If it wasn't past time of closing I would come switch out.... Devon Friday night was super helpful but the girls in Saturday night seemed highly uneducated. I specifically wanted something super sativa and thca is not sativa or indica derived. It's thcA. I know dabstract labels it so but budtenders should know this when someone is asking for something specific like that. This wax I bought was so expensive and it's not at all what I wanted....

Convenient to my house, good stock, friendly staff, most importantly a knowledgeable staff. We use cannabis as medicine, preferring edibles. The discount edibles every Monday.

2nd time I've been there,, not going back,, flower was dated from last winter, I've been buying the same flower elsewhere and Sweet Jane employee told me that's the freshest delivery,  BULLSHIT, and I get charged full price for older weed , I'll just wait till my normal place is stocked

Rude / unknowledgeable bud tenders, and extremely high prices. I went in on a Saturday (When wax and shatter is 15% off) and I left with absolutely nothing. They had nothing but crumble for $20 and under.Why spend $20 on trim run crumble here, when I can go to Clear Choice in Tacoma and get better quality oil for $12-$15? The decision is easy.

Terrible Service, overpriced products, and they called the police on a friend for not wearing a mask, he wasnt even in the store.  Would never shop there

A really vast selection of anything you may want. Staff aren't necessarily the most helpful/informed and the prices are rather high but if you live in the area this place is clutch.

The selection is bad. All the brands I liked they don't carry. So I asked for their recommendation. All I can say is I paid over 100.00 for some very low quality flower. If you are looking for cartridges don't bother their selection of those are even less than the flower options. Staff seems nice but I have had a couple that were a little rude but I kind of find that to be  the case in every shop I've gone to.  Filabong  is still my favorite!! They not only carry all my favorites, they call me when they come in to be sure I get some before they sell out. I'll drive the extra 35 min AND I HATE DRIVING!!

Wow, where to begin. I'd rate them lower if I could, but let's get started. Other reviewers commented that the staff is rude and arrogant. This is a vast understatement. One of the managers bragged to me about how he doesn't care if he violates the speed limit outside his own shop. After this, I witnessed him verbally abuse one of his employees in front of the customers and the staff. She was nearly reduced to tears. The majority of the employees are condescending and don't bother to ask what your knowledge level or preferences are, which is unfortunate because they seem more interested in up selling or moving old product than learning or helping you. They seem like they want to rush you through as quickly as possible. Expect anything from snarky comments to knocks on your clothes or shoes. The prices and product availability are terrible. Don't even think about their pre-rolls unless you enjoy smoking dirt. At any other dispensary, an $8 gram can be amazing. At Sweet Jane's, they'll probably tell you that they don't have anything for that price and if they do, it looks like the bottom of the bag after a crop. If you want to pick a favorite bud tender, don't. They cycle through employees faster than your local McDonalds and for good reasons. The employees are treated worse than a McD's, which many former employees have been more than happy to detail for me. If you want to work at a dehumanizing job, this is the place for you. The drive to Port Orchard (The Pot Zone) or Allyn (North Bay Buds) is worth it, particularly since you won't be supporting a bad business. Don't worry, though -- you can swap stories with the other customers there about why they're not shopping at Sweet Jane's either. This place has a deservedly poor reputation and the Yelp reviews to follow. If you want to ask yourself, "why do I keep coming back here?" then go right ahead and go. I'm tired of buying weed from people I wouldn't associate with in the light of day. That's pre-legalization crap there. Oh, and don't bother complaining to them. The lady who manages the place could give Cruella de Vil a run for her money with her *amazing* customer service and RBF. Positives: Devon. Negatives: everything that isn't explicitly Devon.

Everytime I go in there I always get welcomed with big smiles. I personally appreciate budtenders that are knowledgeable about their product and Sarah always knows exactly what to recommend. She's taken the time to get to know me as a customer and I never have to waste anytime deciding. They have a great selection and I always take the time to see what new smoke accessories they have in stock.

The best buds around! Friendly, knowledgeable staff, great prices and an epic selection! What more could you ask for? Come spend your money here! ?

Staff is so horrible. Very rude, condescending and generally unhelpful. They are constantly out of products and if you ask when more might be in , prepare to get your head bitten off. All products are 10% more expensive than anywhere else I've been. Honestly can't think of anything good to say about them other than it's location. But, I will gladly drive 20 min away than give them any more business and suggest you do the same.

The staff were rude and VERY condescending. Another review said, “The vibes in this shop are OFF” and I absolutely agree. I will happily pay the $5 bridge toll to go to Tacoma in the future. If you want to find nice people to work with then take your business elsewhere.

2 situations. 1 review. The first thing I want to say is that I do not speak English well, so there may be errors in the review, but I am sure that the basis is conveyed correctly. The first happened a few days ago, on September 1, I bought a concentrate and flowers for a September deal. The concentrate on the deal costs $ 15, but when I got back to the car, I saw the receipt and thought it must be a mistake because the concentrate is listed at $ 22 on the cashier's check. when I came today to find out what this error was and why it happened, they told me that that concentrate was not at a discount :) but then why did you give it to me when I asked for a concentrate at a discount? photos are attached. situation number two happened about 5 months ago and it is much more serious than the first hour, but I did not talk about it right away because the issue was settled, but now the time has come. I bought 28 grams of flowers in this store but received only 14 grams in return, and I found this at home, weighing the flowers on a scale. at the same hour and day I returned to the store asking what is it? and the reaction that I saw in response fully proves that all the reviews about the rude attitude are completely true. they shouted at me and threatened to call the police. despite the fact that I was their regular customer and always polite, and I also know English very poorly, especially with live communication. the staff knew this, but nevertheless did not try to properly respond to the problem. in the end, the issue was resolved through the owners of the farm.
