The online ordering is a wonderful option and generally quite efficient. Most employees are respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. Would have given five stars except for the fact there is an employee that is consistently wearing his mask below his nose which is quite uncomfortable and due to the extreme wait times.

No different than when it was called Herbology. Customer service is non existent. Every time I've been there (I'm a caregiver) there has been an issue with accepting my caregiver card, even though I'm hyper-focused on making sure my credentials are up-to-date. This is the Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana program we're dealing with - you have to be current. Their solution? Have the patient come in. Hello, I'm a caregiver so the patient doesn't have to (or quite possibly can't) come in!

This is our go to store. We drive a few minutes further to avoid the Gettysburg store. This store is huge. It has a great selection, grocery pickup is great. Very happy.

Love the atmosphere at Gettysburg herbology they are such a friendly staff and very knowledgeable on all the different types of products. Ive been impressed with the precautions they have taken with the pandemic and I highly recommend this place. Also a big shout out for Mike who got my order for me super friendly and answered all my questions Thanks

Wonderful employees, clean friendly atmosphere. Very knowledgeable and answers questions to the best of their knowledge. Always so friendly to everyone and helpful. The sales have been awesome. Love the new switch!
