Came in for some G6 on Sunday, I love it, very nice and relaxing. The nice girl with the long brown hair had recommended it to me. And I'm very glad that she did.  You guys are amazing, always friendly, so knowledgeable, keep up the good work.

Bloom is everything!!!!! Top 2 best in all of MD. Great quality, great service. Very knowledgable highly recommended !!

Went in today for the first time. Very clean, friendly and very informative. As a first timer joe made it very easy to ask questions. Well done

Been here quite a few times! They have a great variety and decent prices!! They have strains in before other dispensaries and their selection of pre rolls is substantial

Bloom is by far the best dispensary I've found. The staff is very helpful and so knowledgeable! They have given me an education and now I can buy the best variety for my needs. It's a very pleasant place to shop.

This place is awesome! Joe and Casey are helpful and knowledgeable.  We ALWAYA take Joe's recommendation, and he's batting 1000! The atmosphere us relaxed, and they always call me bt name.  Love t!

Bloom is an exceptional place to visit I've been visiting this spot since February and each time I go and gets better and better recently this week they have added stands full of different items that you will love from the pain meds to things for your bath they also have computers all around that you can research different things on as far as the strains of different products for you to choose whats best for you. They also have an ATM which is fee free that you are welcome to use being that they only take cash. I truly recommend this place please stop by and give it a try they also offer education classes. Horrible, Horrible experience last two times I went I don't recommend this dispensary. Customer service is horrible you don't feel welcome the majority of the staff don't know about the products. Who ever the manager is to this location needs to pay attention to their employees, they are making ppl not come back due to their lack of knowledge and rudeness. JODY NOR JOSE need to be part of this organization they have disgusting ATTITUDES they need to go or get proper training.

Great place. Offers items not available at other locations. Staff is very nice. And knowledgeable.  Very happy to have discovered it per recommendation of another happy patron.

Bloom dispensary has a very friendly knowledgeable staff, Who is willing to take the time to explain any questions you may have about their products. They make a point to get to know their customers by name.  They never make you feel like you were in a hurry. I would recommend people giving them a try, i'm sure you won't be disappointed

Great staff and selection of products. I've visited multiple dispensaries across the county and Bloom is one of them that stays consistent. The flower is top quality and you get what you pay for. Don't let the prices stress you out because it is totally worth it. Plan a visit here.

This place is amazing. It's the only dispensary I frequent in Maryland, and also conveniently-located a mile from home. Every visit, I feel super welcome, and the staff are polite, knowledgeable, and make sure I get exactly what I need. I've been to dispensaries all over the country, and Bloom is among the best of the best. As soon as Maryland grows the program and add edibles and other products, it's going to continue to be the place to get your meds.

This is a great place to visit.  The atmosphere is calming. Every staff person is quite knowledgeable and very professional.  You don't feel rushed and they make sure to explain all the products.  I'll be returning often.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff I know that sounds cheesey but it's true. Always very willing to help out and answer questions.

Clean, safe, new environment. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable enough. I've encountered some drama the first time I visited (one of the employees was crying her eyes out) but it seemed to be a one time thing. Multiple visits shown good quality so 5 stars are deserved.

First time checking this place out and i had a great experience. I've been to at least 3 other dispensary's around the area and I must say Bloom medicinals is by far the best one. The process was quick and rose who was helping me through it all was so helpful. Nothing is better than feeling like you belong:) also 25% off for first timers !

I got to.say this is the.most over priced dispensary in the area with the worst quality half there cartridges are defective and not even full to the top people want deals we dont want to pay outrageous prices I'll just take my business elsewhere

TRASH customer service sucks ass they were in such a rush to get me outta there. I went for the first time yesterday and was told my registration needed to be renewed by MMCC which was done over a month ago now so wasn't able to purchase anything, left there and went to another store and was able to purchase without any issues.. never again will i visit or recommend this place ‍

Stephanie is amazing! She's fast and efficient, knows her product and Her customer service is phenomenal she truly deserves a raise. While there I heard a song on the radio I fell in love with she wrote it down for me but o unfortunately forgot it there. When I got home I saw a text from her saying the name of the song because she saw I forgot the paper ugh I'm impressed !!

