It’s not a terrible place nor is it the greatest spot in MD. Definitely other stores with better options and rewards. And their pre ordering system is hit or miss. You can order hours ahead and not get a confirmation until we’ll after store opens. Or you can place an order 10 minutes after open and get it confirmed right away. The Frederick dispensaries are better unfortunately they’re 30+ minutes away from Haggy. So MHWS only gets my business do to me being lazy and not wanting to drive an hour+ back n forth. I definitely don’t hate this place but I definitely wish they put some more effort into custom service for the walk-ins (not everyone has a car and people in cars don’t like sharing with people on foot) and wish they priced their bud and quality of bud better

This place is abysmally slow even with 4 windows open. Overpriced & under quality flower. They will send you away until you get a second email confirmation when you could just drive to Gleaf in Frederick & just walk in & order whatever you want??‍♂️ Only good thing is the point system & the staff are friendly. I only go here as a last resort!

These people here are absolutely amazing! They go above and beyond for their customers! Always great service, deals and friendly experience. Very personable and hospitable to patients.

Best point system around! William is always taking care of me and a pleasure to see on a daily basis. Always a great attitude! Thank you MHWC for bringing real medicine to Washington County

Staff are super friendly, points system is great and it is close to my house but they do not have many options compared to others in an hours radius. Not to mention you have to have a confirmation your order is ready yet it still takes you way too long to get through the line even with 4 lanes open. I feel like they should be more on it. I only come here if I do not have the time to drive to another one. Even though it equals itself out with the wait time.
