If i could give them 0 stars I would. Extremely shady business that can't follow their own policies. Not to mention the store manager will deflect any and all responsibility for mistakes made. Bud tender admitted to a mistake that cost me money and there was still "nothing that we can do for you". Find another Curaleaf franchise to frequent.

Better product, better service for sure and better pricing elsewhere big time! I am totally over this place and the security guard needs to  get over his power trip here...your just a security guard Not dictator!  Customer service is astonishingly horrible. You have at least 3 better dispensaries not far from this.

Grand re opening special is a lie. 120 half ounces and 30 percent off but they don't give you the 30 percent off the special. However this is no disclaimer anyone on the advertisement!!

I have had my medical marijuana card since its onset in NY.  I had been using another dispensary that was wonderful but I didn't like their products so I moved to Cura Leaf.  It was more local, they were giving me decent discounts and the people, while super young, seemed nice.Then Covid hit and everything changed.Their customer service is horrible.  When you call either the line is busy or a machine tells you leave your info and they will call back.. Have you heard from them?? Neither I.So, after attempting to place an online order; their website has no explanations of the various products,  I decided to go to the store.The place was a mob scene and they seem to be a bit out of control.  There was a line to get in, which I was standing on in the 95% heat.  After probably an hr, with no seats, or water, I finally tried to get some service.  I am 69 and just had hip surgery so they finally let me sit in the lobby but still would not help me.When I finally got in; they had an attitude about my not following their rules.. What rules?  When I asked to see a manager a 20 something came to help me. She was a pharmacist; who knew nothing about their systems.  UGH!!After having to raise my voice; they finally got me my order.   I did purchase less because of their incompetence.  All I can say is "short the stock".  Because there are limited places to purchase in NY, I learned for the next time.  But, I am also writing to corporate to let them know as well.

I love this location and what they have to offer. I was a first time buyer and it was a great experience even with COVID restrictions. Thank you!

I came here with my boyfriend on this hot day to give your company money, but we needed to go in together because only one of us had money on us, not to mention we needed a plan but had to go inside to look and ask questions.I understand the policy for corona is that we stay social distanced but doesn't it make a lot more sense for us to both go to one budtender instead of two different ones? We are already together anyways so if one of us was infected, we both would be, and if you let us go in together we would only be potentially exposing one person instead of TWO of your employees. So you didn't get our money, you would have potentially exposed two people, you have a bad review, and angry customers. It's not a big deal to just let us buy some fricken weed together.

I concur with others who've said this dispensary has gone from the best to the worst. Under the former ownership the salespeople were knowledgeable and friendly; now they're friendly and try their best, but seem less knowledgeable and as though they were figuratively thrown behind the counters just to have as many people possible available to ring up sales. And it's far more like a cattle-call for us customers, having lost the atmosphere of people trying to help people.We were both so disappointed that we did a search of other dispensaries near us and found four, all basically equidistant between us and Curaleaf. Each and every one of them was better than this Curaleaf location. They had better and cleaner displays that were laid out to give people space and allow for private consultations. They all carried nice selections - selections of not just their own products - and their consultants/salespeople were knowledgeable and didn't try to rush you out in order to get to the next sale - and these salespeople seemed happier in their jobs; the Curaleaf salespeople always look frantic and as though they're doing some serious job hunting when not working.All in all, it seems to me as though Curaleaf shows contempt and derision for its customers by not hiring or training its employees in all aspects of marijuana and not bothering to make its dispensary look like anything other than an updated drug den. Moreover, they need to think about whether this is just a money-making operation for them or whether there are other considerations involved, such as patient/customer welfare. Curaleaf needs to realize that marijuana has medical purposes and is widely accepted - no longer the forbidden drug of 50-years ago and more - and its customers are actually PATIENTS, not just dollar signs.

I've tried calling multiple times and they say closed even though it's 8:44 they charged me 30 dollars extra

Qualit went down hill recently. You def need to go top tier, a lot of their mid and baseline strains are not even usable. Been going here for 3 years my go to shop. I'm start shopping around

Best to absolute worst is correct!Aside from all the other issues brought up, which are right on, check the weight on your flower, most of the time it's short. Not a lot 3.48, 3.44, 3.42, and every now and then it's right on or a little bit over. I usually buy 4,  two are usually short,  one is usually right on, and one is usually .02 over But most of the time it's short.So net-net I get f*****.And here's the icing on the cake! They're owned by the Russians!!The very same Russians that have been working with Trump & Giuliani! One is under Federal indictment for election tampering and associated with all the others that you've been reading about in the news lately.Don't take my word for it, Go to the New York Times website and search for Curaleaf.Then you could read it for yourself.I'm not a Trump supporter so after 5 years and thousands of dollars in purchases, I'm moving on

Total lack of customer service. I was left waiting for an hour because they took my phone number down incorrectly. Once I had complained they apologized and still made me wait for two more people to go first. They were supposedly going to give me a free pre-roll and never did. There were No new patient deals. No deals at all in fact. I was really angry with the way I was treated and lack of customer service all together. I never went back.

