I love the staff at the Hamtramck location and the convenience of being close to home, but Maddy has such horrible customer service, another location is worth the drive. I asked a question, she answered. I was talking to another employee and she darted out the door to snap at me as if I don't have an option to ask someone else. When I returned, she didn't ring me either. She went in the back until someone else helped me and another customer came..same thing she could've done when I was having the conversation with her colleague. I don't believe someone with such attitude represents Quality Roots' values. I'm a VERY regular customer.

Best dispensary no question.. Employees super cool folks. I been satisfied every time i visit, which is practically everyday. Definitely go check our QR, you won't want to go anywhere else

Wow! The greatest customer service in the whole Metro Detroit area. The staff is very knowledgeable about all there products, its wonderful because they assist you with making the perfect selection for the individual and not the masses. The store is very bright, clean, stocked and present it very well. Everyone is so professional I haven't seen this level of professionalism since the 80's. Their products are top quality and the information they give on each item is actually as described in that item. They did right to put quality as the first word in their name. Pricing is great too.

I have been going to quality roots for about a month now and have been satisfied and will never go else where again. Shout out to cam for the great customer service as well? he showed me great care and also very helpful with my selections. Great job quality roots‼️

This place is a really good spot. I had some issues in the past with some products and Maddy went above and beyond to make it right for me. They care a lot about their customers and i was treated so well here. Will definitely be back! Thanks again!!

This place was on point. Extremely well organized set up. ALL staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Recommendations based on their knowledge and experience was the key. Much better selection than some other places I have tried in the Metro Detroit area. Shopping in store was made easier by viewing products in the extensive showcase displays.
