5% back on purchases, including specials already there. Free water in the lobby and there's always 3-4 bud tenders available to get convienant service.

It was suggested that I try for post surgery pain by my doctor.  So I did.  Everyone was great about helping me get my card (we had a hiccup) and how to do things.  I have been a few times and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.  I am still trying to see what works or doesn't work. I have read other reviews....I have nothing to compare it to.  But I am happy !

This is long overdue! I absolutely adore the staff here, every single last person here is a gem. From the second I walk in the door I'm greeted with friendly faces. The waiting room is always comfy and clean stocked with cold water, lots of helpful info and coloring books! But I grab my water right when I walk in because I never really have to wait. I like to look online and research the different items online, so I generally have some idea of what I want when I go in BUT I always ask their advice and opinions. The people who work here make the whole experience super pleasant and easy-going. I talk their ears off I'm sure, but they are always so nice to me! I'm not gonna lie, it pretty pricey compared to other places I considered using but they won me over. Totally worth it!

Elevele is a great dispensary.  They seem to manage the line well, if there is one, and I appreciate they've stayed as a medical facility but also have a fast-track system for pre-orders.  I'm very pleased I switched to Elevele as my main dispensary.

I was very intimidated, they were really patient. I guess since I'm older, I always think I'm going to get busted! Great selection, easy. They weren't super helpful. Denver has that down! But very pleasant and any question I had they answered. But my mind was so blown by the choices and the different methods. I have an extremely high tolerance so they steered me in the right direction. I was never given recommendations, but that might not be what they do. It is a great place.

Everyone that works there has a lot of knowledge about their productsI always find what I need the order press always goes smoothly!

They out here wasting people's time. Go somewhere else they obviously don't know how to run a business.

You can order online and pick up. They are super friendly and knowledgeable there. Medicinal only, super clean and safe. Only allowing in one at a time with masks. This is during Covid. They have a frequent buyers club which will give you discounts eventually depending on how much you purchase. Right off the highway at Route 41

When it comes to trying to get the right products for a medical patient, it is so difficult, if not impossible, to get the medical needs that I require. I got a batch of Bedford Grow last month in April, of this year, and have still been waiting to get a refund for the product being overly dry and something that should've gone into quarantine or not even given out in the first place. I need to find a dispensary that is more willing to work with medical patients to get the necessary products for medical conditions and relief. Not to mention if you do want to try and get a replacement product, yeah, I don't even guarantee it because it can take up to you, if not more than five days, and there's no natural way of getting an email address to reach their help center. And when you try to talk to somebody, they will run you around every corner, so it's been excruciating.

I recently was diagnosed with  rare cancer and after a few months decided to look into medical Cannabis. Came in one evening and it was a great first experience. Clean and bright space. They took the time to find out what my needs are and what I was looking for before we even began discuss anything else. Each time I've been in, the person helping takes time and makes sure all my questions are answered. Being new to this I'm trying different things and they are helpful based on what I tell them (what type of reaction).I have a long road ahead and I'm confident the team at Elevele will help me get thru it. I highly recommend!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Decent prices and regular specials. I have yet to be disappointed at any of the Zen Leaf locations I've been to.

Place is clean and smells great. Easy to work with staff as ATM available close so once you figure out what you want and get a price, it is easy to get the cash without feeling pressure from staff.

Great place to go. My first visit was easy going. The workers was kind and knew answers to every question without getting frustrated. They helped me chose the best product. Tysvm. I will return
