Great servers and equally great product.

Great selection. Friendly and knowledgeable employees.

Manager was terrible, Bud tenders were almost as bad. Update November 16th. After the generic response of I'm sorry I will not return to your shop even though you are the dispensary in my area, the closest to me by far. The fact of the matter is anywhere else I when I wouldn't have been treated like a training tool. i would have been helped as a new patient and could have been a solid customer to bloom. You not only messed up my basic application and, gave me wrong information but in that application, it had multiple failures that caused multiple delays for months i resolve with the state. A few issues were as follows; my picture was wrong, my application was wrong, you have incorrect information etc. Your company should not be allowed to help patients even get a card. If you want to be a dispensary you should only be a dispensary beyond that that you offer a zero assistance to anyone seeking help in any fashion. Even then the customer service and management i experienced was terrible. From what saw in your shop your prices aren't evencompetitive. If you want good service and good prices go visit 710, elevated or, helena buds. They offer wonderful service with great employees that are trained and are extremely competitive in costs. I wish it was different but as it stands it was terrible and I would recommend going through that to anyone. Nothing you have said in your response has changed my mind it was as generic as your employees.

Not only is there a great selection, but the bud tenders are knowledgeable about the different strains. The flowers are all top notch and grown with care. The butter, coconut, and olive oil make the BEST edibles. This is one shop that makes the need to medicate an enjoyable experience. Also, a shout out to Shawna, quite possibly the best bud tender I've ever had the pleasure of being served by. She knows her strains, and is always a great conversation and a warm friendly smile. She is very patient and kind.

Reached out to management about a blaring problem with the Billings stores not putting out as much flower as Hardin..which is not only absolutely ridiculous..but management also failed to contact me back ...and the problem continues..very average flower here and the quality flower is never in..I have found a dispensary that doesn’t have this problem and has top notch 25% total thc and up on every strain all the time...peace