This place is a joke now. I've been coming here for over 6 years when they were owned by Greenhouse. It took Jayden four times for me to scan my card. Then he had to ask me when my birthday was in my expiration date on my card. I finally got inside and they don't have prices on their stuff anymore. I said why are they not putting prices on the stuff so we don't have to ask and Jaden said because of what is going on they may have to change it. Heaven forbid they might actually do something for our convenience since we pay for our product and it's not free . I  won't be going  back.

I LOVED this place. My first time at any dispensary and they rocked. I learned a lot and got a great deal on everything! Will be back, today!

Ok, will I be the first to say it? Curaleaf sucks! The Greenhouse used to be an awesome place, until Curaleaf bought it! I was disappointed when I heard that this corporation was taking over, yet another great dispensary. They came in, change everything, raise the prices, and removed the daily incentives that kept me coming back.  I have stopped in there every day since Saturday trying to get popcorn and they have been out. This morning I called to see if they had any, only to be told that they got a shipment last night but it's all gone already.  They once advertised a popcorn sale knowing that none of their stores had popcorn. The Budtenders were pretty upset about that. I am done with Curaleaf!

First day of recreational sales and i tried 3 different dispensaries online and in person. The other guys had long lines and not a lot else. Curaleaf Glendale had a DJ, Food seller, 4 people in the parking lot making sure people knew where to be and to answer questions. The ONLY online system that actually worked right out of the gate for Recreational product. Got inside ... Boom Boom all done in 5 minutes. A real class act under a lot of pressure everyone, lots of respect for all the people there.

Customer service is great but during this virus you'd think they would be alittle smarter with stuff. Last time I came I waited for 30 min in my car before going in. So I decided to order online to maybe save a wait.... got a text my order was ready and now waiting in my car for 20 min for what reason. Take the orders to people's cars if it's ready you have people just standing around doing nothing put them to work and cut the wait time down. Won't be coming back anymore. I'll take my time to other dispensary's who have been way smarter with getting customers medicine with ZERO wait time.

This dispensary is not as good as it used to be. I've been twice since they changed over and unfortunately, had bud tenders who knew nothing about the products. I waited in 110 degrees for 40 minutes because I needed expertise and got nothing but, "well other people seem to like it".I was also told to wait in my car until I got a text to enter. 40 minutes later, I checked and was told by the man he texted me a long time ago. I showed him my phone with no text and his response was, well I sent it. I won't be going back.

I have always given this dispensary good ratings but not today As a longtime customer I was treated poorly today. It was busy and I have never minded waiting my turn. But I  was made to wait while at least 10 people were helped almost as soon as they walked in, ahead of many others.I expressed my displeasure to the budtender and he agreed the policy sucked.Tracy. I know u r one of the managers. I am very disappointed in your business right now. I think other Dispensaries may deserve my business more.

This is the second time I have used this dispensary.The first time I was in, I was bummed that Green House was no longer there. I wasn't impressed the first time with Curaleaf, but today changed all that. The security guard out front was pleasant and willing to show me how kiosk worked. The person at front was just as polite and professional as can be. The attendant inside was very helpful and she was so nice and explained what she thought was best for my chronic pain. I suggest you folks that were not happy at first try with Curaleaf, give them a second chance. I am glad I did. Thank you to the folks that worked at Curaleaf today, !/6/2020 around 4ish p.m.

Can someone tell me who owned GLENDALE GREENHOUSE prior to Curaleaf coming and RUINING EVERYTHING??The sales are pathetic, along with their tiered system. The original Glendale Greenhouse was there for patients, the staff was happy, and the environment was a fun one. The employees are still friendly but the environment in there is soooooo horrid. The last time I was there the front lady didn't even acknowledge me, told her I had an online order and she ignored me so I waited in line longer than I should have since my bags were ready. To top it off they didn't give me my whole order, there were 2 bags and I only got one. I had to go back and wait again because guess what the lady did not pay attention when I said "I HAVE AN ONLINE ORDER."Moral of this review, until this place brings back the real original daily deals, every long time patient should boycott this place. The menu prior to Curaleaf was perfect, and so were the sales. The structure now is TERRIBLE! Daily bogo is not a sale, saying "selected strains" is not a sale... BE UPFRONT WHEN PRESENTING A SALE AND HONEST! Get rid of your stupid 3 tiered program ... GET YOUR GREEDY ASSES SOMEWHERE ELSE! Basic ECONOMICS, you can't raise prices almost double just because you feel like it! I hope you start to loose business and patients start going else where!

