Urbn Leaf always has real quality flower! Customer service is great they're all very knowledgeable of all products!!! It keeps me coming back always!!

Grover Beach...They were so friendly and so helpful and knowledgable on my first visit, I thought "this is my store." They're not as happy and helpful these days...very little enthusiasm. Uninspired to help. The last two visits, I've had to remind them about the advertised discounts. I hope it's not store policy for them to forget. I may give it another try, based upon my first impression. We'll see.

Great bud tenders and prices ! I love the cleanliness and style of this place . They have daily deals and for every dollar you spend you get money to spend there on your account.

Good selection online. Registration process was easy. Driver was friendly. Will use again.

Urban leaf in AG is a complete joke. Sure all there 1st time customers are happy but return more than 3 times you'll catch on its a bait and switch shop. Worst dispensery in California don't waste your time or your money.

This place is my go-to spot on the central coast. Clean, modern, comfortable, and the staff are always nice and very helpful. They play chill music that fits just right.  Edibles, flower, pre-rolls... they've got it all. Always ask about their daily specials!

I have been coming here since they opened and I recently had lost my wallet and I came w a picture of my ID and the gentlemen understood that it takes a long time to receive a new ID so he checked me in w the picture of the ID and now I returned today and there was a lady named Brooke who was pretty unfriendly and seemed under the influence with her bloodshot eyes either way I explained to her what happened and she told me she couldn't let me in even tho I explained to her that I had came before when I lost my wallet and they simply let me in by confirming I was a patient by typing my name or whatever  in ://// pretty bummed I wasn't let in. Thanks you.

I'm a senior from all perspectives, and I've preferred this store over the others because of consistentcy of product over time and the pleasant staff. Because of Covid, I've avoided visiting the store until today and I was looking forward to my first visit back and I was sorely disappointed. Not only did the price of my favorite purchase nearly double, but the the snotty little blonde so full of herself and who would barely speak to or even look at me other than to tell me the price and offer an insolent stare! I'm not amused by nor tolerant of shoddy customer service and I have no patience for that kind of behavior and my only alternative is to no longer frequent this establishment, and I can do that! If I complained to her superiors I believe it would be dismissed and ignored, so I didn't bother. I'm only one, and they're focused on many, but there are many seniors who support this and other dispensaries.

My favorite dispensary on the Central Coast. Friendly and helpful budtenders and decently priced.

After being a loyal customer of Natural Healing since they opened, I decided to check out Urbn Leaf. It was ok.Good: Employees are nice and they have a loyalty program, unlike Natural Healing. Also it's easier to drive to.Not so good: Being wanded by the stoic sercurity guard was a first. Been to dozens of dispensaries up and down California, Oregon and Nevada. Also, their selection of pre rolls is dismal and expensive. 30 bucks for a flower only pre roll is crazy. I still bought one (along with other stuff) and it was average at best. Their selection is a fraction of other dispensaries in our area and the two dozen plus 5 star reviews from recent newly created accounts doesn't instill a lot of confidence. It's nice to have more choices but I'm sticking with Natural Healing.

Another great visit. Highly recommend this location.  Been to this one and the one in SD with great results.

It's really clean in the place, and they usually have what you like. They have deals a lot of the time!

Great service. The checkin process was very informative and quick. My first time and I was given great deals for everything I purchased. There daily specials are actually great deals.

Excellent!I was ready to promote this place to every customer that needed to know where to go for the best deals on the best products with tons of incentives and discounts. But, after I sent in a couple to purchase items from them with my full name and birthdate as requested on the referral card. This was supposed to earn $10 in credits for me to use on future purchases. Now, it's not just about the $, but the fact that I went out of my way to fill out the cards and build up urbn leaf like a great place, which created at least 2 new customers for them. But when I went in apparently the couple had just been there not long before because a bartender immediately recognized me and said "Hey! Nicole from the Surf Shop right? I just got a referral in here from you!" And I said "Yay, I get $10, right?!" To which he smiled and replied "ya!!" But, another employee took over and helped me select my products, and apparently was not listening when the employee told me I had earned the credit, even though I was the only customer in the shop at the time. But I asked if the could apply my $10 and was rejected. I was told it wasn't in the notes, and I turned around to the employee that recognized me originally and he verified verbally that I had in fact referred customers to them. The manager came out and told me I had to track down the customers who I had referred to them and have them go back with another referral card, these are people I don't know. I had referred them while they were customers of my shop. I was told basically it was my fault that they didn't do their jobs, and denied my referral credit. I can't believe they would lose a customer over a $10 credit. ** OK, Complete 180 on this review! I received a very heartfelt apology and was told thank you for bringing this to their attention!! Wow! This is the first time I've actually received a phone call to address the issue and apologize!! And after that, I  received an apology in person!! I was told that there was a staff meeting to go over what happened and where things went wrong. What an excellent way to turn things around, and get me back as a customer! The woman who apologized to me is the sweetest person, and she has the most genuinely kind Spirit! What a class act!!! I definitely WILL be returning after this. Thank you so much for fixing this Sunni!!! I will be seeing you all very soon!! Thank you!!!!!! p.s. I wanted to remove the original post entirely, but I feel this better shows what a great place Urbn Leaf is-they truly do care about each and every customer!!

I love this store. It's clean and has a good vibe. Bud tenders are also friendly. This is my favorite store just because of the way I feel when I enter it.  I just love the whole buying experience.

