I really like this place. The front desk people are so nice & helpful. I've tried other places and nothing compares to this facility.

This was my first time at this location and I will be coming back! Brendan was super helpful even when it was super busy he took the time to help me find what I needed!

We've been going for a while now and couldn't be happier with them! The selection is great and the staff are helpful. I'm always looking for new things to try and they're very accommodating to my most basic questions. Highly recommended.

Much more here than meets the eye, here!I firmly believe in loyalty. I have been "married" to the same Portland dispensary for a few years. Their loyalty to me has been hit and miss, at best. I use a particular RSO for pain. After spending over 30 years in the MMA--I have pain. Lots of pain, always. The RSO I use has significantly reduced my pain and swelling. My go-to dispensary apparently has had a very difficult time keeping this RSO in supply. It works wonderfully for others, as well. One day out of frustration over going weeks without pain relief and hearing my normal dispensary tell me, "...we are expecting it any time. Keep calling in to see if we have it." I decided to get more proactive in my pursuit of this particular RSO. I started calling every dispensary in my local vicinity. I even called the manufacturer of this RSO in Brookings, OR. They weren't much help. My fortune changed when I called Maritime Cafe and spoke with Celina! She was unbelievably nice and incredibly knowledgeable about everything in their store. "We have your RSO! I will have one of our budtenders set it aside for you, to make things easier when you get here.", she said. I was THRILLED! I made the short trip to their location to acquire my much-needed pain relief. This location is an unassuming storefront in a strip center. I wondered if they were really going to be able to take care of my needs. BOY WAS I SURPRISED!!! This place is amazing! Their staff is razor sharp when it comes to their knowledge of medical needs. Celina, true to her word, had reserved my RSO in the back. I met her, she was delightful--as well as very professional and welcoming, super fresh face meeting with new clients... Once the ID process was concluded, she granted me passage into the back where the products are housed. This unassuming storefront seemed to be hiding an amazing experience within! Everything is clean, well stocked, well displayed, and the staff is wonderfully helpful without being overbearing. Even their bathroom is spotless! A manager sold me my RSO. It was a little different than what I had been using. She advised I give it a try and let them know if it worked for me or not. I did... and it did. In fact... It was way better than what I had been using! I was so happy I called into them after returning home and giving it some time to work. I talked to the wonderfully delightful Celina again. I expressed my complete satisfaction with my shopping experience and love for this new RSO product. She assured me they would go ahead and order more to take care of my pain management. I had heard this from my former supplier many times, only to be disappointed.  A week later, I received a call from (guess who?) Celina! They had received a fresh supply of my RSO. I immediately returned to purchase another tube of this medicine as well as a backup tube for my peace of mind. I can't tell you how many times my former dispensary was so empty while I was there. In some cases, I was able to just stand around and chit-chat for a while with the staff. NOT THE CASE HERE!!! They are rockin' it full time! Every time I have been there, they have had plenty of clients taking advantage of their superior business model. That tells me they are keeping people happy. It is hard enough to earn money--it shouldn't be difficult or frustrating to spend it. It is clear to me that they understand this concept at Maritime Cafe.  This place is super busy. Not so much that they can't handle it either. You get in, find what you need (or want) without being rushed, their staff is super effective in executing a streamlined service and purchase process. They are professionally friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. They listen and back up their promises. Consistency is key with my needs. In my experience? This is the best dispensary I have ever visited! So much so, I divorced my former location. Now I am happily "married" to Maritime Cafe! I look forward to my next visit and every visit after that.

Ive always absolutely love it here But That Changed ...Maritime Wouldn't Accept My Replacement OMMP Medical Card for some odd reason..The employee and the owner Mario at this dispensary denied my card and medical pricing. This dispensary basically refused to sell me Cannabis that I'm legally able to purchase without tax. It's very unfortunate when a  bad experience like this happens..especially to a medical patient...when there are so many other dispensary options out there...

Walked in. Really empty except for a customer. I waited for almost 15 minutes to grab stuff during lunch. Cut the long story short, I left without anything. Standing in there no service. Great job guys. Just lost about 3 customers.

Well. so disappointed in the overall *setup*  8 years?  Too long.  So bye!  Bud tenders there suck!

I like it here could be a little cheaper.  But they do run specials.  Pretty good bud.  Mario is the best. I hate they close the bar area

Maritime cafe is worth stopping at. Aggressive pricing at all tiers of flowers. Most importantly is the staff who were super helpful finding the right medications. They also have clones available for recreational users!

I came to Maritime this week and had a phenomenal experience, by far the best dispensary on McLoughlin. Please don't listen the reviews from previous posters! This place is open and accepting old Yelp coupons! My friend used their old Yelp coupon when they were in here and the friendly staff gratefully accepted it. The product is top notch and at a price that is appropriate for the folks living in the area, we all don't have money to spend $18 a gram on pot! We love Maritime!!!