New owners have ruined it. Won't be back.  Jacked up prices, stopped taking credit cards, crabby budtender, employees goofing off on their phones, lousy inventory, unreliable online menu, inaccurate instore menu, no written thc  numbers.  Just wow.

If you've ever been to Glendale Greenhouse, you've never been to this place. From the products offered, to the service, to the prices to the physical sales room everything about GG is gone.Making the salesroom ugly was such a perfect choice for the new regime.Legalization is the only way to keep corporate octopi from gobbling up all the dispensaries.

This is by far my favorite dispensary. There's a great selection of goodies, as well as caring and informative staff. I'm very thankful for this location.

New owners. Not for me, anymore. Too bad. Used to be great. Now,  terrible information flow and exorbitant prices. The. Worst.

Came here because I was looking for patches which they did have but not too sure it will work for me. This place is clean and the staff is very friendly the girl who helped me explained different things and was helpful. Out of my area but I'd come back.

Turned me away for not having a mask every other dispensary offers one if one is needed. Security guard even told me to tie a shirt to my face like what?? The workers only smoke boof and ask me what the high quality product is like. Shouldn't you know ? Save your money and go to a dispensary that cares about what's going into your lungs .

Their products are much better now. Their brand name Top Shelf edibles are really good and they're some of the only one that come in sativa. A few bud tenders are crabby and not nice. Camilia acted like I was such a bother. Other than that I like the place.

Took moms in there today to get her introduced so she could get comfortable with the process etc. The guy who helped her out was very informative and patient with moms. (She's in her 70s, can't hear, not used to new lingo, etc). (She still calls it "grass"). (How retro). Thanks!Update:  knocked a star off after seeing the receipt with a 20 dollar "consultation fee".  bogus tomatoes man.

Unprofessional, they dont take the products off their website when they run out? I have wasted my gas for the last time there! They have pre-orders, unfortunately there products are NOT cosistant enough to pre-order! Also the flower in the jar is NOT the same as the buds they sale you??

Curaleaf=Corporate Marijuana BS. Today's "grand opening" wouldn't even qualify as a decent sale at the old GreenHouse. I saw an ad that said BOGO on ounces, but no. Only quarters. Unless you want that crappy ONE LOUSY strain they are offering at $99. Here's hoping you go out of business.

I don't live in the neighborhood so I've only been here twice.However both times were very pleasant experiences. I got assisted quickly, and the bud tender (Smith) surprisingly helped me both times. She is not only friendly, she takes the time to patiently answer questions. Today on my second visit, I asked about moving from smoking flower to vaping with a battery. I'm clueless, but she showed me how simple it is and I was even able to take advantage of their thanksgiving special (buy two cartridges get one free)!I'm not a daily meds user, but I need it for degenerative disc disease pain as well as managing stress which has brought on multiple episodes of diverticulitis this year.The battery/vape method is I think going to be my primary one from now on. Why did it take me so long to do this?? Lolz Thanks again to the staff overall for making patients feel welcomed! That's priceless.

So it's Sunday December 15th I googled this dispensary said it was open till 10 drove 20 minutes to get to this dispensary and they're closed at 6 for a holiday party and not updated Google so thank you very much for me wasting my time and my gas and this is why you get a one-star review

Best location in the valley. Regardless of how busy they are, the customer service is very efficient as they treat you like gold. I always have patience when I'm here, because they give me what I want. Gabe and Logan are great workers here along with the other staff. Call them what you want but you can't call them broke. All of us as citizens work, it's great when your service is directed.  #getyourmoneyup

I typically never have issues with Curaleaf but coronavirus is clearly taking its toll on the bud tenders. Tonight I went with a friend and my bud tender was Miranda P. She wasn't friendly in the slightest. Got some wax on the daily deals and asked to check out some other flavors from a new brand i saw on Leafly. She named one flavor packed my bag and i left. My friend who also had her as is his bud tender said she was rude as well, and there were over 5 other flavors that she failed to list when i asked. pretty annoyed with my purchase after seeing all the other items my friend got that I had no idea were even on the menu.