Awesome place! Friendly and somewhat knowledgeable staff, good deals and selections for the area. Love the calming diffuser and lounge area when you walk in. You instantly feel the chill relaxed vibe. They have Kuerig coffee available in the lounge. New members get 1/8 for $1 if you spend over $50. Apparently not if you are buying ounces though. I came in for an ounce of flower and they said they couldn't give me the free eighth because state law says I can only leave the store with up to an ounce. They said they would make a note and I could get it next time on my next purchase. Right now, if you make a yelp review they give you a free pre-roll worth $7. They have a loyalty program which I thought was cool. Boyfriend came in for some specific refillable concentrate for his 1g cartridges (he doesn't like the cartridge waste so he refills the cartridges instead) but the employee didn't know what he was talking about and gave him the wrong kind and could not open the package so he could see if it was the kind he used. We do not live in the area and I don't think they accept returns on opened packages so he wasted his money besides the free eighth (he'll find a way to smoke it lol) Nice clean exterior, upfront parking lot. Neutral colors and light wood accents create a more relaxed environment. Will be coming back for my eighth! Pro tip: If you're new and with a friend say you referred each other and they will add $10 to your accounts!

Pretty KOOKED experience.  Didn't have a guest pass for me some nice I left my ID at home.  I'm 50, so that was kinda lame.  Security included a weapons scan to the point I felt like I was at a TSA checkpoint.  Thus is Grover Beach not LAX.

This was my favorite dispensary till I met Brooke G.  She was rude and had zero personality..   I've brought so many people here to shop but that ends today.  No wonder this place is rated so low with people like her working here.

Okay, so I was a first time patient here and I'm sorry but I have to be honest and write an honest review. It is what it is. I didn't like this place when I walked in I got sussed up by security and then he had the audacity to do a bag check! I was like are you serious? So then he comes back at me with "why? What's in there that shouldn't be?" Um, you are a rental cop sir, have a seat. Such an invasion of privacy and he really started pulling things out of my purse! I passed the bag check then I walked in uncomfortably, anyway the first time patient deal is only if you spend over $50 which I wasn't gonna do. Besides wasting my time and getting hassled by renal cops half of the staff wasn't even wearing their masks correctly; taking them off to talk to customers. No bueno. Got home and realized they charged me .50 for the bag... petty.

I will not be bringing my business back to urban leaf due to an unwelcoming & unhelpful service. I was disappointed in that they explained my ID was expired, so I happily renewed it and then returned to the store. When I came back the manager explained how I still wasn't able to go in after I did the correct/necessary steps. This is disheartening in that I respectfully and kindly followed the rules and still got an unkind response from the manager. I completely understand rules and regulations, but I know for a fact that the employees have let in people with invalid ID's which is against the law and could get them closed. This is why I am posting my frustration.

Long wait and TERRIBLE prices. Bud tenders were super cool. I was having a tough time with the prices. Ember valley is not a 65 dollar eighth it's high mid grade should be valued at 50. Lift ticket pre rolls 30 dollars come on. I live in orcutt and drive south or north but south wins. Elevate in Lompoc is my store I paid 100 dollars for the two items in Lompoc same items 55-60 dollars. On another note this place is like a compound but the actual store is too small! I will not be back and I don't recommend. Too much urban leaf product and not enough of anything else. Hard to see what products you have available.

DELIVERY SERVICE ISSUES:Your App... Needs to properly reflect the exact amount of money due @ the time of delivery. Which means that your application, needs to include All Discounts & all other bullshit!Your Delivery system, also needs to notify me when you are about to deliver my delivery, to make sure that I am 100% ready.Your Delivery Driver came to my house, with the wrong amount of money owed. We argued for a few minutes, before I finally had to tell him to.... "Get the fuck off of my property" & I kicked him to the curb, like a shitty-stinky-diaper...FUCK YOU PUNK!... LEAVE MY HOUSE NOW & TAKE YOUR FAKE BULLSHIT & DON'T EVER RETURN!

Guy in front was awesome, took forever to get help inside and then Got purple punch minis and had seeds....

Grover Beach location pick up for mj.My beef is not with the taxes, it's how the company applies their advertised discounts.I can appreciate the loalty bucks being credited at the back end however it's having to pay a tax on a retail price before any discounts.I feel that this is unethical, it's a manipulation of numbers to overcharge the consumer.I went in to complain and was told that it's the new software.  Oh, it's the softwares fault.I have no inclination to do business at any urban leaf location.This may be a class action suit defrauding the consumer with over changing by means of using taxation.BUYER BEWARE

Service is not as good as before. They refused to take my reusable bag and I always bring my bag. I asked when did this start? she mention right now. Also, they refused to give me my paid items for me to put in my own bag. Now customers are obligated to purchase a bag.

Urbn Leaf is an awesome dispensary, I highly recommend it. Knowledgeable, friendly staff, excellent quality product, lots of variety and price ranges and great discounts all the time. Meredith and Renata are so nice. Actually all of the staff are super nice. Go to Urbn Leaf you won’t be disappointed.

Best dispensary I’ve been to by far!! I go here quite often and every time I go, the experience is amazing. All the workers are so pleasant as well! They are all nice, welcoming, and most importantly helpful. They also have daily deals, one for everyday of the week! I love this place and I’d recommend it to anyone.

Best place to buy cannabis products. Great staff who are extremely friendly and helpful. The place is also in a nice location and is easily accessible. They have greats products, good prices, and great deals.

Out of the three dispensaries in the area, this is by far my favorite. Lots to choose from but very organized as to not be overwhelming. But none of that matters, because the tenders are knowledgeable too. Martina helped me a lot when I was there, guiding & recommending a lot of stuff that I actually enjoyed. Super sweet staff. Super relaxed shop. Definitely a must go.

You can't get much better. Even though my favorite topical was out, the selection was still fantastic. Bud Tenders have all been extremely nice and knowledgeable on every product I asked about! Oh, and the prices beat out most local businesses! Would definitely check it out on a Sunday to get the biggest bang for your buck! (Mix and Match Deals Day)