This was my first visit to a dispensary so I had no idea what to expect. It was easy to find and welcoming. First time visitors have to fill out a few forms, but thereafter just ID. I was very pleased to see the showroom...and only had to wait a few minutes for help. They asked a few questions to understand what I was looking for and then offered a variety of options.Although the staff is very knowledgeable, I would still highly recommend a little research in advance and a great place to start is their website!...LOTS of information. I chose Bloom Medicinals primarily because of their great website and positive reviews, and because of their discounts, starting with a $20 coupon for first time visitors! Overall this was a great experience!

Not a safe space for poc!   Lack of diverse customer service. Do not feel welcome as a patient

Went to this place for my first bud shop experience. I was blown away with how friendly everyone was and how excited they were to answer my many questions. They gave me so many great recommendations! I'll def be back very soon!!!!

Only been to a few diff stores so idk how the rest operate. This place isn't the cheapest. But, they don't seem to have 'lower tier' stuff. By that I mean, other places have great deals, but these aren't the best flavor stuff. Same strength and better than 20 years ago, so it doesn't matter.  Cheaper is better. Once I walked in and asked the counter dude about diff phenotypes of a certain strain and he acted like I asked about kiddy porn. Asked for my ID. I handed it over and asked why. He scanned it and said, oh nothing. Not great. Just bc you operate a shady business doesn't mean I'm shady or you get to treat people like that. Rake it in while you can before it becomes recreational with interactions like that I'll be skipping.

I had the WORST experience at this dispensary. I recently moved here from California and I just have to say that Bloom has the worst of the worst staff working there. They have extremely uneducated people working there. Because of my sickness I can only smoke concentrates, specifically rosin pressed . I went in there specifically asking for solventless pressed rosin ..And walked out with distillate !!!! Anyone who understands cannabis knows that these are extracted completely different and one uses solvents while one doesn't .

Everyone is always super friendly and lots of patients from the moment you walk in the door!! Menu is on a touchscreens that is very easy to read and use.  They also have great daily deals!!

I’ve been going here for years. My last experience here was terrible. I understand the adjustment to curbside pickup is probably not easy. Still doesn’t excuse the fact that they told me several times to park in a handicapped spot illegally because there was no more room in the first row of parking. I couldn’t park in front of the store because the only spot available was too tight to get into (cars were parked over the lines) and when I told them on the phone that the only spot that was there wouldn’t work because of being too tight, that is when they first told me to park in the handicapped spot. They also said I had to park in the first row which yes I understand completely and that was not the issue. It wasn’t that I didn’t understand that - it was that there were no spots for me to do so. I parked a little further down in the first row in front of the restaurant on the right side. I called back and told them my location. They asked me to park in the handicapped spot again and I said I was not comfortable because it’s illegal. The person on the phone sighed and said okay and hung up on me. They had 2 men come out and tell me something different. This time they said I had to park in front of the cameras so they could take the money. I wasn’t told that initially which would have been good to know. Again not an issue and I understand.. there still wasn’t a spot for me in front of the store. These men told me AGAIN that it was okay to park in the handicapped spot. No, I will not park there because it’s illegal and inappropriate for them to ask that of a customer. It is reserved for people who need it regardless of the short period of time I may have been parked there. I am highly disappointed in this visit. I work in disability rights and I also know that many people with disabilities may be coming to this store for their medication just like me. I would never take away their access. Luckily shortly after these 2 men came out and asked me to park illegally again, a spot in front of the store opened up. They were nice about it but still asked me to do something I was not comfortable doing. Their words were “it’s okay to park in the handicapped spot” and it still bothers they would ask me to do that. I would have much preferred to wait for a spot to open. Which didn’t take that much time. Please don’t ask people to do this.

I love coming here. There was a young lady named jan who always helps me get what I need. Very knowledgeable. Everyone is so helpful! I HIGHLY recommend bloom!

One of my favorite places to shop! Since finding this dispensary it’s practically the only one I ever go to lol Shopped with Gavin today and always quick, efficient, questions answered, accessories and all in no time and still always great customer service ! There is no shortage of talent on this team and they will make sure you’re taken care of and always know just what I need for every occasion plus They always have amazing deals and ways to save and I’ve never had an interaction where I’ve left any less than happy and ready to blaze ??❤️ Great strains great staff!!

The staff are experienced and know what they are selling. Jan helped me a couple of times when I visited the dispensary. She is nice and will take her time to really go over the products. Overall great dispensary to go to!

I've received better service from a computer. Be prepared to know what you want, IT needs to "fix" their menus. Wouldn't offer an updated paper inventory. Otherwise it was an OK experience. I'll be sure to keep to my current spots.