Great staff. Clean location. Knowledgeable about the different strains to ease my pain.

Potency for all products cut at least in half in the last month.  I work hard for my money. Too hard to acquire bunk.

I'm a new card holder & I've only been to two other dispensaries. I prefer Green house over the others. It's a 10 mile drive for me but it's worth it. The staff has been very nice & I'm sure if one of them has a bad day as we all do the management would be happy to work with you if you bring to there attention.

I'm sorry...but everyone who is reviewing this dispensary and is giving them 5 stars is delusional or has no idea what good meds really are. I bought 2 different 1/4 strains from This place and they all blew. All of the meds are super dry and not sticky at all like they should be! Their so called Purple is not like they say it is. I have never ever seen Purple strains that have beans in it. Please open your eyes and have the balls to tell these dispensaries that their product is shit....especially since they charge an arm and a leg for all of these 'made up' strains. Or maybe everyone really is delusional and has no idea what good meds really are. When you come from a family that has 20+ years of experience growing HIGH grade meds...you learn the difference fast. Don't be fooled by this dispensary BS here in AZ.

Short story: staff is usually friendly. Steer clear of Mariah. Long story: Usually the staff is very helpful and friendly. Not today. I had been using a gummy from another brand, but wrote down the details, milligrams etc to purchase something similar. Mariah was uninterested in helping me. I said "I've had these and really like them, is there something similar?". She stares at me blankly and said "did you get them here?" "No", I replied "but I have the milligrams, does that help?". She stared at me, as if annoyed by my request, scrunched her lips and shook her head. I was surprised, everyone there has been so friendly and helpful. I'm no expert but said "well, I have the milligrams...can we find something along these lines..don't your gummy products come in this same measurement?" Again, a blank, annoyed stare. I gave up and said "I'll take whatever gummies you have". Without a word she walked over and grabbed them. No info on price...details..nothin'. I asked the price, after replying I told her I'd take 2, her body language was all kinds of annoyed. Hopefully she's new and gets better training. It was a bummer for sure..

Worst customer service I have ever got. Went in to get my card and the lady informed me they close at 2 so I needed to come back I asked her if I needed anything besides the questionnaire and she told me no that's all I needed then when I come back the next day she told me it would be $300 and said they charge $40 extra to get your records.... even though I asked she didn't tell me. What a bitch

This place is kind of pricey however always has quality flower, I never had any bad bud from here. Staff is really friendly, helpful, not like other places where it's real evident that it's a drag to work there. Never had to wait long, of course I go during the week, I'm sure they get busy on weekends, but overall great facility, I will continue to visit this dispensary more frequently!

First day with a card.  I am very vanilla.  Smith was extremely helpful.  She listened to my needs and set me up with some edibles, a vape pen and cartridges. I was grateful that she understood I was a newbie and had never been in a dispensary.  I highly recommend this place. Thanks Smith!

This why my first time here through a recommendation from a friend.I have a back injury and in constant pain, my doctor was giving me meds that weren't working at all and I was running out of options to help my pain. Being a newbie, I had no idea where to start and was kind of overwhelmed. Prestyn was a dream. So kind, and helpful and answered all my questions. It was great, he didn't make be feel like a burden and wanted to educate me on what would be best for my pain.  I will be back.

Excellent service, great edibles & strains. Tho have found a seed in my bags at times; not a good sign if you're paying top shelf prices.  Overall I like the staff, the deals offered, and the way I am treated.Some deals; shake in a tube (3.6 g), mix'n'match grams, punch cards, buy X product get X free.

I am in total agreement with Victoria. They do not stand behind their mediocre products and are not seasoned compassionate caregivers. Don't trust thc readings. They are very misleading and at times there is fraud.

Great first time experience. Employees made me feel comfortable, and were knowledgable. They were able to make a lot of suggestions that pertained to me. Will def be returning!

This is as good as it gets! I love this place and have recommended it to several peeps to check out. Everyone is super nice and they all know their stuff! I love this place! Great team and great location!!! The best reward/point system! The vibe in the store is so chill and positive that you can't help leaving in a better mood before you walk in. Aaron, Traci, Debbie, Nicole and Claribell are freaking awesome. The whole crew is whether they just started or gave been here since I started coming to this location. I come a few times a week. Never had an issue and never will cause they know what they are doing here. I definitely recommend checking it out.

