One Plant is an absolutely phenomenal dispensary. The selection is exceptional, the displays are clear and informative, the physical environment is gorgeous - sleek and simple. But most significantly, the staff are incredible. Knowledgeable but never pushy; thoughtful and able to truly listen to the needs of customers before making suggestions. If I lived out here I'd go nowhere else for cannabis.

They canceled my delivery on my birthday because they got too backed up with orders:( totally get this happening but wish they hadn't accepted my order and so I wouldn't have been left waiting an hour + and unable to order from anywhere else because it was too late.

Stock online is inaccurate: I was able to place mg order, and I wasn't told my item was out of stock until I was about to pay at the cash register. Big waste of time; I'm never returning. I would recommend HERB N JOY in goleta! They never disappoint and the prices are better

Danielle came in clutch helping me out with delivery for the first time. Even gave me a first-order discount! Definitely will be hitting this place up again. No complaints.

I have given these people multiple chances but they screw me time and time me again.  BE AWARE....this store "rounds up" which means if your total is $20.01 guess what you pay?????$21 bucks.  The answer I was given is that their POS system doesn't deal with change,but they never round down, only up.  Today they stole .97 from me.  they serve a hundred people a day, who pockets the 97.00 bucks they steal???? last time fucking me . I wonder if the city knows of the untaxed "round up" money that they pocket.

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The are very knowledgeable and helpful. Their flower selection never disappoints. They have a wide variety of thc and cbc to choose from. And parking is good

I had a great experience at one plant! I came in on my 21st birthday and they were incredibly accommodating and gave excellent recommendations. They've got great deals as well! I will definitely be coming back, and urging all my friends to come!