DON'T BUY YELP DEAL OR GO OUT OF WAY TO THIS PLACE!! CLOSED DOWN even though it says open on Yelp sign of hours and green open "sign"   Note on door says closed down for "couple of months". Not sure when that started or will end but I guess I'll be waiting to see if I can ever use this Yelp coupon. UNETHICAL to sell coupon while indefinitely closed. Who knows when or if they will reopen. And this was my first internet coupon; think Ill go to place first if they don't answer their phone and mailbox full. Like grandpa Mac always said: "If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is." Oh . . . old-school, old-timer axioms always pop up in hindsight. Drove 1/2 hour each way only to get the shaft. Out the $70 and time/gas $$$.  Luckily it was right next to classic Portland  Head shop- The Stash. Don't get out to Gladstone much, so nice see such great selection for fair price. SW Portland/SW suburbs ones are way over priced. The manager calmed me down, said they were "nice guys" over there., and turned me on to New Amsterdam med clinic/dispensary. Top notch selection and superb staff including helpful advise from owner/operator. (Look for that review soon as well as Vancouver WA's recently legal retail stores),  To reiterate: DONT WASTE TIME!NOT OPEN!THUS, COUPON NO GOOD! (until God knows when.)New Amsterdam down the street is where it's at! Go there if have or need OMMP card.

The people are nice and friendly. They took the time to explain things to a first time trier and I felt like I was given the tools to have a fun night.

This is by far my favorite place to buy. Such friendly helpful people and grreat atmosphere.

Purchased clones here infected with spider mites, won't be back. I know it wasn't an infection from within my own setup because this is the very first time I've tried to grow anything at all indoors. Everything I purchased was brand new, a week after I bring the plants home I notice some discoloration. After doing research and inspecting I can clearly see the mites. Should have checked before but didn't know what I was doing at the time.

Maritime is the best of the best.  Specially if you are medical u won't find a better staff.  The quality of the product is always awesome and the people are the best.  It is more than just a place to get product the people behind the counters go out of there way to make sure you get what you need for what every your sickness maybe. They take the time to help & figure out what will work best for you.    I want to thank Thomas, Desire, Concord, Dawn and the rest of the staff for always being there for me & my husband, he suffers from sever headaches due to neck operations and they work with us until we found something that really works for him.  thank you Mario, Stacy.

Not a very friendly place for medical patients. I have went into this dispensary multiple times coming for my monthly or biweekly script in bulk and they don't seem to want to put medical patients ahead of Rec users. It is so packed from people without cards just coming to buy a few grams, they don't seem to value the medical side anymore here. They tell you that you will be pushed ahead, but they go down a list that just says names. I left before being served last time because Rec people Came in after me and got helped right away and I was standing there for a long time. Shame. The girl at the front desk is very nice.

Maritime is a highly educated,friendly dispensary with a clean and organized staff,the environment is warm and inviting a great selection,great deals,promotions and a good location,the fast paced service was really appreciated as well,I would HIGHLY recommend them to others!Thanks!!! :-)

Cool people who are really nice and knowledgeable. The prices are descent but the selection is very small. Indicas are on very short supply.

I would highly recommend coming to this dispensary! The customer service was phenomenal. Elizabeth was very patient with me while I chose the products I wanted. Needless to say, I will be coming back next time I need to stock up.

Love Maritime! Their prices are very reasonable and they get good quality product in all price ranges. I order online a lot which makes it nice and easy, sometimes. There have been times where I have ordered online and showed up 45 minutes later, and the person working the front desk tells me its not ready yet (granted I did not check my email, but come on, 45 minutes for an eighth/quarter of flower?). Also training seems a bit lackluster because there have been times where I show up later in the day to pick up and use my punch card (which I always leave notes on my order that im going to use punches) and a couple of employees try to tell me I cant do that, even though ive been coming here for a long time and know how things work. All in all its a great place. Cant get all wonderful employees to help you, but most of the time they are cool.

Elizabeth was amazing on giving me good info on which kind would be best for night & which one had more of a skunky smell. I love this shops reflections & daily deals!!!! Keep it up everyone!!!!

It looks like they have a larger variety of flower again with prices more in line. Very nice manager.  All the folks that work there do a fine job.

I'm really disappointed in this cafe.  I went in, for what I thought was a seamless transaction, but was given a totally different product than what I asked for. I can't use the crap they gave me, and there is no way I am wasting the gas to drive there again...Not like they take any refunds anyway! So, the $60 I just spent in product, goes to a buddy of mine...and my butt is never going to go to this place again. The B-Tenders are oblivious, unless you are a regular.

I have been coming to this place for a year now.   On 10/6/21, I went in to purchase a few items and unfortunately had to use the ATM machine.   I requested 100.00 & only 60.00 was issued.   I spoke to the receptionist Alex who was as helpful as she could be.   But Ms. Alex was not very helpful, she didn't know who her manager was or know how to reach him.  She didn't know who owned the ATM machine either.   She did provide me with a phone number that was taped on the machine.   I called that number only to be told to contact my bank and dispute it, no biggie but still an inconvenience that I felt could have been easily remedy by reimbursing me at the dispensary and they resolve it with their vendor, not me.  A forty dollar dispute has cost this place a loyal customer who spends an average of that much a week.

This is now my favorite dispo.  Staff is so friendly and the vibe is soooooo chill.  Menu is easy to understand with different color dots for sativa/indica.  They will tell you If a particular strain isn't getting the best feedback and lead you to one you'll like that is better.  Got a clone here and it's doing really well soFar!  I will DEFINITELY be coming back here even though it's pretty far from where I live.

Maritime Cafe has a fantastic selection of every cannabis item compared to other places I’ve been to. Prices are fair and not real expensive. Margaret was an absolute joy to talk to and was incredibly helpful! The entire staff was more than helpful as well. I will be coming back again and again.