This place is pretty inconsistent with both customer service and product inventory.  Whether the place is crowded or quiet, the staff would rather finish a conversation among themselves before addressing a customer.  Sometimes the conversations are whispered about customers while in the shop.  Way to make an getting help for a medical condition feel awkward. As far as the product, it's hard to find a strain that works for me and when I do, there's a slim chance that it's still there the next time I go in.

We visited this dispensary for the first time yesterday after constantly being told to go try them out by a friend. Im happy to say that the quality of my meds is there. And the buy one get one eight on the first visit is nice. However, I didnt feel that the lady myself and my husband dealt with was all the friendly. She was very short, and when I asked questions about the buds, she was limited in knowledge and unable to answer a simple side effect question. I should feel welcomed, not as if im being rushed out the door. All in all, ill return if Im in the area, but I wouldnt drive out of my way to go here.

This place used to have good weed then they burned me on a quarter of nothing but seeds. told me they could give me a free gram fuck the greenhouse need to change their name to the seed house.

Well today I got her name. And it's Shay. I'm usually an express patient so I use that line and I can't even tell you the difference between her and every other bud tender. I don't know if I've pissed her off, but she goes out of her way to rush me and be extremely rude. I've been coming to this dispensary for almost 7 years and I cannot believe that they have a girl like this employed here. Have I had issues with corporate, yes, have I had issues with their flower, yes, have I ever had issues with a bud tender, no! As a matter of fact most of The other bud tenders know me by first name and greet me when I walk in the door and they see me at one of the registers. I don't know what this girl's problem is, but she needs to be nicer to a customer that spends over $1000 a month at this dispensary. If she can't be nice, at least do your job, she didn't review any of the products that I ordered, I had to ask her to see one of them, she doesn't review any of the discounts and that is unacceptable. Express lane does not mean throw the product at me as quick as you can with as very few words spoken as possible. Grow up or go get another job!

I've been to 3 locations and all 3 were completely worthless! I have a medical card that I use for sleeplessness and none of the locations that I went to offered any kind of support! Curaleaf is ONLY there to offer non medical card users different ways to get high! They are a complete waste of time for anything else! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM!!!

I typically go here for all my needs because they're fast and convenient and I love the online ordering. my only problem is their phone lines say that it's after hours when they are clearly open until 10 PM. I've been running into this issue numerous different days of the week and it even happens at all the locations. so I don't know if the voicemail system is set up to cut off at a certain time but it is incorrect you guys are still open after seven or 8 o'clock, So that's the only thing I can think of it's just weird.  your voicemail also says that Saturday through Sunday you're open till 10 PM so why would it cut off early any day let alone cut off every day!? I don't understand what's going on but I'm pretty disappointed because for two weeks now I haven't been able to get through to ask about bogos and have just not been ordering because of that. If you're not going to put your weekly or monthly deals in advance online and your employees find out daily then you need to make your phone lines accessible the entire time you're open and taking orders!

I've been to quite a few dispensaries and was hesitant to go to this one after the very mixed reviews. I think, like everything, you can't make everyone happy lolI loved this place. Eddie as well as Cindy were so incredibly helpful. I brought my dad and his wife with me to educate them on what to buy. Really we had the best experience. The product was reasonably priced and tasty. I'd highly recommend it his dispensary

The prices are laughable. They tell you how much tax is and then before you check out completely hit you with a "please note this does not include tax. Tax is added at the store and up to 41%". So you can't prepay. I think it's extremely shady the way they do things. You can purchase at nuera where the tax is actually included. Or yano, continue to support the local dealers we have all along. Their employee reviews seem to speak for themselves as well.

So since my previous review they have definitely upgraded there flower and the deals for med patients just makes everything worth it!! Love the atmosphere and product selection ! Shout out to DRIP TIMELESS CANAMO AERIZ and HIGH GRADE to name a few awesome brands sold here! Watch for the SELECT sugar though it's definitely not great.

I love this place. I don't smoke so I needed advice on alternatives. At night I have a tiny piece of chocolate. And then I sleep like a baby.. I also use the lotions & that works to get rid of the pain.. Anyway this place is farther than some. But it's great & worth the ride.?

Bud-tenders are so helpful with explaining new products. I never wait very long. Always have what I need. I think prices have gone up too much.

Ashley is one of the best bud tenders in the valley! Not only does she have a vast knowledge on cannabis, but also is a very nice young lady!! To be honest I love all the staff at this location and they are always first on my list of top 5 dispensaries in the valley. You will not be disappointed by the selection of medication.
