Very respectful and professional experience would and do recommend this place to Everyone with a medical card !!!

I am a new patient as of December. I came in and met the most informative and delightful staff! I enjoyed j j. And his personal touch with my needs. I am thankful for such a wonderful place to come to.

Disappointed overall. The person taking my info was not very friendly, nor very helpful. It seemed they had a great selection. But you can only purchase certain strains in certain quantities, which REALLY limits your choices, and potentially leaves you buying a larger quantity just to try something new. Also if you're looking for at type of specials, they don't have any. Not impressed.

Everything about this dispensary deserves 5 stars. The products are high grade, they have new deals every week, the store is stylish and clean, security is on top of everything and so helpful, but the staff is what keeps me coming back. They are so kind, informative, laid back but professional. I have been to many dispensaries across Arkansas but not one compares to Enlightened in Heber Springs.

So thankful Enlightened is in my town. I have been using the dispensary for over a year and I have NEVER had a problem with products or any of the super customer oriented staff. I have been pleasantly surprised by special markdowns in the store that are not published online lately. Just remember that if they have the product you want when you call or go online, it maybe sold out by the time you get there so staff can’t make you any guarantees you will get it. Masks are required for other’s safety!
