Great store with great products and staff! Not from Mass so we were just stoping through and the store really met expectations. Can't wait to come back to greenfield!

Great helpful staff, quiet and calm environment and great products. Their shatter is my favorite and I find it perfect for getting the exact dosing I need to properly medicate !

Good deals on the kief and the flower is top notch burns smooth and clean white ash. Also really nice terp levels with a great selection! And always with the discounts

I think three stars is more than fair, on my first experience I realize that they only have 2 to 3 parking spaces available at all times. Inside of a municipal parking lot, and if you park in the wrong parking space you can get a parking ticket. And that's a little aggravating, on top of it I didn't receive one smile the entire time I was inside patriot care. The service was lackluster, and the environment was sterile. The only reason I will go back to patriot care is because their prices are cheap, and I live in the area. I would not suggest for anyone to go out of their way to visit patriot care

Flower could be better but it's better than other dispensaries in the west side of the state. Nice staff. Nice selection.

Greenfield's Patriot Care is a top notch dispensary offering at least 18 different types of flower. That is much more then other local dispensaries. The staff is very friendly and helpful and their discounts are significant: senior citizen, recycling containers, first time customer, etc. Do a visit, you will be glad that you did!RAM/Med.

Clean and well organized, this dispensery has everything I was looking for. The staff was friendly and helpful. No lines. I was in and out in about 10 minutes.

Love this location! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Most variety of good flower. Always changing selection. Worth the drive to Greenfield. Wish open later though

The Cannabis here is not good. It all smells like Hay and is very harsh. I purchased 3 types and all of them taste stale and moldy. One of the big buds was clipped at the top. They are clipping the tops of buds and then putting the leftover scraps in pre packaged containers. When I complained about it they said there was nothing they could do. Going here was like going into a back ally and getting robbed. I will never return and I highly recommend you don't give Patriot Care in Greenfield any of your money.

Had no problem with the product, the personnel or anything else. Purchased my edibles and left. Thumbs up.

Know what you want before you go in. EVERYONE has to be 6' apart (even if you're together) so there's no consulting to make decisions. Got yelled at by 4 people at once. Not customer friendly.

I don't know why this place got such bad reviews. this place is awesome! They follow all social distancing rules and they are very convenient. You have to have a valid ID and only one person is allowed inside from your group at a time. Which means only buyers must be allowed in. They have a huge menu and they are very legit. The products are great and they have a huge selection of pre rolls, candies, chocolates and even creams! I highly recommend!!

Is the product good? I couldn't tell you...I was in there for roughly 90 seconds browsing the menu(looking for a THC tincture...an item that was not obvious on the menu) before they abruptly asked me if I was buying anything or not, because, "...our menu is online for browsing and we can't have people lingering, due to social distancing..." I was the only person in there and there was nobody waiting to enter, so why would I need to hurry,  and also why didn't they ask me if I needed help with the menu before giving me an ultimatum? I told them I was looking for a THC tincture after all. So while I get that everyone is figuring out this pandemic thing real-time...They still really need to work on their bedside manner. An extra star for the doorman who was very cordial.

This review is well overdue. This incident occurred last July 2019.Patriot Care sold me several pre-rolls billed as 1g pre-rolls.At home, they seemed smaller than a usual pre-roll, and weighing them revealed they were, in fact, .75g pre-rolls.At least three phone calls, and an email later, no one gave a damn. they did not take me seriously (the item stayed on their menu, even though it was wrong), told me I was wrong, said the manager would get in touch.I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. Patriot care stole my money and did not care. Terrible customer service, fraudulent products, tiny shop, and unfriendly staff all equals NO. i have not been back and never will.

The 1 star is bc the product is great , 0 stars for the woman who is at the front desk. I have never dealt with such a nasty, self important, vicious, punitive person anywhere. They are like abschoolmarm crossed with a pitbull. Worst part , its like she works everyday. So you cannot even avoid her. Shes a huge bully. She has bullied me in the store and on the phone. Renee, watch out for the hateful renee.

If I could give 5 stars to the receptionist and the guard outside, I would. Over all customer service very good with the tenders too. Unfortunately, when asked to look at the product I was paying TOP DOLLAR for, I was told it was prepackaged. Okay cool, I get home after a 3 hour drive, and I notice one of my bottles are already opened :) before I even touched the bag. I've gotten better looking cbd honestly. Very dry, cracks in my hands, and a bad color with hardy any smell. I am extremely disappointed in the product quality and sales pitch.

The worst dispensary in western mass despite their size and inventory. The front end managers are arrogant, rude, and quite unethical. Instead of elevating individuals with a kind, professional communication style, Patriot Care has chosen to promote individuals who speak to the customers the way you would expect a nervous rookie cop to yell demands when they are misperceiving a non-existent threat. The store runs on a policy of "the customer is always wrong" regarding any matter that involves management. They provide little information about any products sold and only get excited when it's time to be compliance nazis over absurd store policies that are not based in any state or town law. Heirloom Collective, 253 Farmacy, and Neta are much better options in terms of both quality and customer service.

Staff always helpful and friendly. Good observation of social distancing and other safety features. Prices are comprable but products are superior! Five stars for sure! Need more CBD oil because i ran out yesterday and arthritic pain and stiffness are trying to take over! The medical CBD oil I got there provided such relief! On my way there for more right now! So grateful to have such easy access to a healthy alternative to dangerous pharmaceuticals!! Thank You Patriot Care! ??✌??☮????????? Five thumbs up!
